Prompt 7: The Fairies The City has been lit up for the Star Festival with banners and twinkling decorations strewn off the windowsills of shop fronts and windows. The gardeners at one particular park have put their heart and soul into creating a fairy's paradise: Fairy lights have been carefully dangled from trees to make strings of stars, little beaded jewels have been hidden among the hedges, and even the old cobwebs have been sprayed with just a touch of glitter. The park is open to everyone and the citizens of Destiny City have been invited to respectfully explore the hidden wonders that have been placed throughout. The park is magical enough on its own but there have also been reports of a strange, ethereal and shimmering stranger in the park. The glimmer of a beautiful costumed figure fluttering through the park has been passed around as rumor, and no matter what anyone claims to see, no one can take a picture of it. As if simply seeing some magical figure isn’t mysterious enough, there are also reports of mischief and small pranks being played at the same time this figure seems to appear.
She followed the shimmering form across the park never being able to catch up or even get a good look at the thing. She wasn't sure if it was a living magical being or some sort of spell. But she was so caught up that she hadn't sensed the dark aura near her.
She nearly ran into the corrupts super senshi as she came to an abrupt halt. "Ahh Corrupt!" She exclaimed as she realized who was in front of her. "What are you doing here!?" The teenage senshi pointed a accusatory finger at the woman.

The park, full of people exploring the fairy lights, was a perfect place to drain. There were so many people out that it was easy to move subtly between them, pulling a little here and a little there. But she'd gotten away from the crowds, to a place farther than the main event, and as the night wore on, there were fewer and fewer people for her to drain, and so she'd plopped herself down on a bench, content to observe the sparkly tableau of the evening.
But there were footsteps approaching, and she stood, hoping for a draining victim--
Ah. No. Much worse.
"A Negaverse Senshi," Mirzam corrected dryly. "Don't you think it's a little rude to nearly run into people, and then call them corrupt? My goodness. Who taught you manners?"

Ara glared at the flippant senshi in front of her. She could just tell this woman was up to no good by her dismissive comments. "You are corrupt." Ara retorted in an equally dry tone, mimicking the woman. "You should be an order senshi but Chaos messed you up." She pointed to the chest and forehead hole that adorned not only this senshi but every corrupt she had seen in her time as a senshi. "I'm pretty sure any powers that puts holes in your skin can be fairly called corruption."
"As for who taught me manners, I've learned them from fighting your kind over the years. Now tell me what you're doing here." She could hazard a guess it almost always was the same thing with the Negaverse their endless thirst for energy no matter the cost to normal people. "You have no right to hurt the people here, just trying to enjoy the lights and beautiful garden!" She asserted

Oh. So this was a self-righteous one.
"Is that so? Is that how you judge? Purely based on aesthetics?" She smiled, slyly. "And in any case, I would certainly never want to be some petty, self-righteous little warrior for justice. That sounds so incredibly boring. And you all look tacky. White is just the most grotesque color."
Her eyes flicked over the Senshi, clearly unimpressed. "Anyway, you're...what, thirteen? Twelve? I simply don't think you have the life experience to judge anything I do, and I'm not justifying myself to a child."
She smiled, then.
"So why don't you run along and cause problems somewhere else, hmm? I'm sure there's plenty of other people you can harass with your little lectures about how evil and monstrous and twisted they are."

"Oh yes never heard that one before, funny how you say I'm judging on aesthetics before commenting on my age. I'm sure I've been a senshi much longer than you." She retorted. "I've seen things you couldn't imagine, at least not as long as you wallow in your sad little corruption."
The teen smirked. "Fine don't tell me what you're doing here I'll just assume the worst and take the appropriate counter measures." She huffed before raising her hand with her palm pointed at the other senshi.
"Ara Luminescent Starshine!" She called on her basic magic as intense light formed in her hand before firing out towards the other woman.Ara Luminescent Starshine Ara holds her hand up and a mote of light forms in her palm before firing outwards towards her opponent. The blast of light can knock an opponent back and can make their skin feel like it was burned (however as a chibi it does not do any real damage). Uses: 2 Duration: 20 seconds Reach: 5 feet

Mirzam rolled her eyes. Things she couldn't imagine-- yes, she'd seen plenty of unimaginable things herself, all things considered. Even before she Awakened, she'd seen monsters and magic and all sorts of incredible things in that dark little village out of time. A door had opened to her there, and she had leapt through eagerly, with both arms wide open.
She had chosen this, every step of the way.
It was practically telegraphed that there was an attack coming from the moment the Senshi started talking, but Mirzam was hardly afraid of the kind of magic a White Moon child could throw at her. So rather than dodging, she took the attack head on. It was a mistake, perhaps--it hurt, a burning where it impacted, and it sent her back, and she staggered little--she was used to walking in heels, but the knockback had her off-balance.
She turned into it, though, catching herself and twisting to aim a kick at the girl's torso.
"You are incredibly annoying, has anyone ever told you that?"

Ara smirked as her magic made contact although it was short lived, the woman recovered quickly and delivered a swift kick to the teen senshi's gut. It sent the girl reeling back holding her stomach in pain but she regained her composer quickly as she rushed at the woman.
"Only other minions of the Negaverse, I wear it as a badge of honor!" She huffed as she swung for the woman. She was keeping light on her feet remembering her martial arts lessons. She aimed a round house kick for the older senshi's head. "A hero should be annoying to evil."
As she closed the distance she brought her palm towards the woman's face as she called on her magic again. "Ara Luminescent Starshine!" As she tried to shove the mote of light that was forming into the woman's face. Ugh, the absolute ridiculous self-righteousness of all of this--talking about being a hero. How absolutely childish. But of course, she was dealing with a child--so what else could she expect?
"What a brat," she snarled, and while she moved away from the kick tot he head, she wasn't quite quick enough to dodge the blast of magic to the face, which made her stagger.
It hurt, and she was getting smacked around by a child--ugh, what a miserable experience.
"Go home, I'm sure it's past your bedtime," she sneered, and then she focused--not on the bracelet that would take her to Helena, but simply on teleporting close to her apartment. She would have to get cleaned up before Helena saw her; this was far too embarrassing to share with someone else.
