Now that Lenka was putting expectations on Hybris to be a “good senshi” and do his duty…she figured that she had better hold herself to the same standards…or…she should at least go out a little bit…if she didn’t go back to her old training regime…that was fine but…she should still do something.
Fresh air would be good for her, after all.
Drawing in a deep breath, Lenka made her way to one of the parks that she would frequent as a chibi and eyed the monkey bars speculatively, wondering if she could figure out how to do them upside down…the arm strength that would require was…a lot…and she didn’t even know how to do a handstand so…
Walking over to them, she slid her hands around the outside bar, standing well over the top of them, frowning slightly as she tried to figure out her next move…and then the aura of a Senshi had her pausing and lifting her head. The bright green and red of the fuku stirred something in her memory and she blinked. “...Apples. Right? Julienne introduced us…years ago…I…completely have lost your name though. How are you?”

Iduna was still bad at this whole patrolling thing. She was pretty sure it really wasn't in her wheel house, but she tried! Kinda. To be honest, it was more of an excuse to try to run into Lazurite in a casual, I'm totally not clinging to you as my only friend, sort of way. Or for people to get weird ideas that she was a turn coat or something! Then again...
Corruption.... or deal with the tree on her homeworld. She'd considered it more than once.
There was an aura of chaos, more powerful than her, and Iduna turned expecting Lazurite to have appeared behind her. She didn't expect Lenka in black. No forehead cracks - unless it hid under her tiara - and she a billowing drape of sheer material colored like a watermelon.
"...Lenka?" she said, blinking a few more times. It had been... years. The cat that awoke her had introduced them when they were still kids! Gosh, they'd been so small then! Her eyes were different but she looked good regardless. "Iduna! Yeah we were... really young then!"
She circled around the the monkey bars and smiled.
"You look really good! I really like the train of your fuku!"

Lenka nodded at the sound of her name and looked thoughtful when Iduna mentioned her own. “Right…we were really young…and ah…thanks. You look good too, obviously…I uh. Changed a bit. Made an enemy...bit the wrong person and she chucked me through a mirror so…here I am. Lost everything and now…just. Doing my best…”
She shrugged and fingered her overlay before suddenly brightening. “...For old times sake…do you want to help me train? I’m thinking of using the monkey bars like I used to but…trying for like…handstand walking on them? If you could hop up there you could keep me steady? If you have the time or want to, that is, I…think it might be fun, I’m trying to be better like I was when I was a kid. I’ve come to the conclusion that having peaked at ten was…not a great thing to do, ya know?”

"... Well that seems incredibly rude of her, though I will say the black pairs well with the watermelon colors for what it's worth," she said, choosing to not press the issue. Opening old wounds wasn't always the best course of action. If Lenka wanted to talk about it, sure, but it sounded like she didn't. Instead, she let Lenka shift the conversation towards training.
"Sure, I've got time! We should probably tie your overlay first though, otherwise it's just gunna make it difficult for you to hand stand," she said with a giggle. "Tell me about it. Got my arm broken during a big fight at... twelve? Didn't even age out of being a chibi senshi until I was eighteen. And my world likes to eat it's senshi for sustenance! It's just... so fun."
The senshi of apples let out a chuckle at herself and shrugged. "Like you said, trying to be better, and figure out what my place is in this whole... thing." Iduna hopped up onto the top of the monkey bars with ease, balancing on the balls of her feet and hooking her heels on the bar. This sort of thing would have terrified her as a child, but now? It didn't matter that her head was technically something like ten or twelve feet off the ground. If she fell, she'd heal.

Lenka paused and then stared at Iduna in mounting horror. “...Excuse me...what? What do you mean your world likes to eat Senshi? Is that…you’re not being literal, are you?”
If she was…that…what the <******** you been able to fight whatever’s up there? Can I help you fight whatever’s up there? I’m willing to try if you want some help with it, that sounds utterly horrific and I kind of want to kick your world in the face for doing that…but.”
She gave a little smile. “People grow in their own time, Iduna. Nothing wrong with that.”

"Oh no. I am. And it was horrific. For my chibi growth ritual the damn tree ate me and tried to consume my energy. It's a... apparently it's happened a lot. Because there's a lot of long, long dead bodies crystalized into the trunk," she said with a scratch of her cheek. It really, really was terrifying. She hadn't been back to her world since then, really. It just was too, ah, terrifying to do so.
"To be honest, I haven't gone back since I did the ritual? Two years ago... I'd love the support or like... a diagnosis? I've never seen anything like it before, but some of the deep space senshi have things like this, so..." she said, shrugging a little. Alastor's homeworld had been almost completely taken over by Chaos... was that what was happening to her world? Was this how that sort of thing started? Had the Eldermaus started to become a seed of Chaos?
"Actually... I would love the back up. If this is like... the start of a seed of Chaos or something, I don't wanna lose my world, ya know? It's kinda pretty, if very lonely."

Lenka was staring, utterly disgusted by the story and she shook her head slowly. “...Damn. I just ate some watermelon that I grew…you…got eaten?? I’m so glad that you didn’t get…dead. And absolutely I’ll help you. I might not be…exactly who I was, but I’m still who I am...and that is someone who helps her friends so, if you want me to come up and kick the tree in it’s crap lousy face,, we’ll do it. I don’t want any Chaos mucking up your world…unless you want it there. Which. No shade if that’s the case.”
She was working to tie her overlay between her legs to turn her dress into something that wasn’t in danger of falling down and though she looked…really stupid, it was better than just flashing everyone.
“Tell me the day and we’ll go, Iduna. I’ve got your back. We’re fruit sisters, I just made that up but. It’s true, so I’ve got you, no matter what, just like you’ve got me in this stupid idea I have right now.”
