(This is a list for everything. Maybe we should split it for potion effects vs magical effects? We should also probably have some specific lists for certain locations? Idk here's a list.)


1. Roll on this table at the start of each of your turns for the next 3 turns, ignoring this result on subsequent rolls.
2. For the next 3 turns, you can see any invisible creature if you have line of sight to it.
3. You cast Fireball as a 3rd-level spell centered on yourself.
4. You cast Magic Missile as a 5th-level spell.
5. Roll a d10. Your height changes by a number of inches equal to the roll. If the roll is odd, you shrink. If the roll is even, you grow.
6. You cast Confusion centered on yourself.
7. For the next 3 turns, you regain 5 hit points at the start of each of your turns.
8. You grow a long beard made of feathers that remains until you sneeze, at which point the feathers explode out from your face.
9. You cast Grease centered on yourself.
10. Creatures have disadvantage on saving throws against the next spell you cast in the next minute that involves a saving throw.
11. Your skin turns a vibrant shade of blue. A Remove Curse spell can end this effect.
12. An eye appears on your forehead for the next 3 turns. During that time, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.
13. For the next minute, all your spells with a casting time of 1 action have a casting time of 1 bonus action.
14. You teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see.
15. You are transported to the Tower of Resolution until the end of your next turn, after which time you return to the space you previously occupied or the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied.
16. Maximize the damage of the next damaging attack you use within the next minute.
17. You regain 2d10 hit points.
18. You turn into a potted plant until the start of your next turn. While a plant, you are incapacitated and have vulnerability to all damage. If you drop to 0 hit points, your pot breaks, and your form reverts.
19. For the next minute, you can teleport up to 20 feet as a bonus action on each of your turns.
20. You cast Levitate on yourself.
21. A unicorn appears in a space within 5 feet of you, then disappears 1 turn later.

32. Each creature within 30 feet of you becomes invisible for the next minute. The invisibility ends on a creature when it attacks or casts a spell.

35. You glow with bright light in a 30-foot radius for the next 3 turns. Any creature that ends its turn within 5 feet of you is blinded until the end of its next turn.
36. You cast Polymorph on yourself. If you fail the saving throw, you turn into a sheep for the spell's duration.
37. Illusory butterflies and flower petals flutter in the air within 10 feet of you for the next 3 turns.
38. You can take one additional action immediately.
39. Each creature within 30 feet of you takes 1d10 necrotic damage. You regain hit points equal to the sum of the necrotic damage dealt.

54. The next creature you touch is shocked for 1d8 points of lightning damage.
55. Your ears become taller and more elf-like.
56. An illusory stone statue of a male human appears in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you.
57. For the next 10 turns, a voice in your head announces random directions (in one hundred yards, turn left) every turn.
58. You have a moment of insight, and gain a +2 bonus on your next attack roll.
59. For the next 10 turns, you are able to understand any spoken language that you hear.
60. You are suddenly wearing studded leather armor, and any armor you may have been wearing falls to the ground in your space.
61. A randomly chosen item you are carrying becomes invisible for the next 3 turns.
62. You feel ill, and are poisoned until the end of your next turn.
63. For the next 3 turns, you are restrained by a writhing mass of thorny vines.
64. For the next hour, you are able to understand (but not speak with) animals.
65. Every container within 10 feet of you is suddenly full of water, whether it is designed to hold liquid or not.
66. Your skin is covered with an illusory script of random nonsense.
67. A deerstalker cap suddenly appears on your head, and a magnifying glass in your hand.
68. For the next hour, you are disguised by an illusion of yourself but wearing gothic plate armor.
69. A raven lands on your shoulder and speaks a strange prophecy.
70. You grow feathers all over your body.
71. You feel your body begin to change! You are turned into a tiny frog for 1d4 days.
72. You fall in love with the first living thing you see.
73. Your skin begins to turn a sickly green, and you gain the ability to breathe underwater for 1d4 turns. You also lose the ability to breathe outside of water for the time limit!
74. You grow gills on your neck. You can breathe underwater for 1d4 turns.
75. The content of the potion is a literal soul! If you try to drink it, you must succeed on a DC 13 CON saving throw or your soul will be swapped for 1d10 days.
76. Your skin begins to glow, creating a 25ft. aura of light around you.
77. You forget how to read for 1d4 days.
78. You gain the effects of gaseous form for 1d4 turns.
79. You gain a vague, mystical vision of the future.
80. Your skin turns pale and your blood stops pumping. You become undead for 1d4 turns.

91. All tattoos on your body vanish.
92. Spiked vines begin growing out of your body for 1d4 days. If a creature touches you, they take 1d4 damage.
93. You grow a third eye in the center of your forehead, increasing your perception skill by 2.
94. Mushrooms begin to grow out of your head.
95. You feel incredibly strong! You now have the strength of a Frost Giant (23 STR) for 1d4 turns.
96. You can understand all languages for 1d4 turns.
97. You are able to pass through walls that are 1ft. thick, like a ghost.
98. When you drink this potion, you gain the effect of the detect thoughts spell (save DC 13).
99. The ends of your fingers become very sticky. You can now climb walls for 1d4 turns.
100. You are instantly teleported to the nearest body of water.
101. You lose your reflection permanently.
102. Your hair has the effect of being underwater permanently.
103. You instantly become 1d6 years older.
104. You can speak with plants for 1d4 turns.
105. You gain double your speed for 1d6 rounds.
106. The potion gives you resistance to fire damage for 1d4 hours.
107. Drinking this potion has allowed your consciousness to be noticed by a random deity! You have one chance to ask any yes or no question.
108. You begin to secret a substance that is very similar to gasoline. Be careful, you are extremely flammable!

112. Wings sprout out of your back, allowing you to fly for 1d4 turns.
