Down the row of games you hear the sound of laughter, the occasional startled shriek and the distinct sound of balloons popping.

It seems like someone has set up a Balloon Pop!

There is a decent sized booth set up with in front of a brightly colored board filled with equally bright balloons. The balloons sway slightly in the breeze but not enough that some lucky people haven't been able to pop them. Below the board is a mass of glitter and the sharp pop of another balloon sends another fall of glitter to join the mess. Wouldn't want to be the person who has to clean that up later...

Set up on the booth's table are a few containers full of darts. A sign near by says one ticket will get you three throws to try to pop one of the balloons. If you can pop a balloon you can take home one of the small stuffed toys hanging on either side of the board.

If you can pop a total of three balloons in one day you get one better -- there are giant stuffed bears hanging from the side of the booth just waiting for someone to take them home! That's right! You can trade three small prizes for one large prize!





Rules:

★ Roll 3 d20. Every time you get a 10 or a 20 you've popped a balloon!


• All 3 d20 may be rolled at once or if you'd prefer to take your time and make it count, you may roll 1d20 per post over 3 posts.
  
  
• Each character may play this game a max of 3 times per day for a total of 9 d20 over the course of at least 3 posts.

Meirin's Post

"So, more games right?" Meirin asked, leading the three of them through more booths.

"Shouldn't we do rides first?" A sensible reply from Melody, brown eyes glancing around. There was so much to do and they still wanted to get at least something from the food trucks at some point.

"But if we get the games out of the way then we can focus on rides and food." A logic point for Dongmei, Meirin thought.

"Unless we run into friends who want to play games."

A small snort from the shortest. "I still don't know if Zach's coming and right now all I can imagine us running into aside from him is Seiji and we all know that boy doesn't care for the games." A moment to try and recall the male blonde's voice. "These are rigged, you know."

"That was a terrible impersonation." But she had a point.

However before either could say anymore, Meirin gasped and was rushing towards a booth and the other cousins followed closely behind.

"Look~! It's us! In bear form!" It had been sometime since she'd squealed like that and they smiled. They couldn't argue at all.

"Well, I guess we better try. You want to go first, Rin?" Mel asked.

"You know it!" And with that she moved to give it her best.

Having moved on from the fish bowls (for now), Mehri had her sights on what appeared to be another fun fair game. She still hadn't quite made it to the food trucks yet - their only saving grace, probably - and so a small detour to pop some balloons was now in order. She was never exactly good at games that required proper depth perception or what not, since she couldn't even throw a pillow properly at an alarm clock, but what the heck - she'd already gotten a bean bag fish so why not try for a small bear?

As all three dart she tossed went after literally everything but the balloons they should have been hitting, Mehri suddenly understood why she didn't try things like this too often.

Hopefully the poor guy in charge of the booth had shin guards on or else that was going to sting tomorrow.

Melody's Post

Of course. Of course! Her cousins would have all the luck in regards to first tries. At least one of their darts had landed and twice she came so close and missed! Well at least she could try again.

A helpless look to her cousins, a shrug to go with, and she picked up some more darts after another exchange of money. She was not walking away without that bear. Determination lit her eyes and she was poised to throw, just as her cousins moved to join her for support.

She could do it this time, she could! And her second dart was the winner! With a grin she happily took her pink bear and off they went for another game.

Noelle decided to try her luck again and missed each time again. Blushing she looked around to see if anyone was watching her.

Now this game looked promising! After all, what Englishman didn't know how to throw darts?

Perrie, apparently.

Handing the man another ticket, Perrie tried his luck again.

Rather, he tried his lack of luck again. He missed all three times.

Maybe if they had painted a darts board on the balloons...

With a shrug, he headed off to the last booth.

Giulia had followed her sister over to the balloon pop, and watched with some satisfaction as her duck-thieving sister failed at her first attempt to get the bears.

"Let me show YOU how it's done." she snarked, and aimed the darts carefully.
