Prompt 10 (Runaway Reindeer): Someone thought it would be a good idea to get real reindeer to pet while visiting Santa, and someone should have considered that might be a bad idea. No one knows how they snuck out, but one by one they disappeared–and now they’re wreaking havoc on Destiny City. Or, so the reports say. The reindeer have been spotted eating everything, running in front of cars, chasing people down. It’s strange, almost as if they are possessed. They’re aggressive and hostile and not having any of this holiday nonsense. Are all reindeer like this? …Or have you run into a very aggressive youma masquerading as one?
Note: If you use this for a powered battle prompt, it does not count for the ‘one youma battle per growth’ ; this is a special prompt where the creature will attack anyone. It can only be used as a battle if there are two powered characters involved; you cannot write a solo and count this as a battle, and your character must be powered to count this for a battle. The reindeer will not respond to any commands and cannot be destroyed; it will always run away before it can be defeated.
Lacaille was out on the hunt for reindeer, she had heard they were causing a big problem in the city and she wanted to help in whatever way she could to solve the problem. She started off jumping from rooftop to rooftop looking for the animals, she thought the idea of live reindeer for the Santa visit was so cute it was such a shame that they had gotten out and were causing the city so many problems. She hoped she could figure out a way to get them back to their pen or at least get them away from the city so they couldn't hurt anyone. Which might be the best she would be able to do.

At the other end of town, Pasithee too had heard of the runaway deer. She on the other hand was not amused. While it would be an awesome idea if it worked, she did agree, but it had little chance of working in the first place. Wild animals were, ... well in a word... WILD. Even in captivity. She pushed her long hair out of her eyes and jumped from her bedroom window to the next roof. She continued to make her way through town, making good time. Of course, she wouldn't hurt them - it was part of Pasithee's duty to keep the Balance between man and nature. Unless of course the deer was a youma. Youma weren't part of the Natural Balance. She sensed another Order Senshi coming, a normal-level Scout. She called out a greeting to announce herself. "Helloo, Fellow Order Senshi."
Lacaille looked over to see the other Order senshi "Oh hey, I'm Lacaille." she said "Are you looking for the reindeer too?" She asked and then looked around again to see if she could catch sight of it, or maybe find a trail she could follow of the destruction these reindeer were doing in the city. It was then she heard some screams and she turned to the other senshi to see if they were going to come with her. She didn't mind going on her own, but having a little bit of help certainly couldn't hurt especially if this turned out to be a youma.

Pasithee, nodded, "I'm Pasithee, and yes, I'm looking for reindeer too." The screams reached her ears, and she looked toward Lacaille, as she leaped in the direction of the sounds, "You coming?" Then facing forward, she made her way, toward the street below the next building, where it seemed cars were swerving to reindeer and pedestrians trying to flee the reindeer. One guy slipped in the road, and sprawled there in the street. Before he could get up, a reindeer nonchanlontly walked up to him and started chewing on his hair as if it were grass, slobbering as it went. Okay, Pasithee thought, as she raised an eyebrow. "Now that doesn't happen everyday..." A SUV swerved to avoid them... the man was crying in sheer terror... Pasithee didn't blame him, she probably would be too. "We'd get done there.."
Lacaille nodded and followed after Pasithee she looked at the mess the reindeer were creating, "Any ideas how to get rid of them?" She asked her magic wouldn't work on animals since animals didn't read. She sighed and looked down at the dangerous situation the reindeer were causing. They could get someone really hurt or killed running out in front of cars. After all, a reindeer was larger and more muscled than a normal deer. She wondered if this was some sort of negaverse plot but she just wasn't sure. It could have been a prank that had gone really bad maybe an elf or kid by the Santa visit place had let them loose.

Pasithee bit her lip, frustrated and trying to analyze the situation, "My powers involve a fragrance that can make one or two target woozy for a few seconds .. maybe that can distract a few of them till we can get control of them? And I dunno what your power is, but maybe you can use it to distract and calm the people while I deal with the the reindeer? Or is there a better way? I'm listening." She made ready to move, but held her ear open and her mind ready to hear and react to a new and better plan."

Lacaille nodded "I can try to calm the people but it's a little unpredictable since it depends on what they read but this time of year hopefully no one is reading anything crazy or violet." She laughed nervously. "I'm sure we can figure this out." She went to toss her book at one of the drivers to hopefully calm them down and then she waited for Pas to try to calm the animal so they would hopefully be able to herd it away from the area or back to the Santa place so it could go back where it belonged. She also went down among the cars to calm people the old fashion way. "It's alright we'll get this under control don't worry." She said in a friendly tone.

Unfortunately, Pasithee never said anything about getting the animal calm - if they didn't act fast- the reindeer would probably spazz worse than before once Pasithee cast her attack. Thankfully, Lacaille's efforts seemed to be working. The driver stopped, the people backed away to let them do their jobs for once. and then there was the poor man, whose hair was being chewed.. he was at least trying not to cry anymore. Kudos to Lacaille. Pasithee took a deep breath. She had yet to use her powered up attack - she had not been in a battle since she powered up to Super, she wondered how it would work. "Everyone stay back and hold your breath," she warned. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Poison of the Blue Lotus Pasithee brings her hand out in front of her, and a Blue Lotus appears in her hand. She raises her hand to the sky and the wind blows out enough of the Blue Lotus essence to make the enemy a little sick or delusional. 25 seconds. 2 uses. Range of 1 Powered person, or 2 civilians. She used it twice, to make sure she emcompassed all the reindeer. There was a quiet moment, where the deer didn't realize what they had smelled. Then they pulled away from what they were doing and acted... almost drunk. They staggered, nauseaeted - some threw up on the street. "Hurry, we need to to round them up now!" Pasithee called urgently to Lacaille. "They will recover quite quickly!" She ran to several of the reindeer and quickly took their reins.
Lacaille did as she was told and held her breath to avoid being affected by Pasithee's power and then she started to help to herd the reindeer back to their pen, this wasn't going to be easy but she figured together they would be able to get this done and everything would be alright. At least till they got out again, but there were other senshi in the city or maybe animal control that could take a turn at dealing with this issue in that case. Once the task was done she sighed out and said "Well I'm glad that's done." She said to Pasithee.

Pasithee sighed in relief and nodded. She smiled. "Hey can I get your number? You were wonderful to work with, and I'd like work alongside you again sometime."
She then said her goodbyes and turned and went home for the night. (fin?)
