Chibi Super Sailor Leaena and Darius Ammun arrived on the world of Leaena. In this area, there was nothing but a thick golden tan dust covering the ground. It was dark. Leaena took a step, and a good deal of dust sprang up around her foot, only to fall ultra-slowly, back to the ground. Leaena exhaled slowly; the sound echoing for what sounded like miles of empty space. Darius's fur stood on end, "What is this place," his terrified whisper rippling through the area. Leaena barely breathed, "It's completely dead now, but it was once the Great Savannah of The World of Leaena, the place that provided most of our food..." her whispered thought reverberating. She could picture Darius's expression in the dark, how would you even know that? "Well it is my world, you know.." She barely breathed. Then she frowned, where had that thought come from? Drew...No, Etamin, she corrected herself, had once spoken that when one is on their homeworld, one can regain a few memories from their previous life. She shrugged.

Darius gave a flick of his tail. Leaena knew it was his way of showing impatience. Leaena felt the same - Well, it was me who was summoned. I'm here, so where is the person who summoned me?

Immediately, a spark of light lit somewhere in front of them. It lit the surrounding dust like wildfire, but it wasn't on fire, strangely enough - instead it brought forth an image ... almost a portal to another place and time. No, it was this place, but in times, preserved only in memories - her, no, their - all Sailor Leaena's memories - the Great Savannah. In her mind now, she felt the presence of the preserved selves of her past selves, the previous Sailor Leaenas. She could NOT talk to them, or see their thoughts, or memories, but she could feel them there. But why?

The one that she could sense the most... oddly, a boy named Ja, who had died about her age (rather a shock), was able to send a message she could sense the most - communication. Communication? With who? What? Ja sent her the message to go into the portal. Well, who was she to question her own instincts? And this was her instincts, right? She made her way into the portal, Darius' protests and cries no longer making it to her ears.

The hot wind blew her hair and the savannah grass rushed through her hands, blown by the wind. Oh, to race her Bond Cheetah through these tall Savannah grasses once more, the wind whipping her hair! Bond Cheetah? Totally perplexed she shrugged, and focused on the task at hand. Which was what?

There was a pedestal before her. On it, hung what seemed a Leaenarian piece of armor, a Women's breastplate made for a young woman, and it was a beautiful piece of metalcraft. It had the colors of Black, Gold, and the color of the Leaenarian Great Savannah - the Colors of Leaena, and also had patterns of Cheetahs on it. At the neckline, right under the chin, it bore the Crest of the world of Leaena.

Leaena, the Chibi Senshi, sent a questioning sense to her past selves, and got a message back. In ancient times, when a young woman, reached the age of 12, they celebrated their X-Xito - the celebration of their being the grueling training that was their rite of passage, into Adulthood. To mark this joyous celebration, the young woman would receive from usually from her mother, her mother's littermates, perhaps her grandmother, perhaps her grandmother's littermates, and in certain situations, other Woman usually, odd Female Relatives (odd as in not directly related - this could be a mother's sister, but not of the same litter, a grandmother's sister, but not of the same litter - *litter as in litter of puppies - on Leaena a Woman will usually give birth to 5 or 6 children at a time- this is called a litter - she will usually have 6-8 litters in her life and as nearly half of Leaenan children die before reaching adulthood, and another fourth die before they reach child-bearing age (which comes some years after adulthood) which at a maximum of a Woman having 48 children in her life, only 12 usually will go on to be able to have children (that is why population isn't out of control)) a specially crafted piece of armor.

When the last Sailor Leaena, Ja, died, the Pharaohess of the time sensed that there would come a time, when Sailor Leaena would all that would be left of the Leaenarian People, with no one to continue their traditions. For this reason, the Pharoahess had the Breastplate made. And the Current Chibi Super Sailor Leaena was that Leaena.

For me? A gift from the past. My X-Xito? She was grateful beyond belief, and stepped forward to take the armor, but as her fingertips touched it, it aged to nothing, and energy flowed through her. Huh? Then, she understood. The original Armor that the Pharaohess had had made was over a 1000 years old. No armor could last that long. So somehow, the World of Leaena had stepped in itself and granted her ethereal Armor. She bowed her head in thanks.

The memory world vanished, and she was back in the deathly silence with Darius who didn't notice her at first. He was sobbing for he thought that she was gone, and he was trapped. "Dari..." She whispered. "Noooo!" "Dari! It's me, Leaena! I'm back! I'm fine!" "Wha..Wha..What?" He looked up at her and stopped crying. "What happened? Are you alright?" "I'm fine, I will tell you about it when we get home. Let's go." Darius had no complaints.

Sometime later, they got back to the house, with Dani powered down. She had apparently forgotten that her parents were on a business trip to Spain, and that Aunt Dia was pulling an all-nighter keeping the business together while they were gone and doing schoolwork at the same time (they had of course been notified about Dani 's passing out and wanted to come home immediately but Drew convinced them that he and Dria had it taken care of. Drew was still home, and Dria had gotten home from college, and were holding down the fort, taking care of the toddlers, Den and Dell, now 15-months old. They had enough time to sit down, so Dani explained to them what happened, especially to the shellshocked Dari.

"It 's called an Enhancement." She told them. "It only lasts two minutes, but that could be enough to save my life. "True," Drew commented. They all celebrated with soda and games (in between taking care of Dell and Den) until Dani stopped them. "I'm supposed to start grueling training now. How am I supposed to do that?" Drew and Dria frowned. Then Drew commented, "You may have to return to your world some to restore it more- then you can regain memories and instincts - that will help with your Homeworld Training. Dria can train you with what she's picked up. I.. I can train you in police tactics.. and .. " He took a deep breath. "I could train you in Etamazu and Razu." Dani and Dria frowned. "What are those?
