Helio grinned at the girl on the other side of the room. Zuzu was, quite honestly, anything but intimidating. Adorable though she was, Helio had seen touches of the agent's personality, and honestly, it was why he had suggested the two of them spar. As interested as he was to get more practice in, he was curious of Zuzu and what she brought to the team.
This was intended to be a sort of team bonding experience. A get to know you hour or two. Something to have fun with, learn from and burn some excess energy.
"So, how do you want to do this?" He asked as he limbered up his body a bit. No reason to jump into a spar cold. Bad enough it could happen when out on missions or gathering energy, might as well be somewhat ready here. To be honest, he hated dealing with weapons. They felt that more dangerous when they came swinging at your face. Maybe it was the real physical presence of them, but Helio truly wasn't a fan of them and in turn, dealing with Knights. "Weapons and Magic? Fist to Fist?" The first would definitely be a more intense spar than the latter. a-disgruntled-dragon LMK if this works for you. Just threw them in a sparring ring in the negaverse.

Mizuki bounced on the balls of her feet, hair wiggling around her feet as she moved. Zuzu wasn't usually much for sparring her own fellows; why spar when you fight and kill senshi and knights who absolutely deserved it?
But she liked Helio and he'd wanted to see what she could do. How could she say no to that? And, to be fair, she had no idea what the other corrupt's powers was honestly, which wasn't great if they were supposed to be a team after all.
"Why don't we just go all out and see what happens?" she said, a single lilac petal between her fingers. The girl looked way too excited and cheerful for this sort of thing, but that was just... how she was.
"Ready when you are, Helio!"

"Sure. I don't see why not." He agreed. The match was going to be interesting. He had no idea what to expect from the chaotically energetic girl across from him. She had come across as a complete wild card, someone who could make or break a fight depending on her train of focus. As a fellow team member, he needed to understand how she fought.
With the parameters of the fight decided, Helio prepared to spar. Zulu announced her ready and the super kicked it off by rushing forward. He wanted to save his magic, starting off with it did him no real good in this particular instance. Against an enemy? Sure. Against a fellow teammate in a spar, there was no real advantage as it was unlikely to trip Zuzu up.
Instead, with his rush forward he aimed a punch to her midsection.
