Kynin 1
While normally he wasn't one to defend his siblings - since they got what they got for being idiots - he wasn't okay with what had happened to his older brother. Some Oban brat had gotten into a fight with him and had tried to bite him. Tried to mark his brother! Well, two could play that game.
The pale hybrid found the Oban boy that his brother had described and arched a brow at him from a distance. "Hey, fire brat!" He called out to get his attention. Kynin walked up to him slowly then smirked. "You the one that tried to bite my brother?"

Gajeel 1 Good gods there was another one, a younger one, an angrier one. Matori was so peachy...not. "Yah whats it to you?" He only admitted it to protect his identical twin, as they were easily mistaken for each other and he never wanted Gavril to take any of his falls. He stood, still pretty scuffed up from the earlier encounter where this one's older brother had definitely won the fight.

Kynin 2 Well at least he admitted to it. "That's my brother and no one gets to do that but me." Kynin got closer to the Oban boy then reached out to push him, placing his hands on Gajeel's shoulders and using them to try and shove the boy down. He wanted the upper hand here. It also helped that the boy was likely tired from dealing with Tethys. "Want me to bite your siblings?" Did the boy even have any? Or was he a loser only child? Kynin tilted his head a bit at the thought.

Gajeel 2 "Don't have any." He would protect his twin with his life if need be. He hoped that Gavril did not magically appear and ruin everything. He was shoved down and having spent all of his energy earlier in the tussle and almost drowning he had not yet gained all of his usually impressive strength back. The sea had nearly doused his flame and he needed a break.

Kynin 3 No siblings? Well that was stupid. "Then the gods didn't favor your family. I have six siblings. We're clearly better than you." Kynin couldn't help the smug look he gave to that. Obviously the gods loved his family if they gave his parents so many children. With the Oban boy falling to the ground he lunged at him so that he could pin him to the ground. This boy wanted to bite Tethys then Kynin was going to return the favor! So he moved quickly to grab the boy by the hair and sink his teeth into the first available skin he could get to. If that so happened to be his neck.. oh well!

Gajeel 3 Kid was like a black mamba! He yelled, wondering if this kid was going to eat him or suck his blood. Everyone in Matori was a freak, he hated it here so much. Where was his Dad when he needed him! He was going to concentrate harder on his combat lessons so he was never put in this position again! He frantically punched at the other boys' face, if he got him on the nose more the better!

Kynin 4 He made sure to bite down hard enough to leave a mark on the boy. He wanted everyone to see that Kynin had left his mark on him. Of course that meant he was momentarily left unprotected for when the Oban boy stated to punch. One aimed at his face made him let go but he growled loudly before he went to grab the boy by the wrists to try and pin him down. "Knock that off! Stupid fire brat! I marked you, now you're mine." He yelled down at the boy.

Gajeel 4 He bared his teeth in a feral snarl. If he could he would bite the kid back! Problem was he was still rather flat and he was doing his best to prevent his wrists being locked on by the other kid. He was relatively sure he was bleeding and it brought out an inner fire in him that the water had nearly doused. But he was on land this time. He tried to gather himself to stand.

Kynin 5 When the other boy tried to stand up he growled again. Didn't he understand? Kynin had already bitten him! Well fine then! He moved so that all of his weight was put onto the boy's stomach, effectively sitting on him to keep him on the ground - not that he weighed all that much. "You hard of hearing too, Fire brat? I said you were mine now." He bared his teeth at Gajeel in a snarl.

Gajeel 5 Struggled as he might the other kid had managed to pin his center of gravity and his legs were not yet long enough to do that wrap around wrestling move. He couldn't remember feeling this helpless. Not only had the older brother beaten him but the younger one was worse. Less control, more teeth. He had to sit and think about it for a minute but he coudln't see a tactical way out of the mess he was in. He was beaten and so he relaxed. Resigned.

Kynin 6 He did his best to stay seated and once the boy beneath him relaxed he simply sat up straighter and smirked. At least he accepted it now and they didn't have to continue fighting. After a second he nodded his head. "Good boy." He gently patted Gajeel's head. Determining that there would be no more fight from the Oban boy he shifted so that he could lean down and lick the other side of the boy's neck. Universal law of 'I licked it, its mine now.' Because that's how things worked, clearly. "There. I licked you, you're mine." And with that Kynin gets up, no longer pinning the boy to the ground and instead working to dust himself off.

Gajeel 6 He was ashamed. But there could be no denying that the little hybrid had definitely kicked his butt. He wondered what they fed them down here, pure lightning perhaps? He sighed and just sort of lay there for a while before rising and brushing himself off. He kept his eyes down. Not sure what proper etiquette was in a situation like this. He rubbed at the bit in his neck and decided that if he said anything at all it would sound stupid so he just sort of pretended nothing had just happened.

Kynin 7 When the other boy got up he looked at him. "You can pick on my brother but no leaving marks. Only I can do that to my brothers." He would have said siblings but even when he bit his sisters he never did it hard enough to leave marks. He was considerate to them. He moved over to grab the boy's hand so that he could pull him along. "You have a name Fire Brat? I mean I can keep calling you that or 'mine' I don't care." Kynin was a selfish kid so he was perfectly fine with using other names for Gajeel.

Gajeel 7 "Gajeel, my name is Gajeel." He might as well admit to that much. When the other boy clarified that he could basically challenge his brother whenever he wanted so long as he didn't mark him, he just sorta blinked. "Uh thanks?" He would at least like to try to get his honor back from the older one. He hadn't caught the older brother's name either but he supposed he would find out eventually. Especially since the other kid seemed to accept him now. He was surprised to see the other boy had latched onto him and was towing him along in his wake. "Where are we going?"

Kynin 8 "Huh.. that's not a stupid name, surprisingly." Kynin was half worried the boy would be named something stupid and he'd have to suffer through using it all the time. "Yeah, Tethys can be annoying so I get it. But no marks." He pointed at the boy with his other hand to make sure the point got across. When asked where they were going he gave the boy a look that said 'duh.' "We're gonna go play with the other kids. You're new here so I doubt you have any friends. Don't worry, I marked you and you're mine, so they'll be nice if they know what's good for 'em."
