Prompt 10 (Runaway Reindeer): Someone thought it would be a good idea to get real reindeer to pet while visiting Santa, and someone should have considered that might be a bad idea. No one knows how they snuck out, but one by one they disappeared–and now they’re wreaking havoc on Destiny City. Or, so the reports say. The reindeer have been spotted eating everything, running in front of cars, chasing people down. It’s strange, almost as if they are possessed. They’re aggressive and hostile and not having any of this holiday nonsense. Are all reindeer like this? …Or have you run into a very aggressive youma masquerading as one?
Note: If you use this for a powered battle prompt, it does not count for the ‘one youma battle per growth’ ; this is a special prompt where the creature will attack anyone. It can only be used as a battle if there are two powered characters involved; you cannot write a solo and count this as a battle, and your character must be powered to count this for a battle. The reindeer will not respond to any commands and cannot be destroyed; it will always run away before it can be defeated.
To say that Ilse was having a very bad night was to gratuitously understate the problem. Ilse was, in fact, having absolutely the worst night possible, if you asked her. First, she'd fallen into some strange, cold, deep water that had tried to drag her down and under, and she still wasn't sure how she'd escaped. Then, she'd taken a moment to power down and back up, to dry off herself and her uniform, and while she'd been sitting under a tree in one of Destiny City's parks, enjoying the pretty fairy lights it was decorated with for the approaching Christmas holiday, she'd been attacked. Out of nowhere. By a reindeer-looking monster that she was pretty sure was probably a youma.
She'd run, of course, nut running had only gotten her so far before she tripped over her own feet and ended up sprawled on the ground, and she could still hear the thing chasing her.
So she was left lying in cold, snowy dirt, sobbing her eyes out as a monster charged her. Not exactly the most dignified image of a noble Senshi of the Negaverse, but Ilse didn't care. She was cold, and wet, and she didn't want to die, and even though she knew Lysithea was probably at home, warm and cozy, she couldn't help herself.
"LYSITYHEA!"
As if screaming her name might magically summon her.

Suzaku had heard about the strange things going on around the city... Crazy drinks that make you sneeze or sing. Strange aroura's that should be anywhere but the city. Hell there were even talks about frosty bunnies and killer reindeer?
She jumped when a scream tore through the air. That wasn't far from here... The senshi tore off in the direction it came from, only to realize there was another signature in that direction. Was it them? Where they the one who screamed or where they attacking someone? Suzaku hoped that, whatever was going on, she wouldn't be too late.
Suza turned the corner just in time to see a senshi on the ground with... a reindeer?! "Move!" She yelled at the senshi, running at her to get her off the ground.
It wasn't Lysithea, no, but the girl that arrived to save her was lovely. A fellow Negaverse Senshi, with the beautiful hair that came with that, and it made her heart skip just to look at her. Not that Ilse had time to be attracted to her rescuer--she let the Corrupt scoop her up and drag her off, and she gasped as she ran, desperately trying to get out of there. Her vision was blurred by still-falling tears, and she started to wipe at them desperately, as if that would help, with the hand that wasn't clinging to the other Corrupt's arm.
"I'm sorry," she said, a little breathlessly and between sobs, "I'm not very good in a fight against monsters--do you...do you think you could make it go away?"
She hoped so. She hoped her impromptu rescuer had incredible, powerful, damaging magic. Because Ilse desperately wanted that creature to be gone. She didn't want to be trampled under its nasty hooves, or gored by its antlers, or whatever else.
"I just--I don't think reindeer want things, and that's what I make people feel, but...you look fiery, maybe? Can you do fire? Scare it off that way?"

Suzaku wheezed as she hauled them both around the corner of a nearby building. "******** hair... Ima trip over it someday..." How did the others do it... Did they bring hair ties? Did they cut it? Ugh what a pain.... "It's fine.." She panted, sticking her head around the corner to see if it had followed them. "My magic doesn't... do much. It feels like your burning but... It's all show." Suzaku muttered, watching as the creature trotted along looking for them.
Oh what she wouldn't give to have been a Negaverse Agent instead of a senshi right now...
"We can try my magic... But I don't think it's going to do much.." Suzaku just hoped they didn't piss it off further.
Ilse looked between the other Corrupt and the monster, and took a deep breath.
"Do it," she said. "It's a dumb animal, that should scare it off." She reached up to wipe her cheeks, taking deep, slow breaths and staring at the reindeer as it geared up to charge them again. "And we jsut need it to leave us alone, right?"
Oh, this was going to suck. She really, really, really hoped Suzaku's magic worked to drive it away.

Suzaku huffed, throwing the other girl a flat look. "It nearly ran you over... I don't think it's entirely cleared out upstairs...." She scrubbed at her face, taking a deep breathe. God she hoped this would work. Or else Ana was going to kill her.
Assuming this thing didn't beat her to it.
"Okay. If this doesn't work. I'm haunting your a**." Suzaku hissed, darting from their hiding spot and in full sight of the reindeer.
Now or never she supposed....
"Southern Wind"
Saying the name of her attack, Suzaku points at an enemy. The spectral image of a firebird comes from behind them and starts spinning around them. This causes the person to be enveloped in a cylinder of fire. The fire is obviously not real, but if they were to try and run through it, it would still hurt. Inside the cylinder, the person is blasted with hot, dry air. This attack can be used on one to two people at a clip. Suzaku can use this attack three times, though the magic only lasts for twenty-five seconds.
"Valid and understandable," Ilse acknowledged, "I'll make you a very nice shrine to visit." She watched the other Senshi's magic, eyes wide at the sight of the bright red firebird that descended on the beast.
It made a howling, angry noise, and Ilse wrapped her arms around Suzaku's arm, pressing close to the other Corrupt as her heart picked up speed and she prayed.
As the magic began to fade, the beast turned away from them, and ran, as fast as its hooves would carry it.
Ilse's knees gave out, and she sank to the ground, still clinging to Suzaku's arm.
"Thank you so much," she gasped. "You saved my life. I-I'm Ilse. It's nice to meet you. You're very pretty," she said, in a slightly adrenaline-fueled haze.
Oh well, it wasn't like ti wasn't true.

Suzaku snorted. Well, if she was getting a shrine... New girl might wanna stock up on candles while she had the chance.
She tensed when the girl latched on to her arm, only to sink to the ground with her in a surprised huff as the beast ran away. Suzaku opened her mouth, only to close it a moment later. Huh... Okay... She didn't entirely think that would work... "...Well then... No shrine for me, I guess..." Suzaku said slowly, watching as the creature bolted off in the opposite direction. "Not gonna lie, I half expected it to just run through my magic without a care in the world. It looks and can feel like fire... But it's not actual fire."
Suzaku blinked as the other girl introduced herself. "If that's your idea of meeting someone, no offense but I don't want to see what you do when you're cutting someone out of your life..." She said with a small laugh. "I'm Suzaku."
"I could make one anyway, though I guess it's a little stalkery if you're still alive," llse said idly. She very much did not let go of Suzaku's arm, but that was just going to have to e okay, because she didn't want to let go of her comfort right then.
"And anyway, I guess magical fire's enough to work on a magical monster?" She shrugged, and flashed the other girl a smile. "Anyway, I've never cut anybody out of my life before and I don't intend to, so that shouldn't be a problem! Do you want to maybe stick together for patrolling? That way if something else nasty shows up, we're not alone."
