Nickname: None that he's aware of....Sil is easier to shout out but he doesn't consider it a nickname. Just easier to get his attention in a pinch. Silas also works for a nickname, no ones used it yet though.

School/Occupation: Thus far he's decided not to attend school, he doesn't know enough about this planet to feel comfortable in doing so. Silvera figures he'd be noticibly lacking in things he should know - that people born on Earth would know. It wouldn't be a good idea till he knows more, which he'd working on. Till then he helps Jada out with babysitting and helping her around her home. He can learn how things work at the same time! Plus it allows for observing social norms and learning how to live on this planet.
Hobbies: Reading: There is so much to learn! Not only is there a lot to learn about currant day things, what's going on with Earh and it's people now, but the history as well! Not to mention what he can't observe and learn about personally, due to location and such, so he'd taken to reading whatever he can get his hands on, From plants, they serve a very important purpose, to anything else in order to understand the planet and it's people (among other things).
Shopping: Since settling himself onto this planet he's discovered there is a lot to buy! So many nice, and warm, cloths and blankets and the options avalible! Silvera has learned that winter is cold - so cold! And in retaliation has decided to buy one sweater for every day, as well as several blankets. Knowing about rain, and how wet and cold it is, he's also decided on a rain coat or two and rain boots. He likes to shop for things which, as far as he's concerned, as nessacery for living on this planet and being comfortable while doing so. He also likes shopping for books, so he can learn everything possible.
Virtues: Curious: How else do you learn if you are not curious? Of course you can learn from books but it is curiosity which leads to people opening up a book to read, at least as far as he's concerned. You don't open up a book which holds no intrest to you and you don't get a job in an area which holds no intrest to you. It is about intrest and curiosity to him. It is what drives him to explore and ask questions and poke at things, sometimes things he shouldn't, he wants to understand as much as he can because he is a curious person.
Imaginative: Perhaps this goes a bit hand in hand with curiosity...perhaps not. But he has an imagination which had him wondering about things...what could they be and why...what purpose do they serve. What breakthrough could something lead to. All these ideas floating about in his head...but he isn't good with just imaginging things...he wants to know - so he hunts down the answers. He likes to wonder about things a lot.
Mature: For all his curiosity and his healthy imagination he is a mature individual, acting older than his years. He's gotten used to hiding his excietment over new things, over learning about something, and tends to look down on those who can't hold back their excitment like he can. He also tries not to run into things,even if he may want to.
Flaws:
Rentless: He is a curious person and he wants answers - he wants to understand and know! The problem is that he can get a bit lost in his search for knowledge, in his quest to feed his curiosity, and he does at times need someone to pull him away from something...or to divert his attention. Often times this is a physical thing someone must do, taking him away from whatveer has taken hold of his attention. He just wants to know everything he can about whatever he can get his hands on. He has learned to go for a while without sleep in order to read, research, and poke at things...not a good idea really.
Unaapologetic: Why should he watch what he says? He understands being polite, as a concept, but he doesn't understand it in practice. It's all lies whether by omission or not he thinks sugar coating things, omitting things, and just flat out lying are all forms of disrespect so he's taken it upon himself to say what he thinks and to do so as honestly as possible. He knows it'll bother some people but why would he hidfe things from someone? Why not let them know just what is on his mind and how he feels?
Ego - He's calm, on the outside, and has learned to keep calm and hide what he's feeling and thinking (at least most of the time). He doesn't act like a child unlike some others his age, and even a rare few who are older. He's got a bit of an ego when it comes to his maturitgy, or what he percieves as his own maturity. (One really has to wonder about it when he's exploring Earth and all which it has to offer).
CIVILIAN GLAMOUR: PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Appearance: His eyes have remained the same color, thankfully, but his hair has become a rather boring dark brown to black color. As for his skin...it too is a bit boring, in his opinion, as he's rather fair skinned. He doesn't mind being so pale, he'd used to that, but the color....or lack of color is what's so boring and bland. He at least kept his height of 6'2"
Clothes: After some time spent on Earth, and dealing with it's chilly weather, Silvera has taken to fluffy warm clothing. Knit sweaters are a personal favorite (he's going to wind up with a collection of them). They aren't too tight and are a bit on the long side but they aren't baggy either. Jeans seem to what most normal human males wear so he's taken to wearing jeans as well. Sneakers, nothing too bright in color, are typically found on his feet unless he's home than it's just socks...as he's rather fond of them.

Hair: Hair I have a picture ref for below. For the style the right side is braided, think cornrows, in four braids. The left side of his hair is long in front, a little past his chin, while in the back it's nice and short.

Cadet Weapon: A small dagger with an energy blade this can cause a tingling and numbing sensation for 15 seconds upon contact. A simple weapon that he prefers as he'd rather be hands on about things. If he's going to fight someone he wants to be personal...distance weapons feel so cold and distant...plus someone, or something, could get in the way easier.
Corporal Weapon: At this stage his weapon has gotten longer and taken on a slightly different look, resembling something of a sci-fi tanto in form. When the blade makes impact, its strike leaves a numbing sensation as if the skin has fallen asleep. This sensation lasts for twenty seconds but may fade in severity before then.
Commander Weapon: At this point the blade is longer and resembles a katana, though with that touch of sci-fi cyber punk sortt of look to it. At this point, the blade is hot enough to slice through some fabrics (at player discretion) and will feel as though the blade is made of hot metal when it comes into contact with a living target. The sensation will last for 20 seconds after impact; as the sensation fades, it will drift from the sensation of burning to the sensation of numbing. The blade emits heat, so standing near it may feel warm or even hot, but it cannot do actual burning damage.

Backstory Silvera is an only child, something which he rather dislikes, but he's grown used to it. Most people have no siblings...a shame really. He wished he'd had someone to grow up with, a younger or older sibling to spend time with. Instead he spent a lot of time with what little nature they had and learned about plants.
