It may be a few inches deep, but it doesn’t seem to go above your calves when walking. At first, it’s easy enough to walk through, but gradually you realize that it’s getting harder to move. Every step you take feels like the snow is pulling you back in, and if you get a good look you might realize that sticky white fluff is clinging to you. The more you walk, the more it pulls, until you’re almost completely stuck. Something about the snow smells oddly sweet, and the tacky, marshmallow-like snow seems like it’s suddenly become a prison. The more you try to break free, the stickier it gets, and you’d better hope you don’t fall down. The more you struggle the harder it is to escape, but if you manage to stay still for a few minutes, the marshmallow will freeze and crystallize. When you move again, the snow will turn into a powdery dust and you can break free easily. The only good thing about this is that you won’t starve if you get trapped–the snow tastes just like marshmallows.
Except that it might make Faustite look bad, and that was the last thing Alkmene wanted, and so grudgingly, he was out gathering energy and hoping that no one gave him trouble.
Especially not the Super aura he could feel nearby. Alkmene was not into the idea of another confrontation with someone stronger than him.

Ara had felt the chaos aura while she was out on patrol so she diverted course to intercept it. The cold snow crunch underneath her sandals, she was thankful for the magical warmth that seemed to cover her in the winter or else her uniform would make patrolling in this sort of weather nearly impossible.
She soon came upon a corrupt in thee process of draining and innocent civilian the young super senshi decided to fire her magic first and ask questions later. "Infinite Light Parade" She called out as the motes of light appeared and fired at the corrupt.
She leapt down in-between the corrupt and the civilian. "Run" she told victim who had had their energy partially drained. It didn't take another prompting for them to scurry away from the two magical fighters. "I'm not gonna let you Negas get away with stealing energy from innocent people like this!" She declared. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Infinite Light Parade Six motes of light appear in the air behind Ara and fire toward her opponent(s). The blasts of light knocks an opponent back and blinds them and can at the other player's discretion leave a cut and burn where the light hits them (As a chibi the cut and the burn are minor). Time (blinded):25 seconds Uses: 3 Range: up to 7 feet (chibi)

The absolute ******** audacity. Alkmene stumbled when the burst of light hit him, and had to take a moment to re-ground himself. It hurt, but this wasn't the worst he'd dealt with, at least; thew much more annoying part was that it was so bright he was left blinking and blinded, and he had to take a deep, sharp breath and try to get himself properly re-oriented.
He had to be able to see to aim his own magic, but even though his vision hadn't fully returned, whoever had attacked him was loud and annoying, and the person he was draining had almost certainly gotten away, which just made him more annoyed.
"Let's not have that s**t again," Alkmene said, and he held up a hand. "Envious Whisper!"
Take away one of her magic uses. Make her a little weaker. Maybe that would make this whole thing easier. Quote: Alkmene speaks the name of his attack and he gestures at one opponent, who is briefly surrounded by a burst of green sparkles. Depending on class, the magic applies the following effects: Senshi lose one use of their basic attack; Knights lose a quarter of their remaining magic pool; or Negaverse officers are unable to summon their weapon for thirty seconds. Alkmene can use this attack three times per battle.

Green sparkles surrounded her for a moment before fading. She felt no different, she wasn't sure exactly what that magic was suppose to do but it seemed to have failed the only thing that happened was that she felt slightly tired. She shrugged her shoulder maybe whatever was suppose to happen messed up either way it was to her advantage.
"I'm gonna teach you a lesson." She proclaimed before sending another blast of her magic at him. She followed it up by charging and tackling the man. "You will not hurt an innocent person" She tried to wrestle the man to the ground pushing him back into the snow.
It was then Ara noticed something weird the snow seemed to be sticking to her almost like it was pulling her in. It felt goopy and sticky. It was always a little hard for Alkmene to tell if his magic went off properly--because sometimes, it just didn't. Sometimes it fizzled and stuttered, sometimes it burst from him like it was rushing to escape. It was like fire, that way; sometimes it guttered and sometimes it roared.
(Maybe that was one of the reasons he felt so partial to Faustite. His magic was a fire, and so was his General.)
Tonight, it felt like a controlled burn, but she didn't seem to notice that it had worked--all the better for him, when she reached for magic that just wouldn't be there. Now that his vision was clearing, he could tell that she was young, which explained so many things about this entire situation. A literal child was trying to lecture him about morality, and specifically the morality of draining people.
This was a nightmare.
Her magic struck him again, and he tried to dodge, but he found his feet...stick, in something thick and clinging--the snow?--and then she was slamming bodily into him and he was knocked over.
Which was gross. Because the snow was definitely....sticky, somehow. Which was just great. Exactly his luck, really.
This would not be a time he called Faustite for backup. There was absolutely no way he was letting his General see him like this.
"Ugh, god, this is why I hate having to have a Twitter account, I get exposed to the opinions of teenagers." Not that he was high and haughty at twenty-four, but this was still annoying. "Nobody's innocent, kiddo! And it's just a little energy! God, you sanctimonious morons are half the reason I left. Now get the hell off me before we both get stuck down here, you idiot child."

Ara didn't like the sticky feeling of the snow as it clung to her legs and feet. She had to get out of the weird snow before she got stuck. Then the corrupt decided to run his mouth like he had any right to talk down to her. She scoffed. "Please you Negas knock people unconscious and sometimes still keep draining even after that. I would hardly call that harmless. Besides even if it was harmless I've seen the sort of evil you and your kind a will use the energy to commit, I was at the Battle on the Hill!" She had thought before that energy draining was a lesser evil but now she understood better she knew where it led to and she would do her damnedest to make sure it didn't happen again.
She called on the last of her super magic again firing it at his face. She then while he was blinded and dazed grabbed his shoulder and used him as leverage to pull herself free and to safety away from the snow pushing him further in in the process. "You call me a child but it sounds like you're the one who threw a tantrum, you corrupted because people talked in a way you didn't like. How immature!" She mocked. "Maybe you can think over your choices while you're stuck there!" She laughed as she leapt away from the strange snow and the struggling Corrupt content in the knowledge that at least for the time being he would be unable to harm anyone. Yeah, this was one that no one was going to hear about. No one needed to know that he'd basically been kicked into the dirt by a child, least of all anyone he worked with.
Well, not dirt. Snow. Gross, sticky, disgusting snow.
Ugh.
He laid there, contemplating the series of life choices that had led him to this point, and decided that his future strategy was going to be "run whenever you feel an Order aura and don't have backup, dumbass." That....sounded like a better way to go about things.
It took a few minutes, but he swore he could feel the texture of the strange snow changing around him--and eventually, when he shifted, it crumbled and set him free.
An absolute disaster, but at least he wasn't trapped anymore.
