Personality:{For the most part, Tenshi's personality is decidedly amicable and cheerful, even to the point of being considered annoying by his closest acquaintances. He nearly always appears randomly, jovially butting in while something important is being discussed. Tenshi is also a rather forcefully hospitable person, never taking "no" for an answer when offering a position under his authority or a night's stay in his house and even going so far as to physically drag people behind him without waiting for their consent.
Of course, his biggest and most noticeable character trait is the idolatrous infatuation he has with his wife, and his young children. Never without one or more pictures of them on hand. Tenshi makes quite a nuisance of himself by bragging about them to peers and friends and offering up glances of their photographs as either a motivational tool or as reward for a service well rendered. Behind this behavior, however, is a markedly trustworthy, serious, and particularly intelligent military officer who always goes the distance to look after the people close to him. As a past soldier involved with investigations and court-martials as well as a veteran of the first war between villains and hero's, part of Tenshi's buoyant demeanor may actually be a shield to protect himself and his loved ones from the darker aspect of his profession. He is a realist, decisive and shrewd, who is able to cut out what is unnecessary and focus on the most important aspects of a given situation. With his great eye for detail, Tenshi is often the first to notice unfavorable patterns in a given situation and can plan accordingly, often calling for a strategic retreat or a change in tactics moments before anyone else realizes it is necessary. He is calm and analytical, not even flinching when a situation calls for him to deal with dead bodies or even deal out death himself, and he acts sharply even in high-pressure conditions. As a realist, he also understands and accepts that some situations cannot be rectified cleanly or honestly. Even so, he retains a soft spot for idealists, much like his students that attend his university, and is prepared to burden as much of the darkness as it takes to ensure that those idealists can shape the world into a better place.}

History:Tenshi was born with a unique quirk, and coming from a pious household, was believed at the time, as a reincarnation as one of the arc angles. He grew with strict parent's, and even stricter academy. But worked hard, and develop a belief for a better future, where crime was a thing of the past. As idealistic, and unreal as it seemed, to Tenshi, it was real to him. During the Meta age, he was just 20 years old, and have grown an affinity for wanting to save lives, even joined the police force, growing in rank, and saving lives where he could. He even rose in rank as one of the top ten pro hero's, during then, he met a wonderful woman, and even got married. At the time of the first initial war, was also the same time that the "symbol of peace" was made, which inspired him more to do better. With U.A being one of the biggest companions in helping quirk users grow, learn, and obtain their license to become pro hero, He made it his goal to get help in anyway he could. With hard work, and determination, he finally got the position as Dean to the newly built U.A college, where he currently resides, and works day and night to ensure the safety of his students, staff, and civilians as a former pro-hero.
Goals:{He dreams to make a future where everyone can depends on themselves, with no more crime related deaths. A safe world where kids can go back outside and play unsupervised without worry of being kidnapped or killed by some vigilantly or villain. His supporting wife, and kids is what keeps him going strong, without them, he wouldn't be to sure what he'd do.}

Tell us about your unique ability: .xx► Blessing .xx► {N/A} .xx► He was born looking like any normal human boy....except at the age of 4, when children normally discover their quirk abilities. He began to look like something along the lines of an angel described from the old testaments. A horror with angelic wings. It was here he learned he played a more supportive role, and as he practiced more, he learned he could also do harm. .xx► {Quirks Strengths} He constantly is seen in his activated quirk mainly as a way to still train his body to not allow himself to become weak or slack in his duties, and grow in durability. He works best with other pro hero's and used as a last resort, for his ultimate ability is what would put himself out of commission. .xx► {Quirk's Flaws} He can only take so much damage before he looses consciousness. Even using his quirk while in his activated state drains him of his ability to uphold his portrayed imagery.

.xx► Restore - Upon touching the injured area, he is able to heal the wound back to before it even happened. However, depending on the severity of the wound, it will appear on himself as he takes the initial wound from the other person away. .xx► Angelic appearance - Is the form he takes on. This form helps buffer his own abilities, and those he chooses around him. But it is by choice he chooses to be the buffer, otherwise it is just for looks, and serve no other purpose. Since this is a concentration ability, if he tries to strain on doing more than just buffer, say heal or otherwise, he looses this form, and is rendered useless, and falls unconscious. .xx► Angelic Sight - This is only available to him in his Angelic Appearance ability. As long as his Angelic appearance is activated, he has up to 8 eyes that he can move around to scout ahead. However, he cannot move his body or do anything else in the process of using his floating eyes, which leaves him vulnerable to enemy fire. .xx► Divine Light - As a last resort, any injury he took or absorbed to heal himself or those around him, he will emit a glow from his own body that grows intensely, and anyone within this light will be inflicted with the exact pain he has received or absorbed in the process. The longer he uses this ability, the more intense the light grows, and risks himself of inflicting it to himself, which could indefinitely be fatal.
