Mission: Locate the SNAGEM base
Coming off the ship in the Pallet Town, He decides to proceed to start on the road to Viridian City. He is going as the sun is going down. His size makes it easy and obvious to hear him as he goes through. Proceeding cautiously as one can be. A wild Rattata appears, sees the Luxray Hybrid and runs. As the sun sets further, he arrives in Viridian City.
As time progressed and a good meal later, he continues on the way to mount Silver. As the morning arrives, A Ponyta appears and is blocking the path. DeoLux, knowing this pokemon is not moving, waits patiently. In a few minutes, he sees a herd move across the road and then the ponyta moves. So moving right along, proceeds to the next route leading to the mountain. As he starts going up the road, a group of Dophan decide to roll right past him and start a rockslide. He then sees what appears to be a safety and hops out of the way, just in time to avoid being crushed by the rockslide. After it settles, he climbs out to find what appears to be a door into the mountain and knocks to open what appears to be an empty SNAGEM HQ!

As Deo is lying in his warm and comfortable bed, he starts resting and drifts off to sleep. He dreams and wakes up, in a cold, dark, room. Bars over the windows, a camera in the corner with its deep red stare. A piece of glass over one of the walls. His bed, now black, cold, and metal. Nightfall has come and now he hears the scientists that made him what he has become talk of selling him to the highest bidder. The prices ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands. A cold dark voice pierces his ears, it is a voice only a villain would have. He says darkly “2 million, take it or leave it” they stutter and they say finally “3 million…..” just as they finish, there is a shot from a gun. As a flash of light comes from behind the one way mirror of a mewtwo hybrid with the gun. Frightened, Deo runs to the door. Back into reality and runs into a wall, hits it sparking. Then begins to spark violently. When this happened lights flicker all over the base, and then the lights begin going out. He comes to, out of his bed, in the hall. When the lights are back on, he realizes that these dreams are becoming more and more vivid. He has to do something, and prevent this from happening again!

Protect Your Heart

Your background when you join Snagem, other than what you reveal or tell yourself, is rather unknown. Your hometown/place of birth is under attack. Show what has happened there throughout time as you help defend it. This mission is all about what you want to happen to your hometown, and gives you a chance to lay down some back story for your character. Ridiculousness in this mission will not be tolerated. Show what shaped your character into the person he/she is today, and protect the place you once called home. Protect your heart.
Objectives:
Defend your hometown from destruction.
Pokemon:
You may snag one first or second evo available at your rank, if you have trainer opposition.
Rewards:
Three to five Snag Coins or more, all rewards depend on how well it was done, and how much backstory you added to your character.
As DeoLux, now a shiny hybrid Luxray, is running back to Sandgem in the Sinnioh region. He notices that the very town that he swore to defend is on fire! Seeing this, he then remembers how he was appreciated by the very people for being a good man. He decides to fight this foe, instead of running away from danger. He is aware of what he is, and what he can do. He does not know his power though, nor his own strength. He could worry later, NOW he was to fight!
He decides to run to the town in a swift haste, and he was faster than his normal human form. He noticed the bridge ahead was out. He then sprints ahead, and without realizing it, he jumped clear across the river. He knew it was not wide for a normal horse to cross, but the normal human could not jump across it even they tried. He then made it to the towns edge. It was a horror what he discovered.
He reached the town and was utterly horrified that the very group that was attacking was the same group that turned him into this form. These people raiding the town were accompanied by mostly plant type pokemon…
Odd, plants hate fire, but he saw they were just tearing up the place with their attacks. The town iis fighting these plant types with no avail. He was then stopped by a member of this team. This recruit was eager and knew he was wanting a fight. “You won’t pass through here, hybrid scum!” he yelled at deolux. With this, deo replied, “You will not terrorize the town under my watch! Cease your fighting!” Deo’s first pokemon fight began, the recruit shouted “Chikorita! Come forth!” and then threw his pokeball, which activated letting out a chikorita. This pokemon was odd, it had a strange metallic item on its head. “Come on Rex!” and his pokeball let out his Charmander, ready to fight!
Without hesitation, the recruit said “RAZOR LEAF!”, the pokemon resisted a little before a spark came to the pokemon’s head and it used razor leaf on the Charmander. Deo replied “rex, ember!” using what rex learned, he breathed his ember, and it hit the pokemon burning the razor leaf at the same time. The oddest thing happened afterword though. The pokemon’s metal thing on the top of its head popped off and the Chikorita, now free from whatever was forcing it to fight, looked angrily at its owner.
“Razor leaf him NOW!” shouted the recruit with rage in his eyes. The pokemon refused and walked to the Luxray’s side. The owner proceeded to run away in fear. Seeing what happened, the Charmander and the now free Chikorita decided to free the other pokemon from its masters mind controlling devices. This fight was nearly beginning for the luxray though. As they left other recruits began running his way with blunt objects. He was now in a fight of proportions he was unaware of.
Many recruits came to wail on the luxray hybrid. Each time one went to him as he made his way through town, he would send one flying with a punch or even a kick at a time. He fought with speed that he only seen in martial fighting films and with power he never felt before!
Of course as he was wailing on them, he then saw coming his way something which made him shudder, a machoke hybrid. He fought on, knowing the baddie was coming, and he was wanting a punching bag named deo. The recruits lay by double digits at his feet. As the Machoke hybrid came and started fighting the now focused deo, leaving his fears and worries of more going back to their experimental labatories and becoming nothing but a slave to these individuals.
The fight was hard, long, and with the machoke taunting him. “Weak and Puny! Just like your department!”
Deo responded “How would you know? After all your nothing but a slaver!”
He laughed and taunted back “I made you to fight for me! I am your master, SLAVE! You are a soldier for me! NOW BOW!”
His command came as a shock, but he would not bow. Nothing was telling him to bow, but instead to fight him. “You are not my master! You will not enslave this town!”
The taunting Machoke then looked angrily at him, saying in a rage “Just like the chief eh? Would not listen to me and my promises to be a great officer!”
At that moment, it dawned on him. The Machoke was actually his former partner, Private Malfoy. Malfoy was always a jerk, a snob, and greedy. What got him fired was when the chief noticing the crime rate going up and nothing being done about it. Malfoy was in charge of the Docks, and all customs. At the time deo was known as Sgt. Bill, positioned in records at the time.
What happened was tragic in the least. One day Bill looked in the records for the chief on a shipment of some illegal goods. The record was clean but there was a problem, each time the people were supposedly caught, no record of the criminals being brought to the police department were filed. Each instance of this was signed by Private Malfoy, Customs. This was not good, he reported this to the chief in a hasty form.
“Permission to enter sir!” He recalled saying to the chief. Trembling with fear.
“Permission granted Bill! What can I help you with… my god son, what is wrong? You are trembly!” the chief exclaimed.
He recollected himself, saying “There is an increased number of flaws on the smugglers discoveries! Private Malfoy has been arresting them, but not delivering them to the station!”
The chief, steaming over this discovery, stated “thank you Bill, I will have a talk with Malfoy”
Over the course over lunch Malfoy came to the station and sat in the area with the rest of the new recruits back from patrol. “What is going on, noobs?” He said with a smug grin on his face.
“MALFOY!” the chief screamed as he entered the room “Front and center!”
Malfoy causally got up and walked to the center of the room with a smug walk and a smug grin on his face. “Yeah, chief?” he said with a cocky attitude.
“I have been informed that you have arrested and not delivered criminals to the jail!” the chief yelled at the smug cop, who had since lost his grin.
“Chief I have been telling you, I am the best cop! You would not fire me for some stupid records and their keeper right?” he said with anger in his voice.
Bill stood up, saying in response “Okay, where are the smuggled goods going and what are you being bribed to let them go?” Bill accused the smug cop
Malfoy turned to him “You don’t know what you are talking about, idiot retard!”
The chief interrupted saying to Malfoy “I do not care you are fired!”
Returning to the fight at hand, Deo knowing he had a grudge against him said as he was pushing away with a great fervor. “You might have been smug, and you might have been a jerk. Now you are just a low-life criminal that finds joy from making people into what you decide! I am a Luxray, shiny at that, but I AM DEOLUX! I am going to make sure you do not have any trace of credibility left in you, Malfoy!”
“So be it, dead meat” Malfoy said as he picked deo up and was going to beat on him, when he felt a razor leaf hit his legs.
“Ivysaur AGAIN!” said a familiar voice they both recognized, the chief
As ivysaur began beating Malfoy and he dropped Deo, who was weakened and exhausted from the fight. Malfoy was getting hurt bad, and he dropped into the middle of the road, knocked out. The police came and helped as deo slowly lost concionusness.
He woke up in a hospital bed with his Charmander poking him. The chief and the mayor was there with smiling faces.
“You saved the town kid!” The chief said with great pride “You actually got a present from a mayor for it!” The chief himself is a blonde haired man with a handlebar mustache.
The mayor was a young man, red hair and a tall figure, but no facial hair. “You saved the town from the terrorists that were looting the town. As a reward I give you this pokeball with an Onix and support for you whenever you need it! You might do well in a team I heard of called SNAGEM. Should you go there, I will buy the boat ride for you!”

Lethal Hour: Freedom Doesn’t Die
Are you a bad dude? Think you got what it takes to save the day? To stomp out the bad guys for Arceus and country? Save the girl? Blow up the enemy base? Well have I got the mission for you! It’s time to flex those muscles!
Those vile hybridists of the House of Harmonious Humanity, or HHH, have been stirring trouble in Unova lately, fanning the flames of hybrid discrimination, going as far as blamming the hybrids for the previous World War. Unfortunately the HHH has amassed a sizable following and are no longer content with just spreading their hate speech and now have moved onto dark action.
We have information that the HHH is planning to kidnap the daughter, Christine D’Alesandro, of the Speaker of the Unovan House of Representatives, the daughter herself a famous actress at Pokewood Studios, both of them hybrids. They intend to hold the daughter ransom in exchange for the Speaker’s resignation, the HHH displeased with such a politically powerful hybrid, the Speaker the first hybrid to hold that position, the highest office a hybrid has ever held.
The Unovan government’s resources are stretched incredibly thin right now and Speaker Nanette D’Alesandro has reason to believe the Secret Service is compromised so that is where we come in. Your job is to act as bodyguard for the Speaker’s daughter Christine and make sure the HHH doesn’t get their hands on her and if they do you must get her back. Our information tells us that HHH intends to kidnap Christine upon leaving the awards ceremony taking place at Pokewood Studios, the crowds of fans and other chaos outside the studio being the perfect time to snatch her away.
If (and when) they do kidnap her they’ll surely take her to their hidden base in Virbank City, somewhere tucked away in the Virbank Complex. You’ll then have to fight your way into their lair, knock a few heads around, blow up a few things, and get the girl out of there safely and back to the Speaker. While most of the HHH are just some hybridist human mooks with a few Pokemon on them their current leader is actually pretty competent. William McCord is a vile man, a former and heavily decorated war veteran turned bigot. While he never shows it publically we have reason to believe McCord is actually a skilled Fighting Channeler, a talent he tries not to let his minions know as the HHH is kind of averse to, though not nearly as much as they hate hybrids. Be careful when engaging with him.
Now get out there soldier and save the day!
(Note this mission is suppose to be very "80s/90s action movie" so don't be afraid to be cheesy, make lots of explosions, fight scenes, etc.)
—Objective:
-Act as bodyguard for Christine D’Alesandro, a young Simipour hybrid in her twenties, while attending the awards ceremony at Pokewood Studios north of Virbank City.
-Christine will be kidnapped outside of the studio upon leaving, you must then track down the HHH thugs to their hidden base in Virbank Complex south of Virbank City. Fight your way through there and rescue her.
—Opposition:
-The HHH mooks, regular humans that carry whatever weapons they can kind and a few Pokemon on them. They use any Unovan native Pokemon (found here) up to second stage (that is nothing that has evolved twice). and non-legendary. You will have to battle at least two mooks (which have at least one Pokemon each) but you can knock the heads around of any number you like.
-William McCord will certainly engage you in a fight to prevent you from fleeing with Christine. He is a skilled Fighting Channeler, pairing up with his Sawk to give his punches explosive impact and his karate chops are capable of splitting steel, at least they used to be. McCord is in his late forties and due to the need to hide his abilities from his minions he is way out of practice so his Channeling has suffered. But make no mistake, he can still probably put up a good fight.

Another day in the HQ where absolutely nothing was going on for the Luxray hybrid. Just a good nap for the hybrid and in a peaceful and quiet…” ALERT” GRAY woke him up with a new mission. Deo then rose up out of the bed, looking like a cat being woke up from their slumber. This mission stated that a celebrity would need to be escorted to an awards ceremony and to keep his eyes out as there would be a extremist group out to kidnap her as she was a simipour hybrid. He decided to accept this mission and get to work as it would be particularly be a harsh one.
Checking his pokemon, he had just enough for his standard use. He proceeded at getting ready but realized he needed formal wear for the awards ceremony. After looking around the city for a decent suit, he came across a tailor who specializes in Hybrid suits. Deo enters this building and a bell ring as he walks in. “One moment!” someone from the back says. Deo seeing the chairs in the room, tries to sit in one, but it appears to be too weak. He stands back up as the chair gives a loud creak. Walking in from the back, the tailor comes in. “You’re a big one, come on, we don’t have all day” as the 2 walk back to the measurement rooms and then Deo getting dressed up in a blue suit and tie for the event. Upon going to the register to pay, the tailor says “it is on the house, I don’t get hybrids your size and this was a treat doing someone this size.” Upon which Deo replies “Thank You”
As the day went on, Deo showed up at the awards ceremony, where he met Christine and her first looks upon him were a little intimidated. “You’re my bodyguard for the evening?” she asked with a bit of fear in her voice and a bit of confidence too. “Yes mam, I will make sure you are safe and secure” Deo would respond with a decent tone of voice showing responsibility and respect. Only a few hours later would the event be active and the awards would be given. The announcer started it up and, in the event, mid-way through was the award for best actress. “The award goes to…. Christine D’Alesandro!” As the audience roars in applause and she grabs it. When she did, a wheezing came down from the ceiling and started blowing its noxious gas as the crowd starts coughing. “For Humanity and to end hybridization!” a man said in the center of the stage as they grab her and run. Deo would then take off behind her, hoping between buildings and on the rooftops as they take her to a warehouse in the port district. As the hops from building to building the notices some standing around in the warehouse district of town. He couldn’t see where they went from the ceremony. So seeing members of them standing around he decided to pounce on them and attack. He uses his Shinx, and tells use thunder shock as two of the opponents fall down while one stays up releasing a pokeball with a Breloom in it. Upon this thing the valiant but yet frightened Deo, releases its Charmander from its pokeball. Let alone when the attack a was sent upon the door as the Breloom hops away from the door as the flame hits it and the villain appears. “Ah, a good challenge,” He would say as he cracks his neck and pops his knuckles. As Deo looks around and sees the actress, hanging over what looked like acid, he would accept the challenge of a good fight that would challenge him with hand to ha…er…paw combat.
The Charmander was fighting well, despite the Breloom dodging every which way the flame would shoot. However, the fight began with a minion started playing the Street Fighter II theme for M. Bison and then yell “FIGHT”. Before Deo could do anything, the fighting channeler was already air spinning into Deo, hitting his chest and slamming him into the steel beam which then several barrels of fuel toppled down on top of him, normally that would be enough to knock him out, but he got up a gave a laughing foe, who was being cheered on by his minions, “Get him William! Shake off the old rust!”, Deo would give him a proper Uppercut into the celling as he called his pokemon, “sic him Sack”. As it rushed for deo, the Charmander blasted him away, and as Deo got up he was slammed with William slamming him to the ground. As Deo was struggling, unable to lift up, he was so enraged as he got a hand loose and through power, he had not a clue he had, electricity shot out of his body and hit the fuel tanks, causing them to explode. What he did not expect was his Charmander was on top of the fuel tanks as he heard “CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA………….” As he flew up in the air. Blasting of the tanks flew both the channeler and his pokemon unconscious and deo with little time to spare. He got the actress off the hook and into his arms as he ran out of the building as it exploded behind him. He set her down at a safe distance and the authorities taking her to the hospital for safe keeping. He was debriefed and as he was walking down to the docks to return. He held out his arms as a “…………AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRR!” as he caught his Charmander a little burnt but still happy.
After the event and the police arrived on the scene, the criminals were arrested and William was burnt to a crisp, saying to Deo before he went in the wagon. “This is not over hybrid! When I get my hands on you, I will make sure that you won’t even get a chance to smile on camera!” As he said this, Deo would remark. “You should not play with fire as much. Your face looks terrible.” Upon which the criminal sneered and was put into the van. “I can’t thank you enough for saving me” Christine spoke to him. “Just doing my job mam.” Deo replied, as she kissed him on the cheek, making him blush. He would then turn to go to the car to receive payment, and as he did a loud “BOOM” was heard as a ball of fire came from the docks. “I knew I forgot one fuel tank” his Charmander said in poke-speak. “Wait, I just heard you” Deo said to his Charmander. “Of course, doofus. All hybrids can hear what their pokemon speak, and I want you to know, I like to blow things up, and that bad man was TOASTY and KRISPY!” his Charmander replied, as deo facepalmed and said “oh dear, a pyro”
As he was watching the news at snagem base, he saw the results of the trial as the guy was sentenced to prison and that Deo, a shiny luxray hybrid has been granted a reward for the capture of this wanted figure.
