Romance Media || Not only does Rose write romance novels, she loves reading them, and watching romcoms, and playing romance visual novels, and reading romance manga….the list goes on. If it’s about love, she loves it. Her favorites are historical romances, but a good modern one will still make her heart flutter. She just loves nice, fun love stories with a promised happily ever after (even though she always makes sure to play the bad ends in otome games—just, she’ll play the bad ends before the good ones!). Life isn't always perfect or happy, so a girl needs her escapes!
Cosplay || Rosie has a bunch of photos on her phone of her doing cosplay, and so she wants to try it again—and honestly, she just thinks it's fun. Plus, cosplays make for fun pinup sets, and she gets to flex her crafty side, sewing and making foam and cardboard props! It's a good time, she gets to look pretty in all new ways, and she can go to conventions and have a good time with other people who love what she does! Most of her cosplays are from western fantasy and science fiction movies and games, or from comics, but she's done a few anime, especially if they happen to fit into her favorite genres and have pretty girls for her to dress as.
Virtues:
Romantic || Rose is a hopeless romantic. She loves love, and she really does genuinely want to believe in people. Most people, in her estimation, basically want to do good and be good, and if they aren't their best selves right now, that's okay. They just need someone to encourage them, and Rose wants to be that person.
Decisive || Once Rosie decides she is going to do something, she follows through without hesitation or distraction. It may take her time to make a decision, but once she does, she’s committed and she’ll see it through, through whatever setbacks or hardships get in her way.
Flaws:
Romantic || This is a double-edged sword. Rose really does believe that everyone wants to be their best self and can be helped to be made better, and unfortunately, that means that she's sometimes willing to let people walk all over her, manipulate her, and otherwise take advantage of her desire to see the best in them. Surely her friends could only possibly mean well!! Except, well, sometimes they don't, and Rose doesn't want to see it until it's too late.
Overgiving || Rosie tends to put herself last. Her friends’ needs are important, pressing, and need immediate attendance, but her own needs are at best second palace. She will give up things she wants, stand down from opportunities, or otherwise let herself come second to the people she loves, which means that she often gives way more of herself than she can afford to.
