It had been... at least a week after that battle? Bellerophon had found a spot in the park that he had decided to visit to collect some energy with his mirror wraith. He was out here by himself again and thinking about the battle. He guessed it shouldn't have been too surprising to him. After all, he should have expected that something like that would get absolutely crazy. Hadn't he been there when they were fighting that fog monster and the wisp monster as well? He just... didn't know how to feel about this one. So when his usual forms of entertainment hadn't worked out, he decided that he would at least use his time to get some energy. Though he had to say, as he watched his mirror wraith flit from one passing civilian to the next, it would have been much easier if he could touch or just take the energy from someone like Agents could. It would leave him more exposed, but at least he wouldn't be waiting on something else then. It would be entirely up to him. The wraith had gathered up quite a bit of energy, a nice surprise for once, when he felt the Aura of a... Captain? He wasn't sure what the middle stage for Agents were, but he called his wraith back in case the Agent decided to confront him and possibly destroy the wraith. Those things weren't easy to get! It went safely back into the shard and the next time he looked up he could see an Agent with... purple-ish hair nearby? He wasn't sure what to make of him, but he certainly did look like a Negaverse Agent. Perhaps Bell had parked himself in this Agent's energy-gathering route? He really didn't want to confront them, so he decided to let the Agent come to him if they needed to.

A Senshi - and Prehnite was in no mood for dealing with anything. With anyone of order, any leniency he’d held for such things had been rent from him - torn asunder in the aftermath of Hatsyas suffering - of the fight that had followed. It was the reason he was out alone instead of in tandem - sought space from his home - powered, not even for the sake of seeking energy - but just because. If something came to him? Then so be it, and if nothing came? Also fine. He’d stand atop roofs and be a beacon to friend or foe - tire himself out enough to go back home and continue to avoid sleep like it were a doorway to worse things. All fine in equal measures - which often leant to things feeling the absolute opposite of such. Now Senshi - staring him down - giving him pause - aura off and he couldn’t parse it as being one or the other. Not a corrupt like Ochre, like Hatsya - not a being of white blaze and moonbeams like the damned chibis and their ilk. “Is there something that you need? Not enough sky for all of us to share in staring at? Or do you just find my energy oh so attractive…” snark and bite in the words, not meant for this one, took everything inside and aimed it out - sharp prickly things - wondered at the garb… Maybe this one wasn’t either? Was other instead?

Bellerophon raised an eyebrow. He didn't like this situation. Confrontations and getting up in other's faces just weren't his thing. He sighed as the stood up. "No. I was just here collecting energy myself and felt your signature. You appear to have followed my aura." What was this guy going on about? He was acting as though Bell had followed him. He thought that the Captain was perhaps thinking of something else and it was clouding his brain. "I wasn't going to take any energy from you, but if this is your territory I'll leave. I just wanted to go somewhere different for a change of pace."

Not a typical Senshi at all, and Prehnite wondered when he’d last encountered a being from the dark side of the mirrorverse. One who felt nothing like the others, yet somehow also reminded him of Scholomance and his expansive puzzle wonder, with the feel of his aura - not quite order - not quite other… “I’m…” and he wasn’t sorry for his tone no more than he was his words, he was sorry for being mistaken though. Reacting harshly at a mere glance. “…not territorial. I mistook you for a *Senshi*, theirs before ours, except you’re not really one of ours at all - not in the way our conscripted ones are?” question that lay in it, because corruption held such negative connotations, and because he’d never interacted with them before. Not outside the rare few instances their prince made an appearance - always over something dire - some city wide monstrosity hellbent on the end of all. As individuals though. “I’ve been at this for an age. I’m actually rather surprised I’ve never officially met one of you before?” tilt of his head and he felt the initial snap and prickle of anger dwindle under the prospect of something new. Eleven years at this, and never once had he had so much as a passing conversation with one from beyond the mirror…he wasn’t even sure where they stood with them anymore. So many years since Charonite had made choices and decrees - since the reign had shifted hands - he’d vanished and then - Prehnite wasn’t even sure how to react to them. To the Senshi.

Well, at least the Captain hadn't been targeting him specifically, but that didn't mean that he wouldn't attack. After all, just because they both received their powers from chaos, some didn't think of Dark Mirror as neutral. "I'm a Dark Mirror, I don't believe we are... corrupted like yours. Mine was my own choice." He said. He didn't want to explain the whole scenario to the Agent. "It's not surprising that you haven't met one of us before." Bell said with a shrug. "There aren't too many. Usually Senshi get snatched up by the White Moon or Negaverse." It was true at least. And he bet it was even harder to get Dark Mirror considering the options they had to go through in order to be taken in and receive their power. "I don't believe we are enemies, but I wouldn't say we are allies. With anyone." Except their own members. "We usually don't try to attack others as well, just drain energy."

“It doesn’t seem like we’re much of anything to each other then. Little more than neutral parties and ships passing in the night.” A huff of a laugh, and he wondered that the Dark mirror Senshi reminded him a bit of a ghost. Something that clearly existed and yet was unknown. Who served another in a realm beyond his understanding - apt - a ghost., “So we fight for resources in bodies while you and yours exist in the middle of it all? How interesting…I’m surprised it’s lasted. Especially considering..” soft little hiss of noise, because the events of the park rankled on him nearly as much as the events of the rift. Fresh and I’ll healed things that had little to do with the other, and there he was, using him like a scratching post in conversation to exercise his issues on. “Well, considering everything that this city is? That energy is a finite concept in general. Still, I’ll try to be more careful, I normally don’t mind the Senshi overly much, when it’s our own. “ a soft shrug for that as prehnite stepped off his prickly perch. Thought to maybe introduce himself… He could be something other than rude. “It’s Prehnite, by the way.”

Bellerophon was starting to feel more uncomfortable around the Captain. He wasn't sure what it was, but the other's talk had him... well he wasn't sure, but either way he felt a chill down his spine. "Uh, Bellerophon." He replied in response to the Captain's introduction. If the Captain didn't take notice of his uniform to figure out what his sphere was, then that was the Captain's problem. "Yes, Dark Mirror don't like to throw ourselves into the middle of this war." He was sure it was more to do with their low numbers rather than their abilities or willingness. He wasn't sure if the Dark Mirror could get along with Order, but they might have been able to come to some agreement eventually. Then again, it did bother him how little information there was for the Dark Mirror. If they drained energy as well, and chaos was used for their powers, were they just a part of the Negaverse but not known to either faction? He was sure that no one in either the Dark Mirror or the Negaverse knew. They all appeared to just be doing what they needed to do. Bell shrugged at the other. "We usually only meddle when we're accidentally caught up in something." He didn't want to say that it was probably due to their small size as well. He nodded to the other. "I... appreciate that. We do have some similarities, but not a lot. Maybe next time you'll be able to recognize a Dark Mirror now that you've seen one."

"I'll make sure to keep that in mind, to look twice instead of striking first." thin slice of a smile. He didn't like making mistakes. Didn't want to make them again. Hoped that next time he would have the wherewithal to recognize one senshi from another...if ever there was a next time...if ever they poked their heads out of holes enough to be of enough note to 'find' recognizable. The Dark Mirror, convenient, intriguing, and Prehnite gave a nod in acknowledgement of the others name. Was given context that erased the wonder of 'why', as to the fact that he'd never met another one before. How nice of them to enjoy the luxury of lurking in the middle of it all - passive bystanders - neither a hurt nor hindrance to either, and so technically? Beneath the notice of all. "Is that out of self preservation, or is it simply...complacency? I should apologize for lacking in knowledge of your origins, as much as you are allies to - your own ends." allies out of the sheer fact that they weren't enemies, and so Prehnite could put his hackles down and settle himself enough to stand and rove passive gaze over the differences - aura of course was of note - but the rest had to be considered.

Bell wasn't sure how much information he should reveal to the Negaverse. They were small in number so it was definitely more self preservation. They didn't have the force to go out in large numbers and risk endangering themselves to the point of possibly being killed either by Order or by the Negaverse. "I wouldn't say either. We have our own goals that we would like to meet, but as we have no particular resentment against either White Moon or the Negaverse, we would rather not tip the scales in either direction." That was how it was used right? He wasn't sure. "We would just rather not fight if we can help it but that doesn't mean we should be underestimated." Especially him. Most of the fights that he was in came to him rather than him trying to find any trouble. He didn't like confronting anyone. He would rather have someone else do it. But he would still attempt to help in any way that he could. That should be a good enough explanation. He just didn't want to outright say that the Negaverse could probably wipe their small number out.

When the other was clearly drawing lines and offering vagueness. Some non-descript version of what they were - middle man - shadows that swung between light and dark in equal measure. He could appreciate it to some extent, goodness knew he enjoyed staying out of all things that didn't need his explicit attentions. Complacent. Maybe he should've been a dark mirror Senshi? If only things worked as such. "I do hope you'll be able to continue doing so - un-accosted by paranoid agents from - hah - one side or another. It can't be easy, unless, do they leave you alone? Our shared 'not quite adversary' I've never stopped to wonder on their stance for such things as Senshi that were not corrupt. One would think they'd be doing their very best to claim you all up." except - the darkened bodice - the need to share resources sipped from others.

Bellerophon was curious as to why the Agent had his hackles up more after the park battle that the Dark Mirror had only barely been involved in, but decided not to question it. Perhaps the Captain just thought he would be more of a target than before. He could tell that the Captain was needling for more information, but it wasn't Bell's to give. He would not be giving any information to the Captain, especially information that would make it seem like the Dark Mirror were choosing sides. Just because they got along with Order did not mean that they were completely on their side and were willing to help them. There were plenty of Dark Mirror who agreed more with the Negaverse as well. "Thank you. I hope so as well. And I hope that you will be able to distinguish between Dark Mirror and your own Corrupts in the future. I believe they have a giant cracked hole in the middle of their forehead. We do not have that." He wondered if it really was a hole or just something that symbolized the crack on their chests. Either way, he couldn't imagine walking around with a portal open to one's soul like that. "I... hope you have a good rest of your night Captain." He said in an attempt to show that the conversation was coming to it's close. Shiningamisgirl we can continue the rp longer if you want or end it in one or two posts!

That always had been a wonder of his, amongst other things. The apperance, where the chaos fed into. How they could be Senshi - like theirs - but also not at all. The lack of distortion to their starseeds - of disfiguration to their appearances like those they dragged in tooth and nail under the covering darkness of Metallias veil. Because if one did not look twice - how easily could they have been white moon dressed down and dark? All thoughts for another time though maybe. Questions for when he was feeling less sharp around the edges and more congenial. "I'll work to be on my best game next time I go out. Would hate to mistake you and yours for anyone on..heh...any side?" curious little smile, as Prehnite bade Bellerophon a good evening. As he gathered himself up and off a rooftop - surprisingly in a better mood now - with something to chew on curiously rather than stewing on the whole of the half of the years problems. Bellerophon raised an eyebrow in question as to what the Captain was saying, but decided not to ask about it further. "Good evening then Captain." He said as the other made their leave. It made him sigh and wonder how afraid he should be of the Negaverse. He would have to tell Itokawa of this information. While it was good that the Negaverse could distinguish the two, it could also lead to other problems. Shiningamisgirl end from me! Thank you for the rp! And I quite enjoyed it!
