Xamira was doing her daily walk-through of the park. Some might think that she was doing her duties as a guardian and was patrolling to make sure there was no danger, but to be truthful it was a lie. She did it to see if any human who happened to be in the park would give her food. She did it for food. She was a greedy cat who if she was not sleeping was stuffing her face.
She stopped and sniff the air. She was good at smelling things out. Not just food. She sensed something. Her senses were now on full alert. She made her way slowly to what she had sensed. She stopped and peeked around a tree.
It was a cat. Or a kitten? It looked small to her. She was relieved when she noticed it was a guardian. The guardian was playing with a shiny gold ball and talking to itself. Xamira didn't want to pry and easesdrop but if it was indeed a kitten the mother cat inside of her couldn't let it be out here alone and by their self.
She didn't want to startle the guardian and thought of just watching out for it in the shadows while it play and follow it home to make sure they had a place to stay. But when she heard the cat talk about their parents her heart did a little flip flop. She step out and slowly approached the cat.
"Hey, there sugar. My name is Xamina. I am an order just like you." She looked around. "Are you here by yourself?"
