Personality:
practical - she is generally serious and intelligent, though sometimes she can find herself getting swept up as much as any other young girl
loyal - once you're in her circle of friends or people she cares about, you'll be there forever. It takes something very radical to lose her friendship.
hot-headed - a bit confident and fiery temper, she can come off as full of herself or a little sharp. Doesn't try to be mean, but usually thinks she is right.
Rei is smart, practical, and generally pretty sure of herself. She is a little mature and serious due to not having her parents around from a young age, though she still likes to have fun and can find herself getting lost in dreams and things just as much as any other young girl. She is very loyal to those she loves and considers her friends, and is usually pretty protective of them. Her temper can be a little short despite her best efforts to remain calm, and sometimes it can lead to arguments.

History:
She was raised by her grandfather. They are close and care for each other very much, even if he isn't always as serious as she is. Her mother died when she was young and her father has never really been in the picture, which has led to her more independent and serious nature even as a youngling.
