How weird of a trend is this? But, I strangely love watching Zach, despite how weird it seems initially. What's your guys opinions about the Asian food eating ASMR trend?

No. It originates in Korea. biggrin You shouldn't judge it based on United States propaganda. Yes, China had an obesity epidemic. But, Korea, as far as I know hasn't. And, it's from Korea.

Well... I... Didn't know what to say. I saw in the news that China has an obesity epidemic, so when you said it's an Asian trend, I asked if maybe it's China, because you wanted me to say something, and I wasn't sure what else to say, besides that it is the weirdest video I have ever seen.

You see... Some people can eat a lot of food without getting fat. A lot of Asians eat a lot of food without getting fat. But, it's Asian food. Such as ramen, or teriyaki. American food, for some reason, really puts on weight in people's bodies. Maybe it's because it's a melting pot, and most people are eating like Europe most of the time, which they aren't evolved for. Yuh know how Europeans call Native American food junk food, because they're not evolved for their food? It goes both ways. That offensive term "junk food" is a not nice way of saying not the food you're evolved for.
So, if anyone is having a weight problem, maybe try cutting back on exotic foods, and turning more to tradition. As the Navajo might say, keep your Aketwool, your roots, your traditions. You are evolved for your traditional foods, but not for the exotic foods. So, your little receptor things for nutrition have a harder time getting anything out of exotic foods. And, it will make you eat more, it will also make you prone to feel hungry, it will more often become fat stores, and you'll have a difficult time burning those fat stores, because your body doesn't know what to do with it, because it's "Junk food," as Europe says.
So, remember, guys, keep to tradition in the kitchen. So you won't blow up into a... Umm... Hippo? Elephant? Yes, definitely, the way eating too much exotic foods hurts us is the elephant in the room in countries that import a lot. If your country imports a lot of exotic food, and they eat it a lot to show off wealth, and to show world leadership placements, you might want to not participate in that view and that habit. It causes obesity epidemics.
Ease off on exotic foods, and boost your traditional foods.

My brother thinks that your idea of what causes obesity epidemics is stupid. I think it could explain things, though. It's true that here in the U.S., people eat exotic foods by tradition all the time. The same people eventually get obese. But, he says that the reason is because Japanese walk a lot, and ride bikes a lot, while in the U.S. people drive cars, and stay home to game. And, thinking about it, the same people who blow up also are guilty of little-to-no exercise. Wait. No. My brother used to bikeride for many miles a week, and he was still huge. And, he says that his diet is healthy, and he's still huge. Personally, I try to eat as little as possible without dying, and I'm still huge. So, I think you're probably correct that it's because of the "junk food" secret of Europe. My brother... He doesn't know what he's talking about. He tries and tries to lose weight with diet and exercise, then he goes up in weight instead, never down. So, I think I want to try a change in diet to traditional food, and see if that finally fixes my weight. Because his advice is useless. He gains instead of losing. So, I'm going to try increasing... Well, what is my traditional food? I'm going to have to figure that out.
As for the trend of watching those videos, I honestly thought maybe skinny people is hungry? My brother didn't think that, he thinks that maybe people are bored with nothing better to do, like watching Star Trek. What would you say is why many Asians are enjoying watching those videos?

I know why. And, I'm not gonna say it, because it's a government secret. If you pester me enough, I'll tell you horror stories. To save you a lot of failures to sleep because of fear, I will not divulge the secret any time soon. But, it has absolutely nothing to do with me, so sleep soundly. I will divulge this much, it's apart of crime fighting. Trending Asia watching those videos fights crime. I highly recommend it to the United States. It's a very good idea.

I realized what your governments are doing. I am very disturbed. They're looking for cannibals? Look, he wears black golves like he works with corpse investigation for the police. He wears them eating red-sauce-covered chicken drumsticks, clean to the bone, getting the red sauce on the gloves. I'm not trying to be gorey and get in trouble. I'm just sayin' I'm pretty sure they're looking for a cannibal or two that must be highly wanted serial killers. Are they looking for them here? Like, on Gaia? Or, even worse, here in this guild? So disturbing. That's one of the worst things I've ever heard people looking for criminals guilty of. That's a rare, freakish, crazy crime to ever happen. It almost never happens. What a weird thing to be searching for.
Does that they're showing it to Americans, and recommending it mean they think the criminal escaped to the U.S.?
Terrible.
No wonder you didn't want to tell me what the videos are doing besides crime fighting. That's some serious criminals they're looking for.

Well, yes. The governments in Asia are looking for serious criminals of that and other kinds with that trend. Try not to be too scared that there's monsters. And, try not to lose your own appetite for loved foods, such as chicken and cheese. But, yeah, there's trends of numerous kinds going on in crime in RL that require this food eating ASMR trend to help catch. I know it's weird, but those kinds of crimes, related to food, are trendy. And, the governments plan on catching them all. smile
