It’s a five minute drive outside of the Eastern side of town and features clear water and sandy beaches--although, the sand here is notorious for squeaking when you step on it. It’s a hot spot for all fun summer activities, but it’s been in the news for mysterious reports of some strange, aquatic monster. Some accounts say they’ve spotted a twenty foot long, snake like creature capable of rearing a long neck high above the water. It’s hard to tell if the videos are doctored, but there are too many rumors to dismiss easily. Something strange might be lurking deep in the water. Or it’s just a hoax to get people out to the Reservoir! But…Sometimes, people feel like something is grabbing their ankle, even if they are just wading in the shallow end. In the deeper parts of the water, it gets a little more intense: something has been said to grab onto ankles and pull. People have been warned about dangerous pranks, but so far no one has been caught. In the shallow end, anyone unfortunate enough to be targeted may feel themselves being knocked off their feet and tugged into the water; anyone in deep water may feel a firm grip on their ankle, tugging them lower and lower. Somehow, anyone it targets is freed--either by wriggling and fighting, or because someone intervenes and pulls the would-be victim up. No one has drowned in the lake. Yet. It's impossible to see who, or what, is doing this, but it usually gives up after one failed attempt. Usually. While you may find yourself harassed by the supposed cryptid, or see something visibly odd in the distance, you cannot take any pictures of the creature. Who knows if you’re even being attacked by the cryptid–or just another youma?
Because of how much he was paying attention, when he spotted something that didn't look human in the least darting around a rocky bend, he was quick to power up and chase after it. However when he rounded the bend he was left standing there with no monster in sight, no anyone in sight, much to his confusion. He hesitated in powering down just yet and instead looked around the area to see if it hadn't been his mind playing tricks on him and something was hiding nearby.

Kioshi didn't like the beach, it was too bright, but the cool breeze off the water wasn't too bad. He just had to keep to laying under an umbrella, he also wanted to avoid fading on the tattoos that decorated his back. As he was sitting up, to stretch, he spotted something moving...something that didn't look right.
Without sayhing a word, and hoping no one around noticed, he got up and headed off to investigate. It seemed though, as he powered up, that someone else had the same idea. This someone wasn't a negaverse officer or a corrupt like himself...not even a dark mirror senshi. No, it was a knight. That thought, that aura, had him nearly seeing red as he headed towards them the air around him cooled and the sand gained a frosty coating.
"Knight." The word nearly growled by the Asian American, his approacch was quick and his hair moved like an angry cats tail. He'd made quick work of closing the distance between himself and the knight, and screw any people who might hear or see what was about to happen. As he hauled off and aimed a fist for the knights face.

A shiver when down Gyeongju's back when he felt the strong chaos presence flare to live near by. He stopped looking for anything hidden and instead turned to look at the approaching Senshi, his dojang coming to his hand out of reflex even if it was only useful in throwing it at someone. He shivered again, this time a mix of fear and cold when he spotted the corrupted and the icy path behind him. His arms went up in an attempt to placate the rapidly approaching corrupted.
"I was looking for some-" He was cut off in his explanation when the Senshi punched out and he was quick to duck aside, eyes going wide. "Well clearly just talking things over is off the table?" He half asked and half stated as he tried to put distance between them. He very well knew that if he had to full on fight the Senshi he was at a heavy disadvantage.

"I would hope it's obvious, knight." From the way he said it the word, knight, sounded like some sort of a slur. He had no reason to care about the others name, whatever it might be, nor any reason to use it. Knight was a perfectly good word to use, so was senmshi when it was applicable. He didn't allow the other to put much distance between them, follow after the knight, as he aimed to kick him toward the left side.
"You and your kind should just do us all a favor and refraine from ever powering up." That way he didn't need to throw himself into fights against them, not that he didn't like the idea of a good fight, but he didn't like having to give his precious time up to them and dealing with the issue of senshi and knights. He could be using his time, even when powered up, doing other things. If this knight didn't fight back they'd et their a** handed to them...he had no issue in beating someone who wouldn't fight back.

Okay clearly this is one on the side of chaos who had a grudge against order. Gyeongju attempted to avoid the kick coming at him and only partially managed it. He let out a grunt at the impact and used the way it forced him to twist in order to put more force behind a punch of his own. "Not sure if you noticed buddy but your word isn't law in the universe so whatever grudge you have to make you swing at any passing order? Shove it up your a**." He scowled as he said that.
Even though he was fighting back now, he was still on the look out for any chance to retreat away and out of the fight, or at least retreat enough that he could maybe call for help. This was not a fight he would be able to win on his own. Even just the partial hit hurt a good bit and the Corrupted hadn't even used his magic yet as far as he knew.

"I'll just have to enforce things than, won't I." And if that meant beating a knight than he was fine with that, if he could kill him he certainly would. He'd never done something like that before but he wasn't opposed to the idea. He'd figure out how he handled it when it happened, and he was certain he'd kill a knight or a senshi at some point. The punch from the knight landed solidly and had him stepping back, hand reaching up to touch at the now tender spot. That had hurt, and he knew his expression and the sound he made proved that point.
But it also didn't deter him from using his magic on the kngiht, he knew it wasn't a physica lsort of attack but it worked well enough. He did wish at tiimes he had something more phyiscal though. "wWinters loneliness."

Well at least one hit had connected, even if it wasn't enough to knock the other man out or at least distract him enough that Gyeongju could dip out. However it apparently put the Page in the perfect position to get hit by the Senshi's magic attack.
Gyeongju started to shiver as a biting cold seeped into him along with a truly awful loneliness. The Polaris Knight stumbled back while unconsciously hugging himself. He had to bite his lip to keep from crying and he suddenly wanted Seung right next to him. Or one of his former group mates. ... He really wanted to crawl into MinSoo's arms and that right there made the lonely feeling even worse since it had been so long since he had seen him in person.
He was honestly spiraling right now and it was hard to constraint on the fight at hand.

He'd never felt his own magic, and how could he? But he knew it affected people emotionally and left them open for attacks of the physical sort, it was why he'd used it. It left the knight open to attack and that's just what he did - attack him. He aimed a punch right for the knights face.
"Stupid, weak, knight." That whole side was nothing but weak idiots who needed to be dealt with, and he was more than willing to deal with them - all of them. This one would be one of the first.

While Gyeongju wasn't able to snap out of it enough to quickly enough to completely avoid the fist coming his way, he was able to turn a bit so it was his cheek that took the hit and not his nose. He let out a grunt of pain and out of reaction, used the momentum of the punch to make a spin kick at the Senshi with a bit more force. Hit body still shivered and he still ached so the magic wasn't over by a long shot but at least he could semi-focus on the fight thanks to the pain in his cheek.

The kick landed, surprisingly, and sent the super senshi to the ground. Landing on his side he pushed himself up, slowly, glaring at the knight. "You'd better pray." The words were hissed out as he climbed up onto his feet.
"I'm going to kill you." And he meant it, he would kill this knight with his bare hands. With the hiss of his words, the dark narrowed eyes and the chilly frost about him the corrupt senshi certainly was a sight to see as he advanced on the knight, fingers flexing in preperation.

The next shiver that went down his spine wasn't solely due to the Senshi's magic but also due to fear. Not that he hadn't been taking the fight seriously already but it was quickly becoming clear he needed to get out and run. Now. The corrupted was out for blood and Gyeongju was not strong enough to fight him back.
He moved his body to give the appearance that he was going to rush the Corrupted Senshi in an attempt to fight even as he continued to drown in the magic cast on him. However, moments after he did so he yeeted his dojang at the Senshi's face, turned on his heel, and dashed away in hopes of escape. He hated to do it and possibly leave civilians in danger but he needed to get far enough away to call in back up.

Miyamoto wasn't exactly expecting something to be thrown at him, he was expecting the knight to attack him, he'd braced for a physical attack and that hadn't come. He had to avoid the sudden item being thrown at him, which he failed to do, and by the time he was adjusting to the surprise the knight was running - and fast.
Of course they were running. Why had a name stamp, because that's what it was, get thrown at him. The thing was wood, cheap if you asked Miyamoto, but it had still hit him in the face and had come close to his right eye. Picking the item up he took off at that knight. He was going to stuff their little name stamp in their mouth, after or before he killed them he wasn't sure, but he was certain he'd kill this knight.
He had no idea that they were planning to get back up, so he was rather sure of himself, as he raced after the knight. He wasn't going to just walk away from a fight, not any more, and he wasn't about to let someone from the other side live when he could correct the issue of their living.

So maybe throwing his weapon at the Corrupted was a bad idea as it just seems to have made him even madder. Gyeongju sped up a tiny bit more and changed his direction to bound off a rock only to spring into the nearest opening to the cave system at eh reservoir. The Page dashed through the tunnels even as he sent a quick message through his ring for back up. He was hoping that either he would lose the Corrupted in the tunnels, or that his backup would arrive by the time he made it out.

The knight was lucky, not that he'd know it right away, but Miyamoto did follow him into the cave and it was in the tunnels that he got lost, and turned around, he even smacked his foot into some rocks hard. Oh, was he not happy. If he ever saw this knight again,and he would remember him, he'd be out for his starseed. Clenching his fist the corrupted made his way out of the tunnels, smacking his head on the way, he was banged and hurt by the time he got out. He was sure to have a knot on his forehead soon, though it did feel like he might already.
