School/Occupation:Destiny City University. His grandfather made him go here, somewhere far from home, in order to grow up and mature. If he runs away or fails somehow his grandfather cuts him out of the will.
Hobbies: Language: Being from a well off family he grew up with tutors, so he could learn beyond what his private school taught him, and that included language. His parents thought it important to learn to communicate to people in other languages, for whatever future he might have, and Blaise has taken advantage of this by using it to flirt with people, gain favors with people, go shopping in various countries, and act like he belongs when in reality he’s a tourist on vacation. He speaks several languages and finds them rather easy to learn and speak.
Shopping: That’s a hobby right? If he’s not busy attending some form of self gratification (with or without the help of another person) then Blaise is oftentimes shopping. Typically it’s one of those well known brands but there have been times where boutiques will see him spending some money as well, though he only goes to the most expensive boutiques he knows. It’s not a matter of the money he’s spending, and he does spend a lot, but rather it just happens that the well known boutiques and shops cost a lot - it’s all quality products! It’s also the name as well - not going to lie.
Vacation: Yes, this does count as a hobby. If school wasn’t in session, when he was growing up, Blaise was likely to not be in France, or at least not in Paris. He wants to see the best cities Europe has to offer and explore them...to enjoy everything they have to offer. From cafes and restaurants to the people. His passport has seen a lot of use over the years, even more so since he’s out of high school. With him out of high school it’s gotten even worse. From Venice to Rome to London and Dublin he’s been all over Europe. He plans to travel more.
Food: Only the best food and wine will do for Blaise and he will find the best! If he has to travel to find the best dishes he will do it! He has the means and the want to go and taste the best he can. There are, of course, some foods he won’t try but most foods he’ll try at least once, at least as far as he knows. He likes the best of the best and sometimes, most of the time, it means there is a price tag to go with the meal...a rather large one at that. It’s all worth it though. Why ever would someone want to eat bland, cheap, food? People should indulge and eat well. As for wine...well...he’s grown up drinking a bit of wine with dinner. This has been since he was a child and it’s continued into adult life. Now he’ll spend more on wine, buying bottles to keep at home, he has no problem trying new wines to see if they are worthy of a place on his table next to his dinner.
Virtues: Loyal: You wouldn’t think he could be loyal, and most can’t believe it, but he can be - to family. Friends and other people aren’t there for him all the time...they aren’t there whenever he needs them - his family is. Friends and those around him will come and go and he knows this. So he allows them in his life for whatever length of time he needs or wants them around for. They provide him something, company, entertainment, pleasure, whatever it is they provide it whether they know it or not. Family however is there no matter what….they provide what he wants but also what he doesn’t know he needs. He’ll put them first because they do the same for him. They don’t just serve a purpose. Family is family. Maybe one day someone who is a friend will become more - will be considered family. It would take someone who could deal with him, someone who can be like his family can be, but if someone could become family to him they would gain the same loyalty his family has. He would drop everything for his family if need be - if asked. He might be irresponsible as can be, and he knows it, but his family comes even before his own wants and needs.
Generous: It’s not always about him, though it sort of still is, but if he even thinks a friend wants something - be it a purse or a belt you can count on him to buy it for them as a gift. If it’s something he can’t buy for them, doesn’t know their size or color preference, he will give them the money for it. For family his gifts have been known to be rather grandiose, save for those family members he knows prefer something smaller and simpler, but Blaise is not stingy when it comes to gift giving. It’s not all bad being his friend...even if he might forget to attend your birthday party there will be a gift arriving at your door (via mail or some other means). He will also likely get you something small as an apology.
Flaws:Hedonist: Blaise enjoys life to the fullest, whatever that may be to him at the time, including spending loads of money, taking a somewhat sudden and random vacation. The problem is that he doesn’t normally take into consideration other people and their needs or opinions. This has, of course, caused conflict with friends when he’s suddenly decided to take a vacation in the summer and forgotten a birthday party he was supposed to attend. He’s faced some conflict with his parents as well - due to spending. While his family has money, more than enough, they are trying to teach Blaise not to just throw money at whatever he wants. The lessons have thus far failed.
Irresponsible: Blaise is good at spending money - and fast. He would, when he was in high school, sit with his cell phone hidden in his lap and buy things online. It has been an issue for a long time. From getting caught in class to his parents scolding him for how much money, which wasn’t his but theirs, he was spending. He can’t really help himself. If he gets bored he browses online and just finds things he likes...and he buys them. He does have a habit of not really looking at prices...or just gets lost in putting things into the cart and paying for it all. He figures once it's done it's too late and out of sight out of mind. Once it's done it's almost like it's forgotten about. It's why he's terrible with keeping track of money, he doesn't carry any on his person for this reason, he does keep up with checking his online banking account. He does the same thing when actually shopping in a physical store. He gets caught up in grabbing things, not looking at tags, and just pays without ever really looking at the cost of it all….at least not till after the fact. But once the money has left his account and the item(s) are in his home he doesn't worry about the money spent. The items are his and what's done is done - right?
He has similar behavior when it comes to friends and family. He might have plans with them but if something else comes up and grabs his attention he jumps it, and somehow forgets whatever those other plans were, and well...oops. He'll figure things out and make up for it all later - at least he hopes. But he hasn't learned how to keep to plans and watch what he spends. This is something his grandfather hopes he works on.

Face: heart shaped face, thick lashes, nothing stands out about his face. He’s handsome but so are a lot of people.
Skin Tone: Fair? He can take a touch of color in the summer but yeah - fair.
Body Type: 5’9” and somewhat slender...but not too thin. Average?
Clothes: Luxury and posh are two words which fit his style perfectly.

Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: “Eyes on me.”
Tapping a foot as he calls out his attack it sends out something of an invisible force that hits everyone within five feet of Hedwig. This brings everyone's attention on him...but not in a bad way. Enemies will no longer feel a desire to attack him, and may instead find themselves with sudden feelings of adoration. They may simply want to stop and admire him, or might be compelled to offer words of praise or declarations of fondness. This attack lasts thirty seconds and as the magic fades people might be a bit confused as some might be caught mid sentence, mid thought, or simply confused on why they stopped whatever they’d been doing previous to his attack. This attack can be used three times.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: “Adore me.”
With the utterance of this attack sailor Hedwig will again tap his foot, but this time also give a “beckoning” gesture. The magic will again spread out to all around him within ten feet of him. Only this time those ensnared by his magic will be compelled to try and gain his attention, or be otherwise distracted by how strongly they suddenly adore him. This might manifest in a powerful urge to profess their adoration, or to use whatever actions they think will earn his favor. Some characters may even be compelled to fight each other for his attention, however for the duration of the magic anyone within his vicinity will adore him too much to attack him. This attack will last twenty seconds and will again sort of fade away rather than a sudden stopping of the magic. It has two uses per battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: “Worship me”
This attack is cast in a similar fashion to the previous two attacks. This time when he taps his foot and calls his attack he then points at his feet, as if telling those around him to kiss or lick his feet. Anyone within a five foot radius will be affected by this attack and will feel a strong adoration towards Hedwig and will be compelled to obey his commands. Weaker willed characters, or lower level characters, may be more eager to garner favor and may jump to the task; more reserved characters, or higher ranking characters, may simply be smitten by the sound of his voice and feel an overwhelming need to stand and listen. It is difficult to completely resist a direct command. Hedwig cannot command anyone to kill themselves, to power down, side swap, or to reveal sensitive information (meta information, civilian identities, etc.) This magic lasts for 15 seconds and can be used three times.
*He can’t order people to reveal their civilian identities. Also, people who are civilians and under his spell can’t reveal if they are powered or what side they are on.
