            XXX。。。PERSONALITY
xxxxxVata is what one could certainly call “Absent Minded” for good reason, never seeming to be fully there during idle times, often staring off into some direction, either thinking about something or none at all. Indeed this habit of his often leaves him with a zoned-out expression, as though the current situation before him is of no consequence to him, that he has absolutely nothing to take from what is happening. This absent-mindedness of his often leaves him with a short attention span, only momentarily giving his attention to someone before losing focus, either a wandering thought or something else which happens to catch his interest stealing the attention away. Thus it is important that those who interact with him get their words out quickly, make it simple, or simply shorten whatever they’re going to say, sometimes even doing something captivating is necessary to keep his attention. He does not necessarily bother apologizing when he’s caught not paying attention either, seeing it as neither a problem nor his concern. There is no deep reasoning or tragedy behind this absent-mindedness of his, it is simply a natural part of him that seems ever active during idle times, rarely happening amid combat or undergoing a task that seems to be where his focus is at its sharpest. To make this worse, he’s rather air-headed as well, being oblivious to many things, such as relationships between people, the mood of a room, or the severity of a situation. He will often come into a group of the downtrodden acting like himself, neither reading their sorrow nor he should act in turn. Rather, he will carry on with his current choice of activity and whatever emotion he had come into the scene. Even if it is something as lighthearted as drawing something, Vata will continue to do so even if the mood of the room is a mourning one. This is especially prevalent when it comes to his interactions with people, whatever intentions they may have been for the most part washed over him, Vata always assuming that the intent is to benefit him, or "pamper" him in some way. He simply seems to have a hard time reading others, holding difficulty in registering the mood and intent of others. If someone were to ask him the mood of a group of people hanging their heads, he would simply assume they were bored; if he were asked why a group seemed so excited, he would answer that it was because they were going to pamper him and then proceed to join the group under that assumption. He is someone that will automatically assume the best-case scenario of any intention or mood, in most cases this is about him being pampered, any possibility that things might be inherently negative washing over him as if there was none, to begin with. Vata himself sees this as a non-issue, rather he is thankful for it. To Vata, the fact he is unable to read a person's or situation's mood means he can simply focus on his own, living in the moment as he pleases while enjoying the world through shades of positivity. However, he isn't completely incapable of reading a mood. When one is intense enough, even Vata will be able to tell just how severe it is and more than likely get upset by it, as well as feel caught off guard. It is during such moments that he will either retreat from the situation, feeling far too out of his element to do anything about it or if the people involved are dear to him, he will try to do what he can to remedy the situation, paying them back for "pampering" him with their bond, a pang of guilt for not being able to figure out their mood hanging over him all the while.

Besides his apparent air-headedness, one thing people will immediately notice about Vata is an obsession with being pampered and spoiled by those around him. Indeed Vata loves nothing more than to be pampered by others, he simply enjoys the luxury of others doing things for his benefit and his benefit alone. Being coddled by someone else sparks joy in Vata that is unlike most others, the young man getting excited for the prospect every time, particularly when it’s a woman doing the pampering. Once someone has pampered him, he will insist they do so once more whenever an interaction has begun, quickly believing that individual pampering him is now the new norm in their relationship. His love for being pampered by someone goes so far that he automatically assumes that is the intention behind the actions of most people he comes across, even strangers. When one buys food for themselves, Vata will take the food item and proceed to eat it, assuming the person bought it for him. When an opponent is fighting Vata and is losing, he will assume they are purposefully losing for his sake. When he sees a product he likes, he will take it for himself, assuming the store put it out for him to take. He will go so far as to ask them if they are spoiling him in whatever way he thinks they are, doing so in a rhetorical style as his mind at that point is already convinced of the answer that they are indeed acting for his sake. Vata will always jump to this assumption in many different instances, his airheadedness in some way helping conclude that someone intends to pamper him when that may not even be the case. This complex for pampering makes it so that it is not relatively difficult to get Vata on someone’s side, let alone like them. By simply promising to pamper him in a way that he likes, Vata will do whatever is requested of him with that promise as a reward in mind, though his morals and ethics of course will prevent him from accepting more horrendous tasks. The promise of being pampered is the motivation behind most of his actions and goals. He doesn’t just limit sources of pampering to people, however, rather he will assume even the likes of animals, weather, items, and scenery are overindulging him. Vata seems to form a level of trust and appreciation to whatever or whoever he considers is spoiling him, seeing them as something he must protect to receive more pampering from, and dealing with those that would hurt them accordingly. Indeed Vata is quickly loyal to those that would earnestly pamper him, even if it was unintentional, while he certainly does not mind give and take style relationships, it is the relationships where they want to pamper each other is done selflessly and honestly that he wishes to protect, and as such will be angrier when that person may be put in danger as opposed to someone who simply only pampers him to get what they want. More often than not, Vata will go out of his way to try to pamper someone or something that has spoiled him in some way, wanting to return the favor in full and show the receiver how nice it is to be coddled. There is nothing too complicated about this love for pampering, rather his reasoning is simply because he enjoys it so much and enjoys seeing others feel pampered by him as well. Though, if one were to ask for an elaboration, he may explain that the feeling of being pampered simply for the sake of existing is what he enjoys, that someone does not need some ulterior motive to show someone else that they deserve to be spoiled.

Thanks to his airheaded nature, Vata can be very blunt, speaking harsh truths to others that others may not. This isn’t him being malicious nor being honest for someone’s benefit, Vata’s airheadedness simply leaves him tactless. Vata, for the most part, has trouble telling the difference between what should be said and what shouldn’t. He’s an individual that speaks out against what he doesn’t like, whether it’s a scene that is occurring before him or a certain personality trait of a person, Vata will openly speak his thoughts on the matter. He sees no wrong in doing this, that if he doesn’t like someone he should be able to say that right to their face and what he doesn’t like about them all the while. He will hardly ever apologize either, neither seeing the point in it nor what is wrong with him doing it in the first place. His airheaded nature makes it so that he cannot even tell what would be the appropriate timing for his unapologetic bluntness either, often saying his feelings aloud at the worst times possible for it. This can make him a straightforward individual as well, not just in his words, but actions as well. Vata is someone that will always take the straightest path to what he wants, no matter how narrow it may be. He has no interest in being sneaky nor tip-toeing along a longer path. He is someone that will go right for his goal and through any walls that may be in his way. If he doesn’t like someone he’ll tell them the second he’s sure about it, if he thinks someone deserves to be beaten up he’ll do it himself, if there’s something he wants but cannot attain he will either do the work necessary to obtain it or ask someone to do it for him. In a conflict of interests, he will be the first one to act on resolving it, whether that is with his fists or telling the cause exactly how he feels about them. It is with this bluntness and straightforwardness that Vata himself is a relatively bad liar, his honesty and airheadedness being far too much to make him into a deceitful individual, not that he has much interest in doing such things. Rather than that, he will instead be painfully honest with the person and attack them if that is what he sets out to do. Vata can be considered very impulsive as well, acting on the first action that pops into his head usually. This is what fuels his tendency to act as if someone is doing something just to pamper him for the most part. When he gets some sort of action or activity in his mind that he agrees with or considers worthwhile, he will follow it through without considering the consequences whatsoever. The slightest of things that catch Vata’s interest can cause his impulses to take priority over whatever he is meant to be doing. To Vata, listening to such impulses is akin to pampering himself, allowing him to indulge in whatever has caught his interest. If his impulse has to lead him into an inconvenient situation, Vata will neither curse himself nor regret following that impulse, always finding it worthwhile to follow through whatever he has set his mind to, especially if it leads to some pampering for him. While his straightforwardness and impulsive nature may be annoying to some, both can serve as a boon to him. With both acting under him, Vata is quite quick-witted, Vata processing the situation in his brain and quickly coming up with a solution unique to him. This gives him almost no lag time between facing a problem and solving it, his straightforwardness narrowing down his options and his impulsiveness eliminating any qualms he may have on following through with it. It is because of this that he can handle most problems that come his way the moment they are in front of him, Vata already knowing what method he prefers to take in getting through the circumstance.

            XXX。。。PHYSICAL SUPERS
            xxxxx

xxxxx[Signature] Dragon Gong: A technique that involves utilizing the principles of Fa Jin to land a strike that damages the opponent internally, Dragon’s Vein further enhancing the technique. Fa Jin means to issue or discharge power explosively or refining the explosive power and is not specific to any particular striking method. However, in the context of internal martial arts, this process is commonly seen as a set of methods capable of generating the energy further refined and focused through many more muscle groups (particularly in the waist and torso - the dantian) allowing feats with far less visual physical expression. According to many sources, fa jin does not just refer to the power generation method but also the capability of such an attack to penetrate the body causing more internal damage through a process described as similar to a "shockwave" or a "jolt". More traditional masters refer to it as flooding the opponent’s body with qi. From a physics perspective, the strike transfers your body's momentum over a shorter period, leading to increased impulse. This is usually accomplished using a snappy attack, such as a jab, that is stopped as quickly as possible at an optimum predetermined point just beyond the target. Upon unleashing the fist, Vata strikes forward with all of his might, unleashing the explosive energy upon his fist towards the foe, essentially transferring the energy into the opponent's body, causing a powerful surge that wounds them from within. However, this attack can be stopped if the explosive energy cannot flow through Vata's arm or hand, essentially resulting in a blunt strike that, while powerful, does only one-third of the damage that it normally would. To stop this, an opponent will have to meet the attack before the punch is fully thrown, stopping the attack before the arm can fully stretch itself.
xxxxxWaterfall Ascending Dragon: A physical technique and considered Vata’s prized attack, Waterfall Ascending Dragon is a combination that begins with a left hook and immediately follows with an overhand punch smashing into the target’s face. The technique first begins with Vata needing to be within striking range of his target, close enough for either fist to be able to reach their head. Once this range has been reached, Vata will immediately throw the left hook, utilizing a burst of geothermic energy from his elbow to give the fist a massive boost in acceleration and momentum. The target of the first fist is the cheek or jaw, having it strike closer to the lips or chin to make the target's head turn to the right. Right as this happens, Vata will then swing an overhand right, smashing it into the target's face right as it turns in the required direction, Vata using an additional burst in his right arm for the same effect. With a twisting motion of his hips, legs, and upper body, the force of this combination is more than enough to not only rattle a target's brain but also send them rocketing down into the floor. When performing this technique, Vata’s body moves as a whole; normally, when moving, one body part, such as the foot, moves first and the rest of the body follows. With efficiency, when one body part acts, instead of following, the whole body moves as well at the same time, making the body move more in unison and less sluggish. This can even happen when the body changes its motion, thus allowing for great movements or accelerations to be made with very little force and effort. Thanks to this, both fists, even when powered by Dragon’s Vigor, reach the target much sooner than one would expect, momentum further adding onto their striking power.
xxxxxResting Dragon: A technique that sees Vata remain airborne and inflict damage upon his target by repeatedly kicking off of their head like a step-stool. The technique first starts with Vata jumping above his opponent, keeping his body vertical to theirs. Once he is above their head, Vata will kick downwards, moving his leg at a speed that allows him to remain suspended as he kicks off the target’s head. Vata will then repeat this process for however long his stamina or opponent allows him to, building up a great deal of cranial damage with each kick off.

            XXX。。。ENERGY SUPERS
            xxxxx

xxxxxCloud Rendering Roar: A energy-based technique utilized with Dragon’s Vigor, the technique begins with Vata first channeling geothermal energy, a mass of the planetary energy forming at a notable volume around his being. When enough energy has been gathered, Vata will focus it all on his palm before releasing the mass. Expelled from his hand is a wide encompassing wave of geothermal energy, The wave will fire from Vata’s palm with a rapid increase in acceleration, plowing through most substances with momentum alone. The mass of the wave is enough that it can consume most targets, even those that are twice as large as Vata, whole; once consumed the wave will not just send the target flying in whatever direction the wave was fired, but it will also do a great deal of burning damage as well, scorching the target’s body as they’ve been swallowed by pure geothermal energy.
xxxxxClimbing Dragon: A technique that allows Vata to release columns of pure geothermic energy from the earth itself by stomping on a Dragon Vein. Through the use of Dragon’s Vigor, Vata can remotely awaken a Dragon Vein by stomping his foot down upon a separate one. By doing this, Vata can focus the geothermal energy he has gathered through one Dragon Vein into the other. This will cause the selected Dragon Vein to erupt, releasing a rising column of geothermal energy that will consume and slam into whatever stands above it. Vata isn’t just limited to releasing one Dragon Vein, rather he can release multiple at once, allowing him to hit multiple targets once. However, this technique will expend the energy of an open Dragon Vein, causing the geothermic energy to once again rest.

            XXX。。。OTHER TECHNIQUES
            xxxxx
xxxxxDragon’s Vigor: A power-up technique that allows Vata to empower his physical abilities via the empowerment of geothermal energy, made possible through a stomp that awakens and brings this energy close to the surface and showing Vata where he must step to take it in, these spots where he must step being known as Dragon Veins. With the energy of the Dragon Veins now within his body, his superhuman physical capabilities allow him to perform extraordinary feats, whether it's smashing through material far greater than his fists could normally damage, efficiently and effortlessly going from one movement to the next with unreal speed and agility, his reflexes and mental processing being supercharged to allow for the dodging of projectiles, or even lifting something twice his size. Vata can combine this newfound strength with his martial arts, striking his targets with the precision and technical skill he has built over the years with the pure destructive power brought about by the planet itself. He is even able to project this absorbed energy out as bursts or wave of pressure; projecting it in bursts can allow Vata to increase the acceleration and momentum of his bodily movements, turning a single step into a high powered dash that propels Vata towards his target or increasing the overall acceleration of his punch, slamming it into the target with twice the speed, momentum, and force or acting as a secondary or even finishing strike without the needed movement of his fist, utilizing the energy in the same way as Fa Jin or the One Inch Punch, damaging the target internally. By projecting it as waves, the geothermal energy-releasing as a wave of pressure that sends the target back with a damaging force. By focusing the energy, he is even able to enhance his strikes further, superheating his blows and burning whatever area his strikes land.

            XXX。。。ULTIMATE SUPER
            xxxxx

xxxxxHeaven Descending Dragon: The move begins with Vata racing toward the target as fast as he is capable of in that situation. Just as he is halfway from reaching the target, Vata will leap in an arc toward the target. While in midair, Vata will perform a motion similar to a Barani flip, his body having a more pronounced corkscrew motion to it as he transitions from facing one direction to the opposite. Just as he is above the target, he will swing both of his legs downward with as much force as he can muster, utilizing some of the gained momenta from the launch, flip, and falling, as well as gravity, to enhance the chopping legs. What comes next is a double strike, a kick slamming down on the crown of the target's skull, and following that is the other leg chopping down onto one of the target's collarbones. Depending on the size of the target's head, Vata can even opt to kick the crown with both legs at the same time, not needing to worry about accuracy. It is also highly preferable if the target is unable to counterattack, as he is vulnerable while midair and right as the attack lands. Though the kicks will be heavy and built up by momentum still, they lose their effectiveness if they cannot hit their intended mark, the cranium, and collarbone. This is often utilized as a finishing move, Vata taking advantage of the target's fatigue and built-up damage to wrap up the battle with a single technique. This attack can be further enhanced by using Dragon’s Vigor, utilizing a release of geothermal energy to both greatly increase his acceleration and the impact of both kicks making contact with their intended targets by releasing a burst of geothermal energy from the heels of either foot.

            XXX。。。BIOGRAPHY
xxxxxBorn as the son of an Elite Saiyan Warrior, Vata grew up with an easy life made possible by his father’s talents. Born with a natural gift in combat, the boy often received praise from many of his father’s peers, the child expected to follow in the great man’s footsteps. His natural martial skill and combative instinct alone saw it so that he was to best most opponents before him even at a young age; if it was a battle of pure martial and technical skill alone, Vata was often believed to be the sure victor. However, for as much skill as he was gifted with, one thing he had no talent in was ki. For whatever reason, the young Saiyan simply had no skill in producing ki on the same level as his fellow Saiyans, the most he could do was the technique of Kiai. As a Saiyan, being unable to produce even ki on a notable level left Vata severely handicapped in regards to fighting most. This fact, though it was struggled to be kept secret, eventually would get out and reach the ears of many. Vata himself seemed indifferent to this, rather he continued living how he desired, which brought only frustration to his father, as his concern and shame only piled on from his son’s attitude. While there was certain berating against Vata from those without an inkling of sympathy or hate towards the martially gifted boy, one man was far more interested in his shortcoming. Vata’s household would receive a visitor, a very old Yardrat that was named Zhio; he had come after hearing a tale of a Saiyan who could not produce ki beyond even what most would consider a standardly basic level. Zhio offered Vata’s father a solution: allow the Yardrat to teach Vata certain martial art, and while it may not improve his lackluster talent in ki, it will cultivate what he does have and give him a skill that will make up for his shortcoming. With all options made useless, Vata’s father accepted the offer, giving the Yardrat a place to stay close by and forcing Vata to attend the lessons. Though reluctant at first, Vata eventually became quite eager for training, being promised by his mentor that by mastering this art, he would be given ceaseless pampering by those who would admire his unique strength. With this promise, he worked hard to cultivate his martial skill and body, preparing it for the real training to come. When the conditions were met by the fruits of Vata’s training, Zhio would begin the true lessons, teaching Vata of the Koi School. A lost martial art from Earth, the Koi School teaches its students to become like Dragons when they are but koi fish. This is done by waking a planet’s “Dragon Veins,” or ley lines, bringing geothermic energy close to the surface which a student may then access and empower themselves. Zhio then made it more clear as to why he had chosen Vata; if his inability to produce ki was so little, then perhaps his body had a better time of taking in and utilizing other energies. If he could not properly utilize his ki at the same level of his peers, then perhaps he could with natural energy. Accepting this promising road for him, Vata would dedicate himself to the art of Dragon’s Vigor.

Months and years later, it would be thanks to his natural talent that Vata would eventually be able to become skilled enough in Dragon’s Vigor that he could effectively use it in combat. With this new skill, Vata quickly made up for his lack of talent in ki, contending with and even overwhelming those who could project it. As his future became all the more promising, his father would send Vata to a certain Saiyan of distinguished renown to further his training.
