Description :: Takumi Village resides in an unknown country. It was founded approximately one hundred years ago by a man named Seimei. Takumi is known for its skills in making weaponry. Many of which are sold to the ninja villages of the world. When the village faced hard times they requested help but they were ignored by the other shinobi villages. Certain skilled Takumi villagers grew resentful and felt the villages didn't respect them for all the help their weapons provided in the past. "Hidden Craftsman" is not an official shinobi village. Four skilled craftsmen trained in the ninja arts wore the Takumi character on their forehead protector and sought to resurrect their village founder, Seimei. They planned to use his resurrection to seek revenge against the Five Great Shinobi Villages, who they felt did not appreciate their village. They operated under the name Shitenshounin, or the Four Heavenly Directions. This name stemmed from the characters in their name matching with the deities of the directions: Houki the Turtle, Kujaku the Bird, Ryuugan the Dragon and Suiko the Tiger. (Sounds like the four Beast gods doesn’t it)
The Weapons :: Once you start to learn a village’s weapon, you may not learn others. This village only allows the use of one weapon unless you are from Hidden Takumi. Once a weapon is chosen, you cannot choose a different type of weapon or learn its abilities. It is also not possible to steal another’s weapon and use it for yourself. They are made by a mysterious ore that is only found in Takumi and is not classified as a metal.
Clans
Bakuhatsu Family As there name implies they are a family that is best described as a real Bang. They have always been the family responsible for the creation of fireworks and other explosives for the shinobi lands, but their true passion lies in the forging of weapons and tools. These weapons quite often seem to have an explosive theme and if improperly used can turn against the users. Accidents in this family have always kept the clan a small and close nit family never numbering more then a couple dozen members every generation. Unlike most ninjas across the land people in the Bakuhatsu family are usually large and muscle bound, some have been known to be able to rip an ox in half with their bare hands. This small family wears the crest of a seven pointed star on the back of their clothing.

Mugen Kougai (Infinite Armor)
A heavy armor fitted onto the holder, its green eyes are actually miniature orbs that give the armor its power. The armor is indestructible and can suck out chakra of anything that touches it, or it touches something else, or touching what the wearer is touching, etc. The armor has no official shape or design so be creative!
Techniques:
Chakra Absorption; Level 1 - 500 Chakra ( Drains 500 Chakra from the Opponent per post in contact ) The wearer of this armor can drain chakra at low speeds of whom ever the wearer touches or it touching the wearer. Chakra absorption Level 2 - 1000 Chakra ( Drains 1000 Chakra from the Opponent per post in contact ) The wearer of this armor can drain chakra at semi-medium speeds of whatever the wearer is touching. Chakra absorption Level 3 - 1500 Chakra [ Requires Chuunin Rank or Equivalent ] ( Drains 1500 Chakra from the Opponent per post in contact ) The wearer can now drain chakra at medium speeds. Chakra absorption Level 4 - 2000 Chakra ( Drains 2000 Chakra from the Opponent per post in contact ) The wearer can now drain chakra at semi-high speeds. Chakra absorption Level 5 - 2500 Chakra ( Drains 2500 Chakra from the Opponent per post in contact ) The wearer can now drain chakra at high speeds. Chakra absorption Level 6 - 3000 Chakra [ Requires Jounin Rank or Equivalent ] ( Drains 3000 Chakra from the Opponent per post in contact ) The wearer can now drain chakra at a distance of 10 feet around. Chakra absorption Final Level 4000 Chakra ( Drains 4000 Chakra from the Opponent per post in contact ) Wearer can now drain chakra at a distance 20 feet around.
Chakra drain levels do not stack. Drain effect is turned on and off, by spending the Chakra cost of purchase of whichever level is used.
Stolen chakra is not returned to the wearer, and cannot be used for techniques.
Garian Tou (Garian Sword)
Made by a mysterious blue ore, it has the ability to extend out it’s blades to strike at the opponent. Able to harness the power of water, it is truly a weapon to keep an eye on… Or should we say 3 eyes on it. There is a green orb found at the bottom hilt of the sword, unbreakable to any force known to man. The sword is a three pronged weapon, the blades being able to part itself as to extend itself to far distances.
Techniques:
Single Strike - 600 Chakra ( Strength +5 Damage ) You can only use one of the three blades of the sword with this technique. Dual Strike - 1400 Chakra [ Requires Single Strike ] ( Strength +10 Damage, + Single Strike Damage ) You can now use two of the three blades to attack the opponent. Tri-strike - 2300 Chakra [ Requires Dual Strike ] ( Strength + 20 Damage, + Dual Strike Damage ) You can now use all three blades of the sword. Water Snakes - 2500 Chakra [ Requires Single Strike ] ( Spirit +25, + Tri-Strike Damage ) The blades of the sword are transformed into water and shift into the shape of snake heads to attack the opponent.
Hishou Souken (Soaring Short Swords)
A miniature sword that doesn’t seem to be fit for hand-to-hand combat, it wields a green orb at the hand guard. Believed to be the source of the weapons power, it is impossible to crack it, let alone break it. It is able to split into two blades and is made by a mysterious element only found within Hidden Takumi. In it's true form, the swords are as one and is two short to be used in attacking. It's design is like a long sword but only reduced in size.
Techniques:
Peacock Whirlwind - 1000 Chakra ( Speed + 1/2 Spirit Damage ) This technique would cast out a harsh wind that would be able to blow anything back that is less than 500 pounds. It also picks up debris to cut the opponent. Wind Cutter - 1500 Chakra [ Can only be used once per post ] ( Speed + 1/2 Spirit vs Opponent's Speed + Chakra cost of negated technique ( Whether successful or not ) | If successful, opponent's ninjutsu is immediately nullified ) Casts out a mighty wind that would be able to cut through any technique with ease. Kazegaeshi - 3000 Chakra [ Requires Wind Cutter ] ( After using Wind Cutter against a Wind Nature technique: Jutsu is sent back at Speed +10, +20 Damage, added to the original technique ) Uses the ability to split a wind technique and take control of the one wind attack that does not disappear, then send it back to the original user. Twin Winds - 2000 Chakra [ Requires Peacock Whirlwind, Wind Cutter, and Kazegaeshi ] ( Speed+ 1/2 Spirit Damage. Opponent's Reaction -20 ) Swinging both the swords in opposite directions, two disks of deadly winds are flung towards the opponent.
Imperial Broadsword ((Village Members Only))
Made by a mysterious material, it is unable to be melted at high temperatures and un-shatter able in cold temperature. It wields a green orb near the end of the sword on the flat of the blade, possibly the power source of the weapon’s powers. The weapon is a large and heavy long sword, usually requiring two hands to deal the maximum damage from physical attacks and faster swings.
Techniques:
Blazing Entity - 1000 Chakra ( Strength + 1/2 Spirit Damage ) The user swings their sword and a flame is produced from it, heading toward the opponent and able to give 2nd degree burns just by getting 7 inches from the target. Explosive Blade - 1500 Chakra [ Requires at least one technique for the Garian Tou ] ( Strength +10, Applies Bleed. | Bleed deals damage at 10 Damage per turn, until healed. ) A kenjutsu styled technique that adopts the C-7 Chakra nature of the Bakuhatsu Clan into it, though not as powerful. Attacks made while using this style, cause small explosions on contact, making the weapon appear to rip and tear away at the opponent instead of causing a smooth cut. Heated Aura - 2000 Chakra [ Requires at least one technique for the Hishou Souken ] ( Sword attacks deal an additional +10 Damage. | +10 Defense ) Through heating the air around the wielder, a barrier of heat and chakra is built in order to not only defend against incoming attacks, but also to add additional damage behind their sword swings with the Imperial Broadsword. Counter Burst - 2500 Chakra [ Requires at least one Level for the Mugen Kougai ] ( Reaction+5 vs Opponent's Speed | Deals Level of Mugen Kougai + 10 Damage, adding +1 for every additional turn of chakra drained from opponent before use.) Through manipulation of the Mugen Kougai Armor, the wielder of the Imperial Broadsword can actually infuse the chakra drained into their own weapon and release it back onto their opponent in a crucial moment. This allowing for a full force counter attack when the wielder is placed into a critical situation. Gykakuuroko no Jin - 3500 Chakra [ Requires all other Craftsman Weapons with all the weapon Techniques. ] ( Speed +5 vs Opponent's Reaction; for sword placement | Spirit +30 Damage | Wielder can use additional chakra, but doubles the cost of the chakra implanted every time after the first. MAX: 3 ) All three Craftsman swords will be stabbed into the ground making a triangle formation with the targeted opponent within the center of the formation. Channeling chakra through themselves, they form a puddle of water under their opponent that soon erupts into a large water dragon, the water dragon that pummels the opponent as it raises into the air. Rapidly after the water Dragon emerges, a cyclone of harsh winds and fire will follow, in order to finish off the technique with the primary effects of the three weapons.
Bakuhatsu Tekka
[ N ] Dragon’s Breath - 350 Chakra ( Spirit +5 Damage ) A technique usually used in the forging of blades, but also in close quarters of combats. Once proximity of less then a foot is achieved, usually when blades are locked to together a Bakuhatsu family member will expel a large gout of flame from their mouths meant to burn and cause the afflicted to drop their guard.
[ N ] Phoenix Hammer - 1000 Chakra ( Speed +5, Spirit +5 Damage ) After striking a hammer or a foot upon the ground the earth splits open and a fiery phoenix will rise from the crack in the earth and speed toward the opponent in a straight line.
[ K ] Hammer of Repentance - 600 Chakra ( Perception +5 ) A rapid succession of hammer blows meant to search out the weaknesses and flaws in a normal blade. Then on the 5th strike a skilled Bakuhatsu family member will be able to hit the correct spot to shatter a normal blade, or if lucky put a dent or crack in a special blade.
[ K ] Hammer of Judgment - 1500 Chakra ( Strength +15 Damage ) This technique is particularly destructive; during battle a Bakuhatsu family member can increase the size of their hammer exponentially with just a few hand seals. Even at that huge size a proper clan member can still swing their hammer with ease causing catastrophic amounts of damage.
[ N ] Falling stars - 1000 Chakra ( Creates 5 'Stars' for every 1000 Chakra Spent | Spirit +10 Damage ) Using their unique explosive chakra, C-7, chakra is packed into tiny marble sized balls. Then once formed the tiny explosives are cast high up into the air. When the tiny orbs finally fall earthward they resemble small shooting stars. Then once contact with the earth is made the impact creates huge craters only compounded by the explosions that follow.
[ N ] Dragon’s Cage - 1500 Chakra ( Spirit + 1/2 Intelligence Damage | If Water is applied, +15 additional Damage ) Using one of their unique fireworks, in this case a dragon rocket. Once launched the rocket will fly above an opponent before exploding and creating a series of large fiery rings around the opponent, any attempt to put these fires out with water will only increase the intensity of the flames. [ N ] Star Blast - 2000 Chakra ( Spirit+10 Damage, Opponent's Perception -10 for 3 posts ) The compounded form of Falling Stars, this technique combines all of the small orbs into one palm sized ball of explosive chakra. In this technique the bomb is usually cast with a baseball pitch rather then cast up into the air. Though the blast is of comparable size to that of falling star technique the light created by the explosion is ten times stronger and can leave an opponent blinded for a short time.
[ N ] Supernova Blast - 3000 Chakra ( Takes 2 Posts to gather: Can spend Chakra 1 additional time, to double the posts needed as well as the damage modifiers infliced. ( IE: Rotation becomes +10, Final Damage becomes +50 ) | While Rotating: Spirit+5 Damage. | Spirit+25 Damage ) The final stage of the Falling Stars attack, many orbs of the same size and shape are created and by their own force float around the user until all of them are formed. Then once enough are gathered they combine into one huge ball of energy that requires both hands to throw.
[ N ] Reverse Star - 1000 Chakra ( Spirit+1/2 Intelligence Damage ) One of the simplest techniques yet one of the most deadly in the Bakuhatsu family arsenal, this technique consists of charging simple shuriken with C-7 chakra. Once thrown these shuriken explode on contact in explosions similar to a small fragmentation grenade.
[ N ] Bakuhatsu Cannon Level 1 - 1000 Chakra [ Requires all other Clan techniques ] ( Movement Speed is Halved for post this technique is used | Spirit + Intelligence Damage ) The most powerful of the Bakuhatsu family techniques. Using their unique chakra they can turn their bodies into living cannons. First the user gathers the chakra in the back of the throat until a sufficient amount is collected. Once enough is collected it can be released in either a constant stream or a concentrated cannon ball. At this level the force can level a tall tree. This attack is usually a ranged one; use at close range usually results in the death of both user and opponent.
[ N ] Bakuhatsu Cannon; Level 2 - 2500 Chakra [ Requires Bakuhatsu Cannon Level 1 ] ( Movement Speed is Halved for post this technique is used | Spirit + Intelligence Damage + 20 Damage ) The most powerful of the Bakuhatsu family techniques. Using their unique chakra they can turn their bodies into living cannon. First the user gathers the chakra in the back of the throat until a sufficient amount is collected. Once enough is collected it can be released in either a constant stream or a concentrated cannon ball. At this level the force can level an average domicile. This attack is usually a ranged one; use at close range usually results in the death of both user and opponent.
[ N ] Bakuhatsu Cannon; Level 3 - 5000 Chakra [ Requires Bakuhatsu Cannon Level 2 ] ( Movement Speed is set to 0 for post this technique is used | Spirit + Intelligence Damage + 40 Damage ) The most powerful of the Bakuhatsu family techniques. Using their unique chakra they can turn their bodies into living cannon. First the user gathers the chakra in the back of the throat until a sufficient amount is collected. Once enough is collected it can be released in either a constant stream or a concentrated cannon ball. At this level the force can level 3 city blocks. This attack is usually a ranged one; use at close range usually results in the death of both user and opponent.
The pair of friends were travelling together after leaving the gates of the academy. The trip to the Land of Iron would not be a long one, and further still to the homeland of the young Sanada heiress. The village of Hidden Craftsman was a small one... and primarily was made up of, as the name implies, craftsmen of various skill. One such was Raelyn herself, though she currently walked silently through the small, noisy streets of her home village. The heat of the different forges could be felt radiating into the streets as others hammered steel and iron into the shapes of weapons, armors, and miscellaneous other tools needed to keep the village, and world, functioning. Finally, just a soft sigh leaves the lips of the young Sanada Heir, "So... sorry if this makes me come off as some sort of country bumpkin. This is where I was born and raised..." She turned towards Tiamat, though a look of worry crossed her eyes as she expected the other girl to think less of her. Nervously the teen lifted her left hand and rubbed the back of her neck letting out a soft, annoyed sigh, "I mean... I know a really good ramen place nearby if you and Rikraa are hungry. If you would still like to travel together, then we could even talk about a name for our cell. So?"

Even if the trip itself was fairly short and entirely uneventful, they had quickly made it to Hidden Craftsmen. The place itself was entirely different from her own village that she could not help but walk around with her shining yellow hues opened wide in both admiration and surprise at everything that was going on around her. She hadn't been able to spend too much time in a place that does primarily forging before, and this made things very exciting for her in the long run. With her gaze snapping this way and that as she basically followed Raelyn around on sheer autopilot, it took her wyvern companion nudging at her cheek for her to snap back to reality and realize that she was actually being spoken to. "Wai- Wha- Country bumpkin!? No way. I live on a giant floating airship in the sky, that just wanders around above the clouds with literally no scenery and no real excitement! This is an amazing change of pace!" She says with a barely contained amount of excitement in her voice. Of course just as quickly the Raelyn had mentioned the name of their future cell and Tiamat immediately looked in another direction. She hadn't thought of anything that would be a good name for them at all, and her references were rather slim as well. She slowly shook her head and glanced around one last time before looking at Raelyn. "Ramen sounds fantastic. Hopefully we can figure out a good name too, yeah. So lets go to this good place to eat and then we can continue expl- Working on a name, yeah!" She says with a clear bit of hesitation as her yellow hues wandered back to the assorted smiths and other things that were around them as they walked.
A soft smile crossed Raelyn's face as her friend seemed to be really enamored by her home. It really was the simplest things that meant most in the world. "Really? An airship! That sounds pretty cool... You have to take me there one day, okay?" The young Sanada girl held out her hand as if to agreeing to a deal, offering it to Tai to accept the offer. Her own eyes danced before the many furnaces as the pair walk down the main street together. "You know, if you are interested in this. I can craft something for you, as a token of our friendship." The smile never fading as the two walked. Ultimately, Raelyn allowed her Doragon friend to remain in grossed in the typic goings on of the village, and its craftsmen. It did not take the woman much longer to arrive in front of a small 'hole in the wall' type stands. Several sections of cloth hang down bearing the name of the ramen shop on them, while offering the diner's a bit of privacy from the outside world. The soft aroma of cooking meats, and the various broths fill the air outside the shop... somehow even competing over the typical heavy smell of burning forges. The shop was even quite a bit calming than the rest the village. This made it a wonder place to relax and let one's nerves come to rest if otherwise overly stimulated from the constant bustle.

It travels all over so I am sure it will pass by here at one point or another, and when it does.. I'll give you a full tour!" Tiamat says with a smile as she continues to look around at all the things that surrounded her, her attention immediately snapping back to Raelyn when she mentions that she was not only a craftsman but also one that could make her something if Tiamat could decide on what she wanted or needed! What an exciting turn of events! She smiles excitedly while glancing around and trying to find things that would spark an idea of what her new friend could craft for her. At least she did until the new smell of meats and broth being cooked wafted into her nostrils. "That smells.. Delicious!" She immediately exclaims while her little wyvern hopping around on her shoulder as it smells the food that was being cooked at this small ramen shop as well. Although she was clearly holding herself back in order to allow Raelyn to lead the way, her mouth practically watered at the thought of a decent meal. Especially one that was coming from a place as good smelling as this one. She had not managed a real good meal since she had left her village, the academy itself not really supplying the same meal choices as a shop like this or really any good restaurant for that matter. Because of this, her stomach practically rumbled immediately upon the smell making it to her nose, and now she was just anxiously awaiting the sights of the bowls and food that was held within it.
Raelyn felt her tummy rumble and was happy that it didn’t make a more audible signal to her own hunger. A smile swept her face seeing Tai light up due to her own hunger. The young Sanada taking her friend’s wrist and gently guiding her into the shop, “Their tonkatsu bowl with miso broth. So good~.” She finds the both of them a stool at the bar, just over those simmering broths. A soft laugh escaping her lips as she looks to Tia and her wyvern companion, “Today will be my treat, Kay? So, order what ever interest you the most." Overhead of the pair hung a menu for some of the most popular bowls, as well the non ramen meal options. “Two orders of Takoyaki, please! Also, a hot green tea with honey, and whatever my friend here wants to drink.” That smile never fading as she seemed to like the idea of having a friend to share a meal.
Just after placing the order, a siren went off throughout the village. “Damnit!” Raelyn cursed as she slides from her seat, “Sorry, Tiamat. A village within the Land of Iron is under attack. Enjoy the meal though…” The teen had a clear miserable expression across her face as she looked up to the owner, “Hey! Whatever my guest picks… put it on my tab.” She waved once before bolting from the noodle bar and vanishing down the road. A few tears slide down her cheeks, but the young Sanada was a strong one to say the least. After all, to bear the name was a weight in itself. Her grandfather having led the ANBU of the village, and then became the Kage as well. Hers was a legacy, though not all of that was a good one. Raelyn made it to her house and let out a sigh as she makes for the armory to grab the armor her mother had crafted for her… it was a custom fit of the village’s own Mugen Kougai. Afterwards, she was off… heading to the neighboring village of Hidden Katana.
