Nayyara found herself wandering through the streets of Belrea, the final stop before the long trip home. She was a little sad that it was all coming to an end, but excited to get back to her family and settle down. Maybe find someone she could spend the time with and appreciate the gift she had been given - a love for the world around her.
In fact, just seeing the Earthlings and all their cultures was a joy, and she hoped she might be able to educate the next generation to appreciate them a little more than they did today.

Astrasol was taking a break from wandering throughout town shopping, and instead was enjoying a leisurely stroll through the countryside. It was a lovely time of year, with the fields full and in bloom. Sure, she wouldn't work there, but she did appreciate the change in scenery and the knowledge that someone, somewhere was getting her next meal.

As she continued through the countryside, Nayyara was excited to see the earthlings collect their harvest. It was different than her own island, where they waded into the waters or climbed up the trees. The rolling fields here meant they had such a robust stock that entire groups of earthling families would be out gathering the harvest.
The community was inspiring and a bit familiar to the Elidae, and she couldn't help but smile at the scene before her.

Brushing her hair back away from her face, the hybrid took note of the tall Aishan ahead. The coloring of this one was off, something she had never seen before, and she paused as she examined the bright hair and pale skin.
Humming, she realized she was in a curious mood and therefore approached the tall woman.
"Lost, sweetling?" she asked casually, glancing out to where the other seemed to look.

The tall aishan was delighted to hear the words from the other woman, having turned just as Astrasol came into range to interact with her. A smile crossed her face as she shook her head.
"No, I'm right where I mean to be." She responded with a bit of a giddy nature, looking back as well to watch the workers once more.

Her face remained blank at the comment, and she wondered why so many Aishans seemed to cross her path. They were so tall, and their bug features were quite strange. But then again, with the island growing them, it made sense why they would come wandering about as if it were their home.
Pursing her lips, Astrasol reminded herself mentally she was not here to be rude and snarky, and let out a low hum.

The silence went on for another dozen seconds, before Nayyara realized the other girl wasn't really engaging. Turning, she looked down at the interesting hybrid with bright eyes, a smile across her cheeks.
"We don't have this type of work back home."

"And where is your home?" she asked with some curiosity, her eyes lidded as she turned away from the work fully. While she appreciated the labor, she wasn't going to catch the eyes and be dragged into such things. Instead, she continued to study the taller woman with open curiosity, tilting her head as her long hair spilled over her shoulder.

"A small isle off the coast of Kahikina." She replied simply, with honesty, "I'll bet you haven't seen much of my kind around here. I'm one of the older ones, but a few more are starting to travel I'm sure..."
Glancing at the girl before her, Nayyara curiously wondered what sort of make up she was. Was she an earthling race, or maybe a hybrid which she learned was quite common on the mainland.

"I can't say I've seen much matching your coloring, though I've come across a few much darker that live nearby." Glancing back at the workers, Astrasol noticed once seemed to have taken note of them, and waved from afar. She sniffed a moment, turning away completely so they wouldn't mistake her for the helpful sort.

She clapped her hands together in a fit of glee, before nodding eagerly, "That's the Vandrea. They are cousins, so to speak. But I'm an Elidae, different from the Elaria, different from the Alkidike."
She too took notice of the worker, and gasped, "Oh do you think they want our help?" She had to admit, it was a bit interesting.

They all had their own names and places, didn't they? Astrasol wasn't one who spent too much time concerned with such things, although her Shifter parent did comment on the raids of Alkidikes in the past. It was so far away, so long ago, that the younger Astrasol made no note of stories, unlike her brother.
"Oh goddess, no thank you. You go have fun. I'm sure they'd love the help."

Smiling a toothy grin, Nayyara jokingly responded with a "Your loss." before nodding a farewell and turning to wave back at the worker.
They seemed to perk up and began to wander over, and the tall Aishan decided she'd meet them half way. Another Earthling lesson was about to being.

A quick escape was a bit garish, but so was getting her hands and her new designer outfit dirty. At least she got out in the sun, which was something she often attempted to do just to take a break from the monotony of the world.
Watching the tall woman rush away, Astrasol shook her head before deciding maybe she'd need to write to a certain colleague and see how the budding business was doing.
