Cecilia's diary.
It's small like a little note book, small enough that it's always on her person; either in a pocket or a bag. It's dirty but neat, like who ever owns it tried to take good care of what little they had.

Name of Power: Copy cat
Element: bubble gum and dna
Relation to Item: DNA from gum chewed by original chewie
Active or Passive: Active
Description of Power:
Cecilia can create a gum copy of the original being who chewed the gum. This being takes on the physical form of the human who had chewed and spat the gum on the ground.
Limits:
-Cecilia has to concentrate to keep them together
-The copy uses up a charge to do a power attack.
-Summoning doesn't use a charge.
-Only 1 summons can be active per player per round.
-They can only be used for 1 round to attack or defend and uses up the summoner's attack or defense slot.
-They may have a unique power that is used when summoned, that ability must also have confirmation.
-Depending on the power, summons can continue to exist past the use of the power but can not be used to attack or defend

Description of Power:
Cecilia can blow bubbles of gum to trap attackers with.
Limits:
-Bubbles can be popped with sharp and pointy objects. (When popped they fling bits of sticky goo around)
-She can only produce one bubble at at time (child)
-The size of the bubbles depends on how much stamina she has, or lung capacity to blow the bubbles.
-Last two rounds

Limits:
- Can only be used once in battle, on the character's first turn.
Cecilia can stick herself to things, this allows her to climb walls or cling to objects. It is harder to disarm Cecilia when this is active as things she is holding become stuck to her.
- lasts four battle rounds.

Name of Power: Bungy Jumping

Description of Power:
Cecilia can attach a bit of sticky gum to almost any surface and jump off a cliff, ledge, high place or as a safety guide to another.
Limits:
-Cecilia controls the length of the extension when jumping. She stops when the cord is close to the ground and uses it to land usually gently. So long as it is not further than the roof of a 1 story house (Child)
-When used as a tether to another, it will stretch and retract as Cecilia wants it to.
If used to attach to a person and bind, lasts one round

Description of Power:
Cecilia creates a sticky kind of gum that she can use to bind open wounds. She could use it to hold a detached finger in place or prevent someone from hemorrhaging.
Limits:
-Can only cover open wounds or hold something small together like a finger or toe to try keep it alive to get to a healer.
Binding only lasts 4 hours at a time before it will start to fail.
This only acts as a band-aid and does not cause any actual healing but acts like it until able to reach a healer.
Subpower 1: Reattached
Active or Passive: passive
Limits:
-After a few hours it becomes impossible to reattach on its own. (Currently 4)
-After reattaching Cecilia will have limited use of the limb until she can see a healer to finish or take time to slowly heal.
Bonus Elf Power

Description of Power:
Cecilia can place traps of sticky gum around, once placed they will last for four hours.
Limits:
Stick trap lasts four hours before dissipating.
Getting stuck binds player for one round.
Can be avoided.
Does not cause any damage.
