Hidden Light village has one clan and people of random backgrounds. This village is found around the Hidden Grass Village. The Hidden Light village is very protective and doesn’t openly allow missing nin to come or go from the village. The village stays bright all the time even when the sun is down. The ninja here are whose techniques have something to do with light need a light source.
Hidden Light Clans
Jonz Clan: The Jonz clan is a clan that has mastered light techniques. They have the unique bloodline limit to control, generate or absorb photons (particles of light). The masters of the bloodline are triplets that created their own way of using light. They are able to expel bright light energy from their body as well.
Jones Clan: The Jones clan are imposters in the hidden light village. They are the reason why the hidden light village became protective. The villagers in the Jones clan only create illusions that make it seem like they are in the Jonz clan and possess the bloodline abilities.
Anxiou Clan The Anxiou clan is the descendent of The Chaos War. There number seems to be unlimited and they seem to possess limited Offense techniques. They seem to be able to 'hex' their opponents and hurt them that way. They open up a "Third Eye" Called the Jagon eye on their body to perform these hexes and make them more powerful. The strength of a Anxiou member can be seen within their eyes. The Jagen Eye is commonly located on the Chest or Stomach of the Clan Member.

[ N ] Light Gun - 700 Chakra ( Spirit+5 Damage | Spend 700 Chakra to add +5 additional Damage ( Max: 20 ) ) You concentrate Chakra Energy into your right index finger and releases it as a projectile. It can be from a small shot to a full-sized cannon blast.
[ N ] Light Bullets - 1000 Chakra ( Spirit+5, Opponent's Reaction -5 ) The user gathers spirit energy into their fist to from a large blast of spirit energy from it shot out in less powerful but many blasts. While the technique is not as powerful as the light gun.
[ N ] Light Flash - 600 Chakra ( Opponent's Perception -5 ) This technique causes the light rays to become amplified and reflected into the opponent’s eyes blinding them
[ T ] Light Wave - 1000 Chakra [ Requires Light Gun ] ( Strength+ ½ Spirit Damage ) The user turns their entire body into a light gun. Instead of their index finger being channeled into, their entire body is. This makes for extremely powerful close range attacks.
[ N ] Light Wave Orb - 700 Chakra [ Requires Light Wave ] ( Spirit + ½ Defense Damage ) In this attack the energy of both spirit and body are concentrated into a single, spherical field of light centered around their body, allowing for a mass of light energy to both push back and damage nearby enemies.
[ N ] Grand Sky - 1,800 Chakra ( Speed -5, Spirit+20 Damage ) While in the air, the user places both hands on top of each other, with the top hand having only the index and middle fingers spread out. Seven chakra seals are then summoned in front of the user and connect together to make what looks like a constellation. Each chakra seal then releases a powerful light blast down on the opponent, forming the same pattern on the ground before exploding.
[ N ] Spirit Wave: Pinnacle of Discipline - 3000 Chakra ( One Target per 25 Spirit. | Spirit+5 vs Opponent's Spirit { Light } | Spirit+5 vs Opponent's Defense { Purify } | Spirit+20 Damage, bypasses Defense ) After the user's chosen preparations, either through physical components or vocal utterances. The user forms several hand seals and shouts "Light!", freezing the targets in place for one turn. Then uses two fingers to pierce each of their hearts with a semi-tangible blade of light based chakra. After this, the user utters "Purify.", and if the conditions are met, they can immediately shout "Judgment!". The Pinnacle of Discipline judges the soul. If the soul is evil, then the flesh is destroyed immediately dealing damage to the target for two of their posts. If the soul is pure, then the soul is instead healed for the damage they would have taken, for two of their posts.
[ N ] Light Reflection Blast - 1500 Chakra ( Spirit+15 vs Opponent's Attack ) The user absorbs an attack with a light shield and shoots it back towards the enemy.
[ N ] Purifying Beams Of Light - 2000 Chakra ( Opponent's Reaction +5, Spirit+½ Spirit Damage | Spirit + ½ Defense ) Summons six beams of light, roughly 10 feet squared, fall from the sky itself, in order to have each crash down into the ground around both opponent and user. Once they hit the ground, they work as barriers to block attacks. These pillar's can not be controlled once they begin falling, and are highly damaging if they manage to strike someone upon falling.
[ N ] Transportation - 1500 Chakra [ Requires Purifying Beams of Light ] ( Speed+15 while attacking from beams ) After summoning the six beams of light onto the field, the user may merge with the beams and instantly emerge from another one in order to strike the opponent from any side that the beams allow.

[ N ] Light Shuriken - 500 Chakra ( Spirit+5 Damage | Can create additional shuriken for every 500 chakra spent. ( Max: 5 ) ) The user Creates a shuriken composed of light energy.
[ N ] Light Sword - 700 Chakra ( Spirit + ½ Strength Damage ) The user is able to summon light energy to form a sword.
[ N ] Light Sword Extend - 1300 Chakra [ Requires Light Sword ] ( Opponent's Reaction -10 | Must be attacks within line of sight ) It allows the user to extend his light sword and be able to attack enemies from a distance.
[ N ] Sword of Trials - 2000 Chakra [ Requires Light Sword Extend ] ( Adds Spirit+20 additional Damage to Light Sword | Doubles cost per post active, requires 3 posts between activations ) It creates a tremendous drain on the users chakra, but allows them to produce a sword that is many times stronger than then normal. It also allows the user to shift the light into whatever shape they desired, even those outside of the form of a sword. Although it must still be a melee weapon.
[ T ] Solar Meteor - 3000 [ Requires 20 Taijutsu to be known ] ( Speed + ½ Spirit, Strength + ½ Spirit Damage, Reaction +10 | +1 bonus per Taijutsu known ( Other than this one ) vs anything that would slow or limit movement ) The user's body is surrounded by an intense sunlight glow of chakra allowing them to move around at incredible speed. Increasing their speed, strength and reaction while in combat. Due to increased proficiency, they also become less likely to be slowed or immobilized while using this taijutsu technique.
[ N ] Light Punch - 2700 Chakra ( Speed + ½ Spirit, Spirit + ½ Strength Damage ) The user transforms their own body temporarily into light and dashes towards the opponent at full speed in order to land a powerful punch surrounded by light, causing great damage to the opponent. The body transformation ends after the initial punch.
[ N ] Light Seal - 2500 Chakra ( Spirit+15 vs Opponent's Speed. Spirit + 10 vs Opponent's Spirit. ) The user gathers light in their hand and fires it at their opponent, engraving a seal into their skin, thus restricting their movement. The stigma can be burned away, freeing the movement of the one trapped. If this occurs, it is quite easy to counter this technique. As long as the seal is on the opponent they are restricted to one Action per turn. Can only be used once per time.
[ N ] Dimensional Blade - 2000 Chakra [ Requires Sword of Trials ] It allows the user to slice through dimensions with the Sword of Trials.
[ T ] Dimensional Strike - 3000 Chakra [ Requires Dimensional Blade ] ( Speed + ½ Spirit, Spirit +30 Damage ) A taijutsu technique that incorporates the ability to cut dimensions. By Bringing their fingers together and pointing them straight into points. The user is able to thrust their hands forwards and slip through dimensions. Although they only get a short window, and a length of one foot plus an additional foot for every 30k they possess.
Jonz Hiei
[ N ] Fist of the Light Flame - 600 Chakra ( Spirit +½ Strength ) The user draws a flame from the light into his fists, creating a fire based close range attack.
[ N ] Flare Burst - 1000 Chakra [ Requires Fist of the Light Flame ] ( Speed +5, Spirit +½ Strength ) The user unleashes a burst of flame out of his palm.
[ T ] Bloody-Murder Style; Partially Mastered - 2500 Chakra [ Requires Flare Burst | Requires 15 additional Taijutsu ] ( Speed +5, Spirit +10, Strength +10, Spirit +½ Strength Fire Damage ) This style causes the use to burn the opponents' insides because each hit makes the blood in the opponent get extremely hot. Hiei's personal style of fighting, and the most feared martial art in the world due to the fact that most who have tried to master it died. Usually the power was too great for them to control, or if they tried to use it at all, it would consume them.
[ T ] Bloody-Murder Style; Fully Mastered - 5000 Chakra [ Requires Bloody-Murder Style; Partially Mastered ] ( Speed +10, Spirit +20, Strength +20, Spirit + Strength Fire Damage ) After partially mastering this technique when some has it fully mastered they can make it seem as if someone's blood is so hot it melts through their skin. Due to the excruciating pain and blood damage the enemies heart can stop.
[ N ] White Spirit Dragon - 1500 Chakra ( -25 HP, Spirit+30 Damage | Attacks the closest target to the user ) A dragon is created by light energy and then released in the direction of a foe. The dragon cannot be controlled directly once released. Creating this dragon actually damages the user when this jutsu is used, resulting in direct injury to whichever arm was used to initially summon the White Spirit Dragon.
[ N ] White Spirit Dragon Absorption - 2000 Chakra [ Requires White Spirit Dragon ] ( Pay 25 HP per post, to keep active | Strength +10, Speed +10, Spirit +30 ) Control and absorb the White Spirit Dragon instead of launching it at a target. If the dragon is absorbed it increases the power of the user.
[ N ] White Fire Shield - 3000 Chakra [ Requires White Spirit Dragon ] ( Defense + Spirit for Defense, Heals for all damage blocked ) Absorbing the power of the White Spirit Dragon and then releasing all it's power at once in order to create a shield large enough to block one attack once. Afterwards all access to the power of the Dragon is gone, until the Dragon is summoned again. This jutsu can be used immediately from summoning the White Spirit Dragon, or at any point that the Dragon is being channeled.
[ K ] White Fire Sword - 3000 Chakra [ Requires White Spirit Dragon ] ( Strength +15, Speed +15, Adds Spirit+30 to the currently equipped Melee weapon | Hp -25 per post active ) The user lures the white dragon spirit using his chakra energy again, but channels them into his sword instead of fully releasing them.
Jones Devan
[ G ] Illusion Jagan - 1000 Chakra ( Able to learn 4 of the first 9 Hexes, as Genjutsu | Resolve +10 ) A Genjutsu form of the Jagan Eye. It allows the Jones clan to create a genjutsu that gives them the appearance of having the Jagan eye. Although it does not give the user any advantages. They can freely control the effects of this illusion, to make it seem as if they have the same abilities as the Jonz clan.
[ G ] Illusion Jagan Henshin - 1500 Chakra [ Requires Illusion Jagan ] ( Able to learn 6 additional of the first 15 Hexes, as Genjutsu | Resolve +15 ) A genjutsu form of the Jagan Henshin. It allows the Jones clan to actually appear to have gained the abilities of the Jonz clan's second stage. It also allows for them to enter the opponent's mind and make them appear to be moving slower, and being more effected by the illusions that mimic the true Jagan's eye's abilities.
Reverse Gates Mastery - 2500 Chakra [ Requires Reverse Gates; 8th Gate; Death ] ( +1 additional turn for every made up slot ) Only after acquiring all the gates, the Jones clan member may hold any and all gates for a maximum of 1 more turn, for every made up slot that they have in their possession.
[ G ] Illusionist's Revenge - 5000 Chakra ( Can be used once, and one additional time per 100k chakra | If Resolve+20 is greater than the Opponent's Resolve, the Genjutsu can be rebound; at triple the cost of the genjutsu. ) A technique that is true to the clan, it allows for all Jones to be able to instantly break free of a genjutsu cast upon them and also cast it back against the opponent even if they don't know it themselves. At the triple the cost.
[ G ] Illusionist's Avenge - 4000 Chakra [ Requires Taijutsu Body Mode Downgrade ] ( Once a Battle: Can Lock an Opponent into a Genjutsu despite their Stats or Abilities to break free. | Receiving Damage still breaks the Genjutsu ) A specialized Genjutsu technique that actively forces the target to be unable to escape from a designated Genjutsu of the clan member's choosing. Normally preventing even the more intricate escape options invalid.
[ G ] Multitude Reflection - 2000 Chakra ( Resolve +20 ) A genjutsu that causes the opponent to believe that their attack or attacks have been reflected back towards them at double, or even triple the strength that it was cast. Although it is still headed in the user's direction, it appears as though it as absorbed by a barrier of light and cast back towards the caster.
[ G ] Light Binding - 600 Chakra ( Resolve +5 ) The user creates an illusion making the opponent think he or she in bound by light.
[ G ] Jinzou Invisibility - 2000 Chakra ( Resolve +20 ) The user Creates an illusion that makes the opponent believe you turned invisible.
[ G ] Brain Nanjuu - 2600 Chakra ( Resolve +25 | Makes it appear as if: Speed = Resolve +25 ) This technique is an illusion make the opponent’s brain slow down making the user seem fast as light.
Anxiou Elizabeth
Jagen Eye - Free ( +5 to one Stat when making a comparison. -5 to one Opponent's Stat when making a comparison. ) By a combination of gestures and mental concentration, The Jagen Eye creates a hex-sphere, a finite pocket of reality-disrupting quasi-psionic force, which upon reaching its intended target, causes disturbance in the molecular-level probability field surrounding the target. Thus, unlikely phenomena will occur. These phenomena occur practically instantaneously after the completion of their hex. Any Jagon range of hex-casting is limited by their line of sight.
Jagen Eye Understanding - Obtained at 50,000 Chakra ( Positive and Negative Bonuses increase to +/-20 for comparisons | +10 Perception ) The eye is starting to be developed. It can be seen however it is still small.
Jagen Eye Unleashed - Obtained at 85,000 Chakra ( Positive and Negative Bonuses increase to +/- 40 for comparisons | +30 Perception ) Jagen eye can fully be seen. The eye takes over the chest area. A visible aura can be seen around the clansmen. The More Powerful the user the more visible the aura is.

[ N ] Hex 4 - 600 Chakra ( Spirit+5 vs Spirit ) Causes any Teleportation Jutsus to cause the opponent to teleport into danger.
[ N ] Hex 5 - 100 ChakraCauses the user to become incredibly lucky and able to find more secrets during events and secret missions.

[ N ] Extreme Cold - 1000 Chakra ( +10 to Ice Jutsu's Effects when comparing to Fire Jutsu to prevent melting | Add 1000 to cost of Ice Jutsu when casting the jutsu to add this effect ) This allows the users ice techniques to be so cold that they will not be affected by heat or fire.
[ N ] Shards of Winter - 500 Chakra ( Spirit +5 Ice Damage ) Touya creates small hailstones around his palm and blows them toward his foes. A rapid and deadly long-range attack.
[ N ] Ice Cutlass - 600 Chakra ( Strength + ½Spirit Ice Damage ) Touya forms a sword of ice around his hand; a close-ranged but nevertheless a powerful attack.
[ N ] Ice Grass - 1200 Chakra [ Requires Frozen Hell ] ( Spirit +10 Ice Damage ) Numerous ice spikes come up from the ground quickly.
[ N ] Ice Entrapment - 3000 Chakra ( Spirit +15 vs Opponent's Speed | Spirit+15 Damage ) The user makes water come up from the ground in the form of a pillar. The water freezes instantly as it touches things. The water is attracted to chakra.
[ N ] Winter Drizzle - 2000 Chakra ( Spirit +15 vs Opponent's Defense | Opponent's Speed -5 per post | Lasts for 4 posts ) This technique allows the user to make rain come down from the sky and as he hits the opponent it freezes to their clothes and each drop may be small but each drop weighs 10lb. when they turn to ice.
[ N ] Winter Rain - 4000 Chakra [ Requires Winter Drizzle ] ( Once Winter Drizzle ends: Opponent's Speed -40 for two posts ) This technique allows the causes the accumulated ice from the Winter Drizzle technique to expand and become heavier, further weighing down those that have been effected by tripling the weight of the ice upon them.
He wakes up floating in a cave pool, lit with fireflies scattered through the tunnels. A pure white figure appears before him, beckoning him to follow before floating away into the dimly lit passage. He chases after the figure, barely able to catch up before it slips away again, guiding him further through the cave. Just as he finally reaches the figure, it vanishes without a trace, leaving him stranded at the cave entrance. Beyond the entrance lies a sunny cliffside overlooking vast plainlands. It seems he's been taken by someone or something to a completely new place. It looks familiar here somehow, but still, he feels completely lost. He begins wandering down the cliffside, trying to get a better idea of his surroundings and suddenly a tower of light rises from the ground in the distance. The same voice from before instructs him to search the tower for clues. This is all too strange not to investigate, so he decides to go along for now. As he draws closer to the tower, he spots a way up, though he'll have to climb. It's quite high, but using his chakra, he's able to walk up the tower easily, allowing him to climb up quickly and with little effort. As he reaches the top, he finds a scroll sealed with a golden string emitting a bright glow. He opens the seal, unrolling the scroll to read the message written on it. The text appears to be written with chakra, as it glows and swirls with life. Before he can read the strange text, the words jump off the page, melting into his body. He feels a surge of energy inside as a new sense of understanding washes over him.
He looks out from the top of the tower, taking in the view of everything around him. In the distance, he sees a familiar-looking forest. Perhaps he's not completely lost after all. This new vantage point could be very useful for planning his navigation. He decides to make a map of the area to refer back to as needed. He carefully notes each landmark, adding detail to make an impression in his memory. A serpent made of light floats by, gently coiling around him before heading off towards the forest, disappearing into the trees. Is this another sign to follow? He decides to explore this direction, carefully climbing back down the tower to the ground below. He walks off into the trees, quickly finding himself surrounded by familiar plants. He comes to a large tree, with a golden orange mushroom growing near the base. A soft glow radiates from it, persuading him to look closer. He reaches down, gathers the mushroom, and takes a bite from the cap. A flash of light washes over him, followed by swirling colors and images of vines coiling all around him. He feels himself being overtaken by the foliage, wrapped in leaves and twigs. As his vision clears, he finds himself standing inside the tree with small wooded sprite creatures leisurely wandering about, tending to their tasks.

❦ Reed Hawthorne
A sprite with a large leaf covering its face like a mask approaches him. It chirps out something in an unintelligible language before hopping forward, beckoning him to follow. The sprite leads him to a small nook in the tree. Inside he sees a massive black cauldron bubbling with thick green liquid. The sprite climbs up a small set of stairs built along the side of the cauldron, dipping a small vial into the cauldron and collecting the liquid inside. It returns to Reed, handing him the vial and motioning at him to drink it. He giggles nervously as he takes the vial from the sprite and presses it against his lips, slowly pouring the liquid into his mouth. A bitter taste fills his mouth as a vision of green light washes over him. Flowing waves of leaves rush through his vision, forming into arches of flowers and butterflies. A being appears from within the swirling tornado of leaves, singing softly in a warm tone. As the song floats through the air, the illusion dissipates slowly. His vision clears, revealing the potion room once again. The sprite stands in front of him, waiting anxiously for a sign from him. Seeing him come to, it begins cheering "You've done it! Now you can hear the voice of the forest." Reed's eyes widen in surprise as he hears the sprite's voice change to a familiar sounding accent. "Woah, I can understand you now! It's weird... I feel like something inside of me has changed." It grins at him knowingly, continuing "That potion is really something huh? You should go see if the others can use your help now that you can talk with them. Things have been going very wrong, corruption is spreading and infecting all kinds of life forms." Reed nods, assuring it "Alright, I will. Thanks for your help."
Reed walks back into the central room inside the tree where sprites are wandering around. A light pink sprite calls out to him from a high ledge, waving a big pink leaf in the air at him beckoning him to climb up. He notices a strange plant at the base of the ledge, squirming as if it's about to spit something out. As he gets closer, the plant reaches out and grabs him, swallowing him in its mouth and spitting him out high into the air. He falls over onto the ledge, landing near the pink sprite. It watches him, laughing playfully at his clumsy attempt. As he recovers his footing, the sprite approaches and hands him the pink leaf. He can sense something special about it like it's been enchanted with some kind of magical power. Suddenly it bursts into a shower of glittering light, falling over him. Before he can question it, the sprite jumps off the ledge and floats gently to the floor below, waving at Reed to follow.
As he carefully jumps down from the ledge, trying to avoid landing awkwardly, a soft pink light swirls at his feet and carries him slowly through the air. It seems the pink sprite is using a special ability to give him a feather-light effect. As he reaches the ground below, the sprite runs off again outside the tree. He follows it to a grove of plants and tall trees. The sprite shows him a clear path up the tree using the same spitfire plants to climb and float through the air. As they reach the top together, a new path is revealed in the distance, just in range with their floating ability. They leap over the gap, slowly gliding to the cliff on the other side and landing carefully before continuing forward to a previously unseen area.
A spiraling wind whips through the area, creating a twister updraft that patrols around in circles next to a steep drop off. Timing their move carefully, they jump into the updraft, getting pushed high into the air and floating over the trench below to the other side. It seems at this point they've traveled too far to return the way they came, but a clear path leads forward now with no more obstacles. They quickly come to a fenced in area overlooking the forest. The entire path they took to get here is visible below, as well as the massive tree where most of the sprites are working.
