Auction Rules and Guidelines
What you are bidding on:
- You are bidding on the first custom powered character! That's right, no Import File necessary for this one, folks!
For this slot you may choose between Dark Kingdom Soldier OR Sailor Soldier.
Winner must have an approved quest before work will start on art!
Bidding rules:
Please read the faction information and take a look at the Character Creation Guide before bidding! If your character's design does not fit within shop standards, it will be modified!
For the sake of our sanity and the ??? of gaia's MP, bids must be made in PURE PLATINUM ONLY. Trade must be sent to Brilliant Moonbeams within 48 hours of Auction Close, so you do have a grace period to get the funds together -- but please do not bid unless you are sure you have the platinum.
Failure to send trade will result in loss of slot and bidder will not be allowed to participate in any future auctions. Same goes for bidding and mysteriously withdrawing afterwards.
There is a minimum bid increase of 10,000 platinum. Any bids not following this format will be ignored.
There will be a snipe guard one hour prior to auction end! This means that if someone makes a bid within the last hour the auction will be extended by 15 minutes. This will continue until the person(s) has either forfeited or the last bid stands for fifteen minutes. Only people who have bid previously may bid during the last day of the auction [goes into effect 12:00am EST on August 27th, 2021].
Please do not discuss your bids, or the bids of anyone else, publicly. No discouraging others either! This goes for in the guild, in the shop thread AND in the shop Discord channel.
Proxy bidding is allowed!
If you win this auction you will be placed on custom cooldown for three months. You will still be eligible to post for civilian cards and character growth, but you will not be allowed to obtain another custom slot.
You do NOT need to have a quest set up in order to bid, but you WILL need to have one approved before the artists will begin working on your character!
