Nin 1
She waited at the bar for her friends to arrive. Reillan had originally been a friend of Kiyelt, but now he and Nin were friends as well. It helped that Kynin and Gajeel were inseperable. She ordered some ale and got comfortable, she didn't always get time to herself and she was looking forward to adult conversation. The ale was deliscious and she sipped it blissfully. The two in question were usually on time, so she wasn't too worried.

He entered the bar and smiled amiably as he saw Nin, it had been an exhausting month and he had needed some time in beautiful Matori.
"Sorry that I'm a bit late, my daughter had an awful date today and she is an absolute mess. Some days I forget how young she is." He sighed and ordered rum and fruit juice, he had never been all that fond of ale.
"Long time no chat though, how have you been?"

He knew he was running late but well there had been some very legitimate distractions also known as a very sexy Matorian who had his heart and soul on a string around her neck.
His eyes usually attempted to glaze over when he thought of her. His Onora. But it was time for some visiting and Nin was usually too busy with her giant family and giant operation. They had really made a name for themselves in the tiny village that seemed to now consist mostly of their swiftly growing family.
He entered the bar and saw a very scary Oban sitting with her.
"Your business with Nin sir?" He was a bit protective of his friend. It was part of his nature.

She wasn't sure why she had expected the male posturing not to happen between these two. They were both very large, very gorgeous men, but it wasn't like they were prentices and she had her own very large, very gorgeous husband, and also she wasn't some helpless damsel, more like a dragon in her own right.
"Theriar, this is Reillan, Reillan, Theriar. You are both friends of myself and Kiyelt but I take it you two have never crossed paths."
"In answer to your question Reillan, I am doing well, but we have had some serious things go wrong family wise and a few right. Three to be exact. Its a long story so I suggest you both strap in. I'm tired of internalizing it all of the time."

As a military man he couldn't help but sizing up his prospective opponant who had so rudely interrupted his pleasantries with his friend.
"She is a friend, nothing more, as you no doubt are." He held the yellow gaze with steady red eyes. He was not easily intimidated but nor could he ignore the deadly skill and grace that emanated off the man with the face worn by sun and wind. The scent of brine and beach clung to him.
"Seaman."

He huffed, still displeased at the presence of the Oban. Only because he looked so damn scary sitting next to the much smaller yet formidable Nin.
But he knew when he was beat, so he nodded politely. "My pleasure I'm sure."
He should come with a warning lable he mused somedays he did not play well with others, he wasn't sure if it was because of spending so much time alone but he suspected it was just because he was picky with his company as a rule.

She rolled her eyes, glad that most of her kids didn't come close to the testosteroni leaking off of these two, at least not in the same way.
"Boys. One of my nieces, Ushiwa and Saeruin's daughter Elaxi has been kidnapped and we cannot find her. I had hoped that today would not be as serious a discussion as it is but it was a random attack. Saeruin was stabbed trying to defend her daughter and is recovering under Einsol's watchful eye. Ushiwa is not taking the disaster well and I'm sorry to say that the rest of us are not either. Elaxi is gentle and sweet and who knows what could be happening to her."
That ought to get their attention.

Utterly distracted now, Reillan turned fully to her, which he would normally not do, but he felt like Nin wouldn't let the fisherman stab him. At least not in her presence.
"I will get some people on that looking for her, if we could get a description of her markings and build it would help a lot. Obviously the more eyes aware and searching the better."
He would get Variel to scout. Not many people were willing to mess with Variel after all.

"Pamphlets with her image might also be of use, I can deliver them to nearby ports and hope that we catch her before they can get her on a ship, if they travel overland it will be of limited use but at least with an image there is a decent chance of finding her."
No doubt the contacts that each of them had would benefit Ninaeleth's search and no doubt her entire family of beast tamers and assorted other professions were on the look out as well.
"I am so very sorry." He had no children but also couldn't imagine loosing one, especially when they had been taking good care of her the whole time and still she was stolen from them.

There see, sometimes all you had to do was distract people with a real problem to make them behave.
“I can get that stuff to you both, no problem.”
She raised her hand and bought them a round of alcohol. “Time to get drunk! I need a break from life right now”

He nursed his drink and thanked Nin. It must be really hard to have a grandchild kidnapped. They were the present and the future and the most important thing. Nothing was more important than family.
“I cant imagine what you are going through right now.” His kids would have probably driven the kidnapper crazy or killed them. But they were all older than Elaxi.

He would do his best for her. He also thanked Nin for the drink and toasted his two companions. “To finding your grandchildren and getting very drunk!”
He didnt get drunk often but he felt he was due for a good time. He disnt have any issues to work out so he would call this a celebration of being on land for a while.
They proceeded to drink quite a bit.

They may have gotten into a bit of a bar fight when some very drunk male tried to grab her butt. it exploded into the whole bar when her two platonic defenders went at it with the guys buddies. They may have destroyed half the bar and even Nin got in some very good punches and hair pulls. Kiyelt was going to be so proud of her.
Judging by the hot glare from the bar keep it was time to see the healer.
“Come on boys, lets go.”

He could definitely use some ice on his eye. It was going to swell and close up he was pretty sure but he had given way better than he had gotten.
“Sounds good.” He nodded respectfully at the hybrid who had made his suspicions true. Theriar was deadly in a fight but with enough control to pull the hits at the exactly right time to preserve life.

He had a bit of a limp, his knees being a pretty decent target for shorter earthlings but it had honestly been fun to awaken the skills that he had only worked on for exercise for a long time.
“Where too then, another pub?” They were all still pretty pickled and had to lean on each other a bit while the bill was paid.
