Eternal Sailor Etamin was squatting, as he tossed a rock at into the smoldering remains of what had been an abandoned restaurant. Staring into it, he said quietly but loud enough to for his companion to hear, "That was foolish. You are lucky no one was hurt." He stood and turned to look intensely at his companion, Sailor Ametkhan of Crocodiles.

Ametkhan arrived at the abandoned restaurant like she was told. Weird meeting place, but who was she to complain. Maybe this was how Senshi did it. She was a newbie to this whole thing, but overall she felt like she was doing great. She was leading and coming up with plans on the spot.
As she arrived she heard Etamin speak very loudly. "Um did I do something wrong?" she questioned as she looked in his direction. She was taken aback by Etamin's sudden outburst and wondered what could have caused it. She was unfamiliar with the whole thing about being a Senshi, but she thought she had been doing pretty good. They stopped a herd the other day after all, right in time so no one got hurt.

Strange how the senshi reacted as if he'd slapped her, maybe he had spoken louder than he thought. He inhaled slowly to calm himself. He spoke even lower than before. He gestured toward the burnt building, and to the abandoned gas station nearby. One of the pumps had obviously had a leak - torn open by none other than the tell-tale hoof-shaped hole. Nearby the remaining leak marks led to a puddle shaped burn in the grass with a burn line to the restaurant. "Your plan?" He raised his eyebrows.

Ametkhan looked around and then it hit her. The herd had caused all this damage! How had she not noticed all of this mess. This was all because of her plan! She thought they had dealt with the herd before any damage could be caused, but looked like she was wrong.
"Oh man! I didn't even realize they had gotten into this much trouble," she said as she starting taking notes in her mind. Maybe next time she could avoid this kind of damage.
"Do you have any pointers for how I could not have this happen again?" she asked curiously. Since one thing she was always up for was advice, and you could never have too much of that.

"It isn't just that, but you were fortunate, that no one was inside." He gave her that intense look. Then he commented. "You need to use your senses and your brain, before you plan. This could have been much worse. But don't take that lightly. Do your best to never leave a chance for people to get hurt." He turned around and started to walk away.

Ametkhan nodded and understood. "I'll work on that for sure, thanks." After all, she never wants anyone to get hurt. After all her mission was to protect. She had a strong sense of justice and unwavering dedication to her mission. She was determined to do whatever it took to ensure no one was harmed. That was her number one priority.
She drifted off into her own thoughts and by the time she regained her attention she noticed he was walking off. "Hey you called me here and you're just gunna leave?" she said so confused by what this meeting was for. "What was this meeting for anyway?" she questioned wondering if he would respond to her.

Etamin turned back to her with a sobering look. "I called you her, to warn you about your foolishness, in hopes that you might understand the true cost of this. You haven't even tasted real battle. What will happen when you battle a youma, or worse an actual sentient being - a Dark Mirror Senshi, a Negaverse Officer, a Corrupted Senshi, a Youmfied officer, a Corrupted Mauvian or a Chaos aligned Vanguardian? This isn't a game. This is flat out war. And real people, normal people are the causalities, not just of the Chaos but of our own foolishness. Or do you need more evidence?"

Ametkhan understood where he was coming from and he was right the cost could always be greater. In her opinion they did the best they could with the circumstances. He wasn't there so it was easy for him to reflect on it now. She felt like being in the moment, you make decisions in less than seconds. She did this with her track team when a main runner is injured and they have to change strategy.
She knew that any decision taken would have a consequence, either positive or negative. Thus, it was important to weigh the options carefully and make a decision that would benefit the team in the long run. She was proud of the decisions she had made in the past and she was confident she could make the right ones going forward.
She took a breath and responded, "I understand where you are coming from but I don't regret my decision and would do it over. I will take this advice into consideration next time though, and you're right I haven't tasted the same battles as you. You have seen more than I and hopefully one day I can experience those things. So I can have the knowledge you do, and I would love more knowledge or evidence as you call it. Since I'm willing to learn!"
She hoped she didn't come off as a jerk, but she meant everything she said. She didn't respond to the life being a game because she knew what it was like to be a pawn. Before she was adopted she was a pawn of her foster parents. She didn't ever want to share that information, since it was a time she hoped she could forget.
She sat there patiently and awaited his response. Since she was curious what he could show her as evidence.

Etamin gave her a piercing stare. Then he looked up at the sky, noting the position of the sun, moon, and various other astronomical objects, that were difficult to see with the naked eye. Contemplating these measurements, as well as the feisty young Senshi before him, he quickly came to a decision. He gave a curt nod, and said "Very well, then. Meet me here, tonight, at 8:30 PM. You'll have your evidence." He turned and walked away. In seconds, he was gone.

Ametkhan nodded and watched as he walked off. She wasn't sure how this meeting had gone, but she was going to prepare for the next one to go better. So with that she rushed off and decided she would go do a quick patrol. Maybe the patrol could her get herself in top shape for the meeting tonight.
Either way she was excited to see the evidence and hopefully show that she was serious about learning. Ametkhan steeled her resolve and headed out. No matter what, she was determined to make this meeting a success. She was confident that her hard work would pay off.
