The Meteor Shower (3) : It wouldn’t be a star festival without a meteor shower! Right on time, a beautiful array of shooting stars graces the night sky. This time of year is unnaturally clear and it’s incredibly easy to see the stars. Most meteor fragments appear to be little white or yellow lights streaming across the sky, but if you watch closely enough you may find that some of them seem to be a whole rainbow of colors. The scientists have reported that it’s just different components burning up as they enter the atmosphere, but there’s something undeniably magical about it.

Noelle had been so hesitant to come to the star festive. After all, this was her first year coming to something like this. Before her parents had told her she was too young to go to things like that by herself. Since it wasn't safe, which she thought was funny since she patrols the city alone all the time. If only her parents knew...
...but back at school, Everyone was talking about the festival, and it sounded so magical and fun! Plus she heard that a lot of people were dressing up and it would be the perfect time to practice her being out as a Senshi. After all with other costumes, no one would even probably notice her. Plus on top of that just the name 'Star' reminded her of Christmas her favorite holiday. The star is such an important part to put on top of the tree after all! It was the shining light of Christmas, and Christmas was the one thing she knew better than herself. Christmas is the best holiday of all time - at least for her. That was why she knew she had to go tonight, she was not going to miss this festival no matter what!
So she quickly transformed into her Chibi Senshi form her closet, threw on her red satin coat with fur white-collar lining, grabbed her brown leather sack backpack, placed her golden shining star barrettes in her hair, and stepped outside the door of her house. She turned around on the front porch and locked the door quickly.
She quickly ran down the steps and followed the sidewalk signs all the way to the most glorious lit-up festival she had ever seen it reminded her of a Christmas tree all lit up bright to show Santa the way. As soon as she entered all starry-eyed, she had no idea where to go first. That was when she heard the words, 'Meteor Show' and she listened as a mom described it as the star show.
Her eyes started to sparkle she quickly ran up and asked where exactly it would be held. The mom gave her directions and she raced off in that direction. She hung onto her coat a little more with each stride.
She got there just in time to watch as they fell from the sky. It was as if she was seeing the shining Christmas stars fall. and if that wasn't magical enough she swore she saw colors in the sky to go along with it. "Wow this is amazing," she said aloud as she stood there just watching the breathtaking view. With each falling star, her smile grew bigger and bigger, and she was so happy she took this leap to come out here. She never had seen anything like this before and It was as if she felt a connection to the show and her Senshi side. SInce she swore she felt her power tingling. It was as if the falling stars were calling to her, and showing her they were there to light the sky just like a Christmas tree.
She just stared and smiled for what felt like hours, but in reality, probably wasn't that long. Though after the show ended she felt the need to make sure everyone was okay and happy as she was. So she took off her coat and began patroling around the festival. After all, she had to bring all the joy of Christmas year-round!
