Occupation: Part-time Blogger, Full-time Assistant Manager at a Restaurant (Seeking other employment but need to pay for those plane tickets)


Hobbies:

  • Hunting -- Imara has been a ‘huntress’ since she was old enough to shoot spitballs at the dog. Her first 'prey' was her three older brothers as the house cat was too easy. As she grew up, she went from nerf guns to real guns, suction cup arrows to full sized bows. Now she goes often with her father and brothers, traveling the country hunting different prized animals for them all to enjoy. Imara is very careful to not waste any of the animals she kills either. If she cannot use part of it, she knows the right people who will. She is also the only one of the siblings to bring down a black bear. A bragging right as her father has the rug in his study and enjoys showing it off to his friends.

  • Travelling-- Both part of the perk of hunting, as well as just an all around adventure, Imara loves to travel. Once she turned eighteen, it was not too hard to believe that she packed up a carry on bag, hopped on a plane, and took off to parts unknown. Now, that has been limited to the borders of North America as overseas travel is a touch out of budget. Still, Imara is happy to say that even at the tender age of 20, she has made it to 49/50 states already. Curse Hawaii…

  • Violin -- The single attempt at lady-like refinement that stuck. Imara has been playing the violin since she was six. However, she stopped formal lessons at 14 in favor of playing soccer in high school. It has now become just a means to calm her mind after long days or when she needs to think. The other item it is good for is running after her brothers to beat them with her bow.




Pros:

  • ‘So I see.’ Observant -- Spending so much time sitting in a hunting camp teaches one to not only have patience but to also be observant. This has translated over into Imara’s daily life as she is quick to notice changes not only in her ‘natural’ environment but all over as well. Little movements catch her eye and draw her attention towards them. It also means she is quick to point out changes in personal appearance, new house decor, as well as small facial movements when people speak to her.

  • ’I’ll go First’ Adventurous -- It takes a good deal to scare Imara off the trail of something or to convince her it is life-threatening. Always one to try something at least once, Imara normally takes the lead on things other people hesitate on. While this does appear to mean she leaps before she looks, Imara does believe in ‘you only live once.’

  • ’ Was that really Necessary?’ Practical -- Let others handle the 'big picture' ideas. Imara focuses herself on the nuts and bolts to make something work as seamlessly as possible. Doing so, she gets results quickly and with less fuss than some 'dreamers' even figure out what they want to do. It may make her seem impatient but she's very good at setting up herself and others for success.



Cons:

  • ’If you don’t like it, tough ****’ Lack of Filter -- : Imara thinks it, Imara says it. The chances that this woman has the ability to hold her tongue is one in a million ( offer her a million dollars and she might shut up). She says what is on her mind, her thoughts of you, and it doesn't always come out in the most tacked full way. Many times this has gotten her in trouble when she fires back at someone with authority. At least she can say that if it gets physical, she can hold her own.


  • ’You have to the count of 1’ Temper-- : One who always has to get the last word and more than willing to throw the first punch. Imara has a very short fuse. Most assume this is a result of her brothers but it does not take that much for someone not related to her to light that fuse. The fastest way is to talk behind her back. If you have something to say, say it to her face. Once her fuse is lit, start running. She’s coming after you with whatever she could grab as a weapon.

  • ’If you want something done right...’ Solitary -- : While not hermit per se, Imara tends to prefer to do things alone. Involving other people can just make a mess of things and overcomplicate something that should be simple. Can she work in a team? Yes. Does she like it? No. But when forced to, she either finds herself silently taking charge or pulling back into the tasks she can do alone. This has left her with a very small group of people she considers friends and to those, she will do anything for.

Body Type: Muscular. She's not what anyone says is the standard of beauty but makes up with it with her fiery personality.
Height: 5'9"
Eyes: Ruby Red
Hair: Teal in color and cut so that it just brushes her shoulders. Long enough to tie up or leave down.
Notable Features: Nothing too eye catching
General Attire: Comfort over fashion. When not in work clothes, she's normally in jeans, a t-shirt, and some form of sketchers. Hardly ever wears make-up.

When and where were you recruited? 3 Years ago after an article was published about a young woman stopping a group of poachers while on a hunt in Africa.

WHY were you recruited?
Imara was recruited for her desire to explore, her apparent lack of fear in the face of danger, and a little bit for her ability to shoot a moving target. Coupled with her observation talents, she's can be useful in picking up details others have missed. (Did we mention she also can hit hard?)

What have you been doing for the past 3 years?
Continue to travel the world when not working, Imara has been to places for pleasure and for sport. She documents these travels in a personal blog. When in Mayet, she's either working or at the shooting range.

What stage would you like to start at? 2nd

She looks wonderful. For a little more detail we would like to ask if it is alright that Imara is recruited specifically to for the task of making sure that any ruins or abandoned locations are safe (and free of any dangerous animals) that may endanger the safety of research teams.

You do not need to alter anything in your quest if you are good with this. We just wanted to provide a little more specifics for you to play with!
