Separated only slightly via a semi-natural bridge made via Iksin reshaping a portion of the land to connect directly to Tanigakure and thus be considered part of Tanigakure. The building on this mountainous piece of land is owned by Iksin himself, and is where he conducts his research on various things of the world especially the Yokai and the Monsters. Various unique wildlife live within the forest, mountain, and water that surround the building and they are also studied as well. It seems the wildlife is aware usually those who come to this building or through the forests here are not there to harm them and often approach these people passively.

The single prison on the premises is located far below the rest of the main building into the mountain that the building is built atop of. The prison is not as spacious as one might expect considering the rest of the building's impossibly spacious rooms. That being said, while it is uncommon for this part of the facility to ever be used, when it is there seems to be no issue with throwing multiple people in at once disregarding space concerns. It seems that the prison has an effect similar to one of Iksin's abilities, which causes things to never truly touch the walls, or the bars of the prison when they attempt to interact with them. If anyone is ever actually held within these prisons though, it seems the guards have been trained well to keep prisoners fed and healthy.
