Alastor had been hopeful when he’d asked Cybele if she could pass along his contact information to anyone she thought might be able to help him. He had a long way to go before he thought he was confident enough to try and attack the Chaos, but he’d promised he’d be careful.
Being careful meant he couldn’t just charge in and try to destroy it on his own.
The Chaos on his world was different from the one on Earth, but they’d had more success destroying–or at least, subduing–the Chaos here. In some way.
He’d only spoken to Drombeg briefly; he knew it wasn’t the safest to talk about personal information in any great capacity in any way that could be traced, so they’d agreed to meet out in the park to discuss it in person. Alastor arrived early, partly because he was eager, and partly because he wanted to make sure the area was safe. There were no youma, no agents, no one nearby, so he supposed this was a good a place as any. He didn’t sit, though there were several benches nearby; instead, he walked in in a slow, steady circle around the fountain until he felt the prickle of an energy signature. A Knight, so probably the one he was waiting for. He saw him in the distance and raised a hand in greeting, but waited until he approached before he spoke. “Drombeg? I’m Alastor. Thank you for coming, I appreciate it. Especially on such short notice.”

Drombeg had been surprised to see the message from Cybele. They hadn't spoken in person since he had still been a Captain. Remembering being a part of the Negaverse always made him feel a bit of anger. He never wanted to be with them again. When he had gotten back in touch with Cybele from her message he had then been directed to Alastor which intrigued him. He hadn't heard anything about Senshi from other planets though he had seen a few. It was his fault for not powering up more. He had been trying to get his civilian life settled so much that he had missed some of the larger things that had been happening on the White Moon side. They had agreed to meet and he was only a few minutes behind Alastor when he got to the park thanks to a GPS mix up. He nodded when the other greeted him. "Alastor. It's no problem. I'm interested in what you need from me." The other had briefly mentioned fighting chaos and needing his experience and Drombeg was ready and willing to spill all the beans on them that the other may have needed. He crossed his arms and relaxed a little. "If there's anything I can help you with in regards to chaos then I'll do my best."

While a part of Alastor wondered how dangerous it was to use Cybele for connections with people he didn’t know, he also trusted her. She knew that his world was important to him. Enough to sacrifice some of the privacy he’d held onto for so long.
“I don’t know what I need from anyone. Answers, ideally, but my question isn’t something that’s so straightforward. I have some Chaos on my world, but it’s not like the Negaverse. It’s not people making choices, not people that can be saved. It’s just, a sickness.”
It was more complicated to describe than he’d anticipated, and it never seemed to get any easier.
“A shadow has spread across my world. I don’t know what it’s done to the people, but it’s ravaged the land. It’s been storming constantly for longer than I can remember. It’s too dangerous to travel, I haven’t seen another living soul in…”
His voice trailed off and he shrugged.
“It pollutes the land. Nothing will grow, and the water is so fierce that the rivers have torn up the land. It’s dangerous right now. So much so that I’m reluctant to ask anyone for help. I was wondering if you had any advice for how you overcame your Chaos? How do you fight it when it’s within you?”

Drombeg raised an eyebrow. He could tell that the Senshi was frustrated and he couldn't blame him. It must have been hard to have one's Homeworld covered in chaos and no idea what to do about it. He sighed and crossed his arms relaxing a little. "Unfortunately I don't have any experience with that kind of chaos, but I wouldn't be surprised if that could, or is happening on Earth as well somewhere."He thought for a moment before he continued. "As you said, it feels like a sickness, though this one in mind more than physically. I was forced into it myself so I still had some fight in me when I first joined which I believe helped. But it is hard to overcome. There were times when I almost faltered. Where I almost let it take over my mind because it would just be so easy. And what was anyone doing here that was going to help me? Nothing, at least when I was a Lieutenant. It wasn't until I became a Captain that I managed to find the help that I needed."He moved his hands to his hips. "Though I'm not sure that's very helpful in your case. But I believe that some of the same things can help." He held out one hand, one finger pointing upward. "First, you'll need help. And I can tell that you are reluctant to get it, but I don't believe you'll be able to stop it yourself no matter how powerful you are. I needed the help of others not only to convince me, but to stay safe when I finally did leave." He lifted a second finger up. "White Moon magic will be helpful. While I had words that helped me when I was a Captain, you might be able to find someone who has the right kind of magic that could help lift a bit of the darkness away. At least enough for you to see what was going on within it. And finally," He lifted a third finger. "I had to get the chaos removed from my starseed when I was finally ready to leave the Negaverse. Mine was done by Sailor Cosmos. I'm not sure if the same thing would work on your Homeworld, but perhaps with enough Order magic, you can drive the chaos away on your Homeworld like how Cosmos was able to do it with my starseed. Or maybe you just need Cosmos's help to drive it away." He said with a shrug. "I haven't had any experience with Homeworlds being filled with chaos and driving them away at this time, though I wish I did. It seems that this is a newly known development." He crossed his arms again, switching to the other foot to lean on. "I would like to go myself if you ever decided to bring allies with you."Kyuseisha no Hikari Hope that's okay! Tell me if I need to change anything if it makes it look like Drombeg knows too much, etc.!

Alastor wasn’t surprised to hear that Drombeg had no experience with the Chaos he had described, but he was disappointed all the same. There was no fault to be had; Alastor knew he was going out on a limb with all of this.
The more Drombeg spoke, the more amused Alastor seemed to be. He crossed his arms over his chest and listened with a humored knowing.
He knew he needed help. That’s why he’d asked Cybele to connect him with those who might be able to give him the information he needed to form a safe plan to handle the Chaos. He was reluctant to ask for help, but not so much so that he wasn’t doing his best now.
He didn’t think he’d be able to stop the Chaos on his own. He hadn’t been able to before, and his world had suffered for it. His people had suffered.
There wasn’t anyone to ask before.
Now, he wasn’t letting pride stand in the way. He wasn’t so swallowed up in his own despair that he wasn’t thinking clearly. He had the chance to make things right, and he was doing his best to make sure that he did.
He was asking for every useful connection anyone could provide him with. He was looking for members of the White Moon, with information. With any interest in helping him.
The corner of his lip twitched when he suggested Cosmos.
“No,” he said, politely but firmly. “I won’t be needing her. You’ll forgive me for not having much faith in her. I’m glad she came with you called.” She hadn’t come when he needed her before. He wasn’t going to rely on her again.
“I’ve been working with a Mauvian to install some technology to help me combat the shadows, but I know it would be foolish to attempt to do this all on my own. I can’t combat the Chaos and protect the Core of my world. So I’m doing my best to fortify where I can and make a plan for who can help me. I appreciate any help I can get. You, included. Although, I can assure this is not a newly known development, not for me. This infestation is,” he paused, exhaled, and shrugged. “Old.”

Drombeg drew his eyebrows together in a bit of frustration. Not at Alastor, but it hurt his pride a bit that he couldn't even be helpful to someone else now that he was a Knight. It was as if the decision to purify was meaningless. There was the fact that he hadn't been a Knight for long at least and he still didn't want to go back to the Negaverse at any rate. He might have just needed to take more of a break from his powered activities. Or spend more time at his Wonder if he could do so. That would probably be best. He nodded to Alastor. "That's reasonable. She seems a bit... random." He had only met her once after all, but the fact that she didn't appear more often, even to help the Vanguard when they needed it, was she that neutral or just didn't know? Or perhaps she didn't care. Drombeg gave Alastor a small smile. "Well, I am sorry I wasn't of much help. I wish I knew what to do about this type of Chaos that your Homeworld is experiencing. But I'll be there whenever you ask for help. Even if I don't have the experience and I'm a new knight, I won't hesitate to destroy any Chaos that I can."

“Don’t sell yourself short, I’m grateful for all the help I can get. I appreciate the offer more than you know.”
He could have taken plenty of time to go over his issues with Cosmos, but putting too much faith in her was a waste of time and if he was going to make plans he’d rather make them with someone more reliable.
He returned the smile in an effort to reassure Drombeg.
“I’m going to keep researching, but I’m not giving up. I don’t have all of the information to feel confident going into this, but it seems like there are few who have much experience with the type of Chaos I’m dealing with. If it’s different breed, then the more I learn about it, the more I can share. In case it crops up somewhere else, too.”
He planted his hands on his hips and looked up to the sky as he exhaled. He couldn’t see Alastor from here. In his heart, he felt it, but without seeing it, sometimes it just felt like it might have been swallowed up by the darkness of the universe.
His gaze returned to Drombeg. “I’m not the best when it comes to working with others. I’m used to doing things on my own. But, I know I need help. I don’t want to drag anyone into danger they’re not prepared for, but if you’re willing to help, I’ll take it. I don’t know when I’m going to strike, but I can’t drag this out forever. I can let you know when I’m making a move if you’re still up to it.”

While what Alastor said helped a little, Drombeg couldn't help but still feel a bit of frustration, helplessness, and anger at himself. He promised that he would go to his Wonder and figure out his feelings there. As much as he could. He hoped that it would have the answer at least. If that didn't help, he would need a civilian therapist. After a bit Drombeg nodded. "Well, I hope you can find out whatever it is in order to save your Homeworld. And then when you do, you can contact me to help you with it." He said, his mind still distracted by his negative thoughts. He looked at Drombeg. "I'm glad we could meet at least. I haven't met too many on the Order side yet and while I have seen others, talking to them is a different story." He looked up at the sky for a moment, wondering how it looked on different Homeworlds. "It appears to have gotten late. I think it would be best if we return to uh, where we live at the moment." He didn't want to say "home" due to the reason they had met in the first place. He turned a bit on his heel and gave a wave to the Deep Space Senshi. "I'll be more confident in myself when you contact me the next time!" He said, both to reassure himself and give him some pressure to do it a bit more quickly. And with that he was gone, heading to the lodgings that he called his own home for the moment. Kyuseisha no Hikari End post from me! I hope that didn't appear to be abrupt!
