[*] [i]Animal Care--[/i] Anything doing with the care of animals and Mackenzie will learn it! From the mundane to the exotic no animal is beneath her notice. Oh, there are ones she'd rather avoid like tarantulas, but she'll at least make an effort.

[*] [i]Video Games--[/i] Preferring linear games over open world, because even in the digital space Mackenzie has no sense of direction, platformers and rail shooters are her favorite.

[*] [i]Running/Swimming--[/i] Luckily for a girl who gets lost on a regular basis, Mackenzie loves to run and be outside. She also enjoys swimming, although she's only really swam in pools, you know locations that are hard to get lost in. Who knows what could happen if you took her to a lake!

[*] [b]And My Axe![/b] [i]Loyalty--[/i] Like a big puppy, Mackenzie is loyal to those who've earned her trust and ready to fight any battle on their behalf. Sometimes she needs to be reminded that not every battle is one she can fight. Once reminded, Mackenzie will become her friend's biggest cheerleader and support them in anyway she can to help them through whatever trouble they're facing down.

[*] [b]The Real Secret Ingredient Was[/b] [i]Self-Confidence--[/i] Need her to get something done and it seems impossible? It will be done! Mackenzie never fails to believe in herself and see a task through to completion. She's also not afraid to express herself with loud boisterous clothing that proclaim "Here I am! I'm ready for anything!"[/list]

[*] [b]We Get There, When We Get There![/b] [i]No Sense of Direction-[/i] Give her directions and a time that's an hour early before you want to meet up and Mackenzie will still show up 10 minutes late. This mostly applies to places she's never been, but she's been known to turn up an hour late to school from getting lost. Sometimes however, despite all odds she will turn up early or perfectly on time even though witnesses saw her walk in the complete opposite direction of the way she needed to go. She just can't follow even the simplest directions to get someplace but it doesn't help that she's also...

[*] [b]Oh, What's That? Oh, What's This!?[/b] [i]Easily Distracted--[/i] Pretty flowers? A cute puppy? Enticing aroma? But the park is this way-- and...she's gone. She's not completely hopeless though, as things that are stressed to her as being highly important will receive laser focus. Otherwise, Mackenzie can and will be distracted by anything and everything from her current task or errand.

At least when she shows up with some treat or nifty purchase from some new shop/cafe, etc. she's discovered, she's more than happy to share the fruits of her explorations with her friends.

[size=11][b]General Appearance:[/b] Mackenzie is 5'8", with orange hair worn in a shag cut with asymmetrical bangs. Her eyes are a golden yellow color. She has a tanned complextion. She's of a leaner build, toned but not overly muscular and fairly small chested.

She prefers to wear bright colors and mostly prefers active wear but sometimes adds a punk or grunge edge to her look.

[b]Personality:[/b] A loud, extroverted girl, Mackenzie loves to make new friends. She sees each day as a new adventure and considering her penchant for getting lost, some days are definitely more so than others.

She's modestly intelligent, even if she doesn't always act like it, and loves science, especially anything animal or biology related and she really hopes to go to veterinary school after graduating.

She's fiercely protective of her friend and always ready to back them up and help give them a share of the abundant amount of confidence she has stored up.

Mackenzie is also very aware of how...detrimental her flaws can be to her friendships and tries very hard not to burn people. It's happened in the past and it's something she'd prefer not to live through again.

[b]Backstory:[/b] Mackenzie lives with her parents and was their surprise baby, years of trying resulting in nothing until her and then again when she was born on April 1st. The surprises kept on coming though as Mac got older and her penchant for getting lost became more prevalent. Her parents legitimately considered putting a bell on her as a child, and as soon as they considered her old enough for a phone they got her one so they have a way to keep in contact with her.

They're a fairly accepting family and relatively close. The only downside Mackenzie sees is her father allergies to animal dander which is prevented her from having any sort of furry animal. Until such time she can though she makes due with a fish tank and Dekay's Brown Snake named Coco Jo.
