"If there wasn't a quota..." She muttered to herself as she collected some energy from the couple that she had managed to corner about a "survey" at the park and drained them into unconsciousness. She stopped after a few seconds and side, making sure that the bodies couldn't easily be seen in the park. To her this was mostly a waste of time. At this point with all of the electronics in the world and the Mauvians they had on their side, they should have been able to just drain people using their devices.

Heck, she could be sending viruses out that drained energy if only she knew how.

And now she was only 1/8th of the way done with her energy quota. She would either have to stay out longer or call it a night and try to do it some other time. Before she could decide she felt the aura of Order. She couldn't really tell what they were but didn't care much either. She was a bit aggrivated that they were in the area however. She would have rather gotten more of her quota done and not deal with some Order character.

Her skin pricked as she felt the aura of some Order character, felt like a Page or something, enter the area and she could feel the annoyance washing over her. Well, best to get the energy draining done as much as she could. And if it was a Page, then most likely they wouldn't be able to do much. She hoped. Some of them appeared to have actual skill compared to others.

She moved a bit closer to the couple, moving behind them and draining their energy some feet away from them. If there was one good thing about becoming a Captain, it was that she didn't have to touch people anymore to drain them. She tried to do it as quickly as possible though. She didn't care if these two fell unconscious. She didn't want to get caught up with the Page and then possibly some rescuer that the Page had with them.

One civilian collapsed on the ground and the other only barely had time to turn around and look at Eveite before they went down as well. Eveite let out a sigh, glad that she was finally able to get some energy without being interrupted while doing so. It appeared that the Page was either taking their sweet time or was too nervous to confront the Captain. Good. It meant that she would be able to get out of here easily.

She looked in the direction that she thought the aura was coming from and waited for the Page to show themselves. As much as she would have just liked to run, getting necessary data on White Moon and Knights was necessary as an Agent, even one as small and mostly harmless as a Page.

Eveite, not close enough to the Page so that they were within speaking distance, raised an eyebrow. She then nonchantly shrugged and said, "Because I have a quota to complete. You wouldn't even see me out here if I didn't have to do it." It was something that annoyed her greatly. Joining the Negaverse she had hoped that she would be able to avoid having to do the quotas that were required of all of the Lieutenant's and Captains, but even working at Romano's as a teacher had not let her escape those duties.

She decided to take a bit more energy quickly. She wasn't afraid of the Page, but she didn't like fighting either. If the other were to attack, then she would be escaping quickly. Just without as much energy as she had hoped.

Eveite grunted. "There are other reasons to join the Negaverse and stay you know, not including power." Mostly in that they allowed her to use her skills however she wanted, as long as it was for the Negaverse when they needed it. The energy didn't interest her. But the magic and technology did. "Not everyone is innocent. In fact most aren't. While you are out there pretending that you're some hero or whatever helping civilians, you ever think that maybe some of them don't deserve it?" This was said mostly to get under the skin of the Page. Eveite's main goal wasn't to destroy life, but she did get some pleasure out of the hacking for revenge jobs that she got.

"It's a waste to talk to you however. You're a bit too innocent." She had seen it at times when she had been talking to new students. Those who were still naive to how the world really worked. While the Page wouldn't be a huge deal to fight, from the information that Eveite had gathered so far in conversation, it didn't mean she wanted to spend the time fighting either. It would be better to leave the area and find one that wasn't patrolled so heavily.

She summoned one of her daggers before moving away from the Page. "Remember this Page, there are a lot more of us Agents out there and a lot more willing to waste their time fighting you." She said before she teleported away. It would take time and going out longer, but she would get the energy she needed. And she would become a General. Something she didn't want to do out of a need for recognition or power, but more because it would get her out of energy quotas compared to either a Lieutenant or Captain.
