yup muscle weighs stuff but the more muscles you get the higher your matabalism the faster you lose fat *odd but true*
and you might have also been weighted at the wrong time I put on one kilo or more once a month every month just to lose it all and a little more the next week *this also ment that I put on weight after my very first week at weightwatchers gonk *
and biggness is nothing more than a sideeffect from an unhealthy lifestyle so if you are trying to get healthier, dont try and fix the bigness, fix the lifestyle the biggness will follow and I reeeeaaally recomend weightwatchers they are fantastic *assuming thats what you wanna do* I dont want to sound pushy on the weightloss thingo, if there are no health reasons for it then there is no point you are damn beautiful just the way you are

It's VERY frustrating when that happens...you bust your butt exercising, figuring that you're shedding weight but it appears that you've actually GAINED weight...like The_Irkin_Army said, it's muscle mass that you've gained, not fat.
Drink 8-12 glasses of water daily and you'll see the weight start to come off...water is your friend 3nodding

When you are just a little hungry and meal time isnt far off try eating some ice, it makes your body think you are eating without gaining weight and it can tide you over a little while.

Yes, but everyone please remember that ice is NOT a meal... just something to tide you over. Like gum ^^ heart
