Hobbies:
"Got 100% Completion on that one." - Zachariah's the one that listens to the commentary that comes with video games. He wants to find out how they were made and what on the inside makes them tick. He discovers strategies and hidden easter eggs through careful observation of every corner of every map, and admittedly, such careful combing has actually made him very good at basic gameplay. Zachariah can spend hours at a time on one mission, recombing over and over until he has learned every corner, every glitch, every enemy force, and every little collectible the game has.
"That's not right..." - When he looks up information, he prefers it being correct, and the amount of incorrect information he has found has led him to take up editing online encyclopedias in his spare time. It isn't necessarily a hobby he does for fun so much as something he does in his spare time, and his name is probably in the history of hundreds of researched articles by this point.
Virtues:
"Makes sense." - Logical - Logic comes easily to Zachariah. Putting together patterns, reasoning solutions to mechanical problems, and putting together links in information are his bread and butter. He's very good at seeing every step of a process and finds himself most interested in how things are made and how they get to the finished point, not in the finished product itself.
"No, I mean that." - Deliberate - Zachariah is always very careful and measured with what he says and what he does. Everything he says is always what he meant to say. Everything he does is always what he meant to do, and he makes certain of this. He can sometimes spend a bit extra time to determine what the correct response is, but many of his reactions and interactions fit neatly into his own codes, his own decisions, and his own beliefs, and there is very little variation on that.
"Have your back." - Loyal - Zachariah is nothing if not reliable. The people who manage to get through Zachariah's detached wall can find themselves with a loyal companion who will always have their back. He will be there for support, to listen, and to back them up in a fight. This does tend to extend to most of those on the side of Order, though to a lesser degree. He has decided his loyalty, and it will stay there. The flip side of this is that when he gives his loyalty, he does expect to get it back, and if he doesn't get that back, well...
Flaws:
"Meh." - Detached - He can be hard to befriend. Zachariah's tendency is to keep a distance from people, to show concern in only the loosest sense, to self-isolate with no way to break that. A previous nervous nature around people has faded into a general dislike of interaction, and while he will tolerate some of it, there are other times where he would rather extract himself as quickly as ******** this place." - Salty - Zachariah is remarkably bitter. While he's not necessarily intentionally mean, he certainly isn't going to make any efforts to be nice. So much in his life is met with derision, resentment, and bitterness. Zachariah doesn't do a particularly good job of hiding it, and generally, anyone who wishes to be around him will have to adjust to how salty he can come across, laced with constant swearing, snark, and incisive commentary.
"Oh, and ******** you." - Stubborn - Wronged him? Good luck getting him to interact in a friendly manner ever again. Zachariah gets convinced of some things and cannot often be broken from them. It reflects in many ways, from his decision that the Negaverse taking starseeds damns the entire faction, to not changing his mind on the fact that neon green is objectively a horrible color. He does his best to not let this reflect when he gathers information, but on a personal level, good luck.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Appearance:
Eyes: Zachariah's almond-shaped eyes are a piercing shade of crimson. He's dropped wearing contacts and now wears his glasses most of the time.
Hair: Zachariah's hair is thin-layered and a little coarse. He tends to keep it cropped close to his head, clean.
Face Shape: His head shape is generally oval. Rounded, thin eyebrows, a small nose, and thin lips are his defining characteristics.
Skintone: His skin is a medium olive.
Clothes: Zachariah tends to dress in business casual nearly 24/7. He tends towards polo shirts with pockets and the types of pants and shorts that cannot be easily thrown into the washer. The clothes are oft impeccably steamed, as Zachariah prefers to have a very clean look.

Sailor Scout Attack: Whirling Protection!
Hydor throws an arm in the air, and either lowers it towards himself or lowers it towards an ally. Either himself or an ally finds themselves surrounded by a Wall Cloud. They are essentially in the "eye," protected from the enemy in a calm area as they are more difficult to see or reach. When an enemy approaches or the target approaches an enemy, the enemy will find themselves buffeted by moderate winds that are circling around the cloud. The target cannot actively attack for the duration of this buff.
Uses: 3 uses per battle

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Whirling Wrath!
Hydor throws both arms into the air, and either lowers them towards himself or lowers them towards an ally. Either himself or an ally finds themselves surrounded by a Wall Cloud. They are protected from the enemy as they are more difficult to see or reach. Any enemy approaching the target will find that they are buffeted by strong circular winds, making the target much harder to reach. In addition, the target can move around and swing at others in an attempt to knock them back. Any movements from the target will be accompanied by strong gusts of wind.
Uses: 2 uses per battle

Eternal Sailor Attack: Cyclonic Genesis!
Hydor raises both his hands into the air, summoning a gust of wind around a point. All targets within a fifteen-foot radius around this point will find themselves wrapped up in an individual cyclone. It's very humid, rainy, and chillier than it was. The pressure within the mesocyclone is very low, resulting in the enemy feeling effects that people may feel associated with severely low pressure, especially after a rapid drop -- dizziness, headaches, joint pain, and lowered blood pressure. At player discretion, they can also utilize the deeper effects of very low pressure (examples: restriction on breathing, nausea/vomiting, and fatigue/fainting). The target can attempt to escape their cyclone, but the clouds around them rotate rapidly due to strong gusts, making it difficult to escape. These cyclones may pick up items nearby and fling them around, perhaps at the targets within, perhaps at those surrounding.
Uses: 1 use per battle
Duration: 45 seconds
Range: 15ft radius
