Casimir is a boy who has never wanted for anything; affection, love, shelter, safety. He enjoys the world, and the things within it, and has no other desire in life than to frolic and enjoy himself. He likes attention, enjoys company, and ingratiates himself with his sister, even if they squabble with one another more often than not.
He loves his parents, and greatly admires his father. He has a penchant for getting himself into trouble, or being ignorant of things that are dangerous to him - like blades or strangers.

History
childhood After Calliana and Casimir were weaned from their yaeli surrogate, their fathers took them to Belrea where the two grew up closer to their older sister's family. While he's spent some time in the cities the vast majority of Casimir's life has been in the countryside more attuned with Geian farms.
