Almanac of the StarsWith a whole universe to explore, it can be difficult to keep up with what is where. With such a vast expanse and such extreme variety, this thread should be used as a resource to reference existing worlds. This database should be utilized to describe worlds as they were in the past, during the Silver Millennium. If you want to describe your homeworld as it is in the present, please use the Cosmic Almanac (Present Day) in the Deep Space Subforum!
While Senshi have relatively free reign over homeworld design, Knights are somewhat more limited because their Wonders are located on Senshi Homeworlds. Information about Canon Senshi Homeworlds can be found in the next post, so we just ask that when creating Wonder lore, all Knight players please keep that in mind!
There is no exact form that needs to be utilized when filling out a post for this thread, as it can be modified to include any information you think is relevant to describe or log your character's Homeworld or Wonder. However, a sample form can be found here and may be modified in any way you see fit:
Senshi Homeworld or Knight Wonder and Planet General summary or brief description of the Homeworld or Wonder Climate: (What is the weather like? Does it have days and nights like Earth or how does it vary?) Environment: (What type of environment is in the area? What sorts of foliage does it have? What is the topography of the area?) Structures: (Are there any noticeable structures? Is there a specific style of architecture? Are there visible buildings? What state are they in?) Notable Locations: (Has your character discovered any important areas? Any locations that were previously hidden? Are there areas that are important to your character or the lore of the Wonder?) Other Notes: (Is your Knight Wonder near another Knight Wonder? Do you have approved items or trinkets you can recover from your Homeworld to distribute as gifts? Is there anything else worth noting about your Homeworld or Wonder?)
A few general rules for this thread are:
If you want something for your character's Homeworld or Wonder that may press rules or be outside of our rule set, please contact the mule to share what you are hoping for so we can work with you to get it approved. There are some limitations that we must abide by for continuity and meta reasons, but we will always work to do what we can.
In the past, there are no limits to what plants or animals you can have on your Homeworld or Wonder; these locations can be thriving and full of life!
Posting in this thread does not mean that the information is public knowledge; this is and OOC resource and information should not be utilized ICly without permission to do so, unless your character has ICly experienced the world or uncovered information about it themselves.
Please do not make multiple posts for the same Homeworld or Wonder; simply edit the character's post as changes or discoveries occur. If your character has been rehomed, you may make a new post that you can edit and request that staff strike out the old player's post. If your information was in the old Galactic Almanac, you can post here with updated, new information for your character and we will adjust the link to it!
Please only post one Homeworld or Wonder per post in this thread; the index will be sorted alphabetically and will link to each individual post for ease of navigation.
Please do not make a post for a Homeworld or Wonder you have not yet obtained. If your character is corrupted and does not have access to their Homeworld or Wonder, you may still make a post here. Even if you never intend to purify a corrupted character, you can still play their purified self in the past life! If your character only has a mineral name, please make sure you have posted in the Register of Negaverse Wonders and Corrupt Planets to claim a past life name for them!

Canon Knight HomeworldsKnights of Canonical Senshi Homeworlds can find general information about their affiliated planet here! This is general information about the planet as it existed in the past. Knight players still have immense freedom in customizing their own individual Wonders but their Wonders should still reflect the theme and general guidelines of their planet it some way. If you have any questions or are concerned about your Wonder, please PM the shop mule, The Space Cauldron and we will work with you! If you have a PC Royal and would like to draft information to be added to this list for Knight players, please also contact the mule so we can do so! Mercury:Closest to the sun, the planet Mercury had a civilization driven by knowledge and technology. Many advancements, professors, and ideas that did not come from the Mauvians came from this interesting and diverse planet. Knights who were sent to Mercury were usually scholars or experts in some field or another, and days were given over to the protection and encouragement of this knowledge. Princess Mercury wasn't a very aloof princess and could often be found conversing with the knights of Mercury to learn all that she could about them and what they had to share.
There were some oddities for living on Mercury that were usually rough to adapt to. Because of the volatile temperature variances on the surface of the planet, as well as the fact that dawn came once only two Mercurian years, the majority of the population lived in the dark bottom of the planet's craters. Whole shelves of ice existed in the freezing depths and cities were built on top of and inside these glaciers, all connected through a series of chilly tunnels and vast caverns. Seasons were measured only as the lighter twilight and deep midnight and though sunlight could be easily found on the surface, most Mercurians had to rely on alternate lighting for their living.
Seen at large more as guardians of knowledge than anything else, knights who were given a posting to the planet closest to the sun were considered to have an interesting one. Very few considered that they would be handling explosions from magic and engineering gone awry, having to figure out how to tell someone politely that no they cannot experiment with Chaos Magic, and all other sorts of incredibly diplomatic straits. It might have seemed easy, but those with a dull mind would not find much success here. Venus:Venus has often been called the “sister planet” to Earth, and Knights who traveled there were indeed treated with the least culture shock out of the bunch. However, that’s not to say there wasn’t any at all: there was a complete reversal in gender roles between the two planets, with Venus having a matriarchal bent as opposed to the male-dominated ways of Earth. The people of Venus were those of love and art and beauty -- very few went without some sort of creative flair to their lives. Knights who were more artistically-minded and weren't shy about expressing themselves would often find a home here, as they would be given time to explore the right side of their brains as part of their duties.
The aesthetic of Venus prioritized form well before function, in everything from clothing to architecture to even how they prepared their food. The more elegant and elaborate something was, the better, which made their lavish communities look like city-wide masquerade parties every day of the year. A long-standing tradition of celebrating beauty made Venus not only a popular vacation spot, but the fashion capital of the Solar system as well. Trends could change in a flash in their colorful cities, which boasted large paved walkways and plenty of room for street performers to entertain alongside food vendors selling their more practical wares. For the locals it was part of the daily routine to get a portrait done while waiting in line, or have a bard sing to them while getting a haircut.
Because of the relatively easy transitioning, circumglobally mild weather and overall good relations with Earth, Knights of Venus were sometimes scoffed at a bit by their peers for taking on an “easy” mission. However, since Venus had an even better relationship with the Moon, it often put them in some surprisingly difficult diplomatic positions when talk of alliances and allegiances came up. It also housed and attracted just as much riffraff as any other society does, if not more at some times -- being an “easy” planet meant it could also look like an “easy” target. The young Princess of Venus was usually off schooling and training on the Moon, and when she was at home she was often caught up in various ceremonial duties. The figurehead of Venus’s leadership was more often than not her mother, an aging Queen with a lot of faith in the power of love. Earth:As the central planet for Knights of the Sol System, Earth had a vast array of them stationed on native soil. These Knights were chosen to serve here because they reflected the qualities the Earth Kingdom prided itself in: chivalry, unwavering virtue, and respect for nature. Since there was little need for them to be ambassadors they specialized more as a military force, tasked with keeping the peace at their stations and maintaining a sense of unity all around the globe.
The latter task, however, was proving to be a bit difficult for this generation of Earth Knights as relations grew increasingly tense with the Moon and other worlds abroad. Little was seen of Prince Endymion and his personal Guard, the Shittenou, as rumors ran abound of a secret relationship with the Moon's Princess and what that might mean for the Earth in the future. Unlike all the other planets of the Solar system, Earth hadn't been ruled by a senshi for generations, and many weren't too fond of the possibility that a senshi, let alone a foreign one, would take up the throne on their planet.
There were whispers that the Shittenou had actually abandoned the Prince so they could take matters into their own hands, and some Earth Knights had even defected their posts to follow suit. They were, apparently, rallying behind a sorceress named Beryl, whose opinions on Earth's place in the Solar system were growing increasingly popular with some folk.
Earth was a patriarchal society whose history corresponds with what we know about our history; the legacy of Prince Endymion and all things magic were quickly lost to time. Sailor Earth was kept away from society and not highly regarded; many people were not aware of who she was. She was an obscure force at best, only really playing a major role in holidays and other ceremonial events. The legacy of Sailor Earth could still be seen in their architecture and their culture: out of a respect for nature and a desire to stay close to it, their technology was distinctly primitive compared to that of their neighbors. The stylings were very medieval-European, with towns and castles built around natural landmarks and native flora instead of on top of it.
Earthlings did not readily embrace most things magical or extra terrestrial, including their senshi and the Mauvians. Earth had the very basics of technology and it was almost all mystical. Knight Signet Rings were nearly the highest level of technology available here. Citizens of Earth almost never left unless they were Knights assigned to Wonders on other Worlds. Mars:Mars had a Spartan-like society dominated by the importance of tradition, law, and military strength. The largest intergalactic prison was kept here, as were the courthouses of the Sol System. Knights who were sent to Mars often found themselves responsible for guarding prisoners and ensuring order during criminal proceedings in addition to their other responsibilities. The citizens revered the Knights and Princess Mars and sought to become worthy of their service by engaging in massive sporting events and demonstrations of strength. The battle training facilities on Mars were unparalleled throughout the Sol System.
The majority of important documents and items were protected on Mars. Its protective forces were regarded as the greatest in the universe and were sometimes dispatched to help protect VIPs at large meetings and other significant gatherings. Intensity was key on Mars, and Knights assigned to its service were some of the most passionate and determined of the bunch. In order to pledge service to Mars, Knights had to undergo a rigorous physical test to ensure worthiness.
In terms of buildings, Mars is densely populated by massive coliseums, courtrooms, and prisons. Great fields for training and exercise sprawl across the red dirt of the planet’s surface. There is minimal foliage to speak of, but great fields of yellow, dry grass provide a natural element to an otherwise highly constructed planet. Jupiter:Jupiter was a planet defined by thunder and lightning. Citizens of Jupiter believed in harnessing the most powerful forces of nature and then manipulating them for their own purposes. It was a planet of storm chasers. The worse the weather turned -- and the weather on Jupiter was always chaotic -- the more the people of Jupiter rejoiced. Community was paramount on the planet. Jobs were often shared, and cohesion was praised above all else. Verdant fields of every shape of greenery flourished on the planet’s surface, nourished by its regular rain showers. The entire society, even the Princess herself, helped to round up the harvest every season.
Knights with particular affinities for magic, risk-taking, and teamwork found themselves frequently assigned to Jupiter. The people praised acts of bravery and selflessness and were renowned for being boisterous but warm. Though often associated with the people of Mars, Jupiter enjoyed a more lax atmosphere. Their focus was on attunement with the forces around them: both in the sky above and the dirt below. They just tended to do so with chest-bumps, hearty laughs, and regular slaps on the shoulder.
Jupiter was a very green planet with communities nestled in tiny pockets surrounded by fields on every side. It was common for an entire village to share facilities like bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Most slept in long rowhouses filled with dozens of beds. The aesthetic of the community was Vikingesque -- lots of leather, latched roots, ale, and sportsmanship. Saturn:Like its Princess, Saturn was the most mysterious of all the planets. It was unclear what a Knight had to do to distinguish themselves as being a good candidate for the planet defined by silence and death. It seemed like all who were selected for Knighthood in service to Saturn came from drastically different walks of life with drastically different personalities. The truth was simple: any Knight assigned to Saturn was an individual who had displayed an ability to separate themselves entirely from their emotions.
Saturn was a planet of cold, hard logical ambivalence. It served a Princess who possessed the ability to destroy everything with one swipe of her glaive if she were to ever awaken -- and the Knights of Saturn were said to protect her ability to do so. However, as descendants of Earth, these individuals were given a second mission: to stop Princess Saturn should she ever attempt to destroy their existence. This was a secret pledge that every Knight of Saturn made, and it was why they were said to be the one of the most tightly-knit groups across all nine planets. It was also the cause of much discord between the Knights and Saturn's royal family; the relationship was not a friendly one.
Cathedrals defined the makeup of Saturn’s buildings -- gorgeous, ornate buildings with Gothic architecture. Visitors to Saturn might find the bleak stone walls depressing, but the inhabitants of Saturn appreciated these structures for their aesthetic value. Forests edged up against the sprawling civilization on Saturn, but most citizens lived in the massive Victorian-style town that dominated half of the planet. The castle sat at the center of it, though the reclusive Princess was rarely seen. Tragic plays were often performed on Saturn, and the planet’s culture was renowned for its dark poetry. Uranus:A desert wonderland of spice and incense, Uranus was in many ways an interstellar Arabia composed primarily of gypsies and nomads. The society was a fluid trade-based merchant economy, and it was said that the best deals and biggest scams often came from this planet of fast talkers and even faster palms. The Uranian marketplace was universe-renowned. There was always a back corner or dark alley to acquire any sort of delicacy or supply if the right people were asked.
Uranus had the kind of society that could eat a naive or gullible soul alive, and the the Knights of Uranus were anything but unsure of themselves. In fact, most had a penchant for cunning acts and business savvy. The nomadic tendency of the majority of the population meant a neighborhood in a constant state of flux. For this reason, the various townships of Uranus were exceptionally open and welcoming to strangers. Princess Uranus was not often on the planet, but when she was, she was the kind of Princess who spent almost all of her time roaming the streets by herself, sharing a drink or a card game with the other citizens and settling any disputes that might arise. The Knights of Uranus took over this role in her absence, keeping the peace while maintaining open trade lines with the rest of the universe.
The buildings are sandstone with great golden domes capping off spiraling towers. The largest township on the planet is home to the former castle of Princess Uranus, and it has great open windows draped in gossamer fabric to communicate openness and accessibility to the people. Most of the roads are hardened sand paths framed on all sides by loose, shifting sands. Since water is scarce, the plants tend to be low-lying dry bushes and prickly trees bearing bright red fruit. Neptune:Having a cool head was not a suggestion on Neptune; it was a way of life. The people were some of the most balanced, calm individuals in all of the Sol System. Days were spent tending to the vast reserves of aquatic life that swam and grew all around the submerged society, or practicing music or dance in one of the many grand orchestral halls that made the planet famous across the universe. The society was almost never the source of conflict or disagreement, and their Princess was one who knew how to speak her mind without raising her voice.
Knights sent to strengthen the alliance with Neptune tended to embody this same diplomatic, reserved, and mature air. Their primary task was organizing interstellar mediation, dispatching individuals to the other planets in the Sol System to help ease conflict and facilitate the mutual realization of goals and ideals. When on planet, they were tasked with more clerical functions, such as organizing great music and dance recitals and other major universal social functions. On some occasions, they would even be tasked with overseeing the great hydroponic farms from where Neptune received the majority of its vegetables.
The architecture of Neptune is perhaps the most unique among the planets of Sol. The society once existed in a sprawling series of pods that stretched endlessly across the surface of the planet, and those structures remain there today, accessible only at certain points marked with a special glowing teal algae. The walls of the Neptunian pods are typically clear in walkways and open community areas and then fogged surrounding living quarters or other personal rooms. Outside of these massive pods, the entire planet is covered in an ocean full of every kingdom and phylum of watery life known to modern culture and many, many more beyond that. Pluto:Pluto was the most distant, secluded society in all of the Sol System, perhaps rivaled only by Saturn. Knights who traveled to the far reaches of the Silver Millennium's Kingdom to pledge themselves to time accepted the solitude that came with it -- even at the cost of personal ties to family and friends back on Earth. These individuals experienced the most extreme culture shock in transition. Knights who were sent to Pluto were typically respected for their great sacrifice; it was the least requested post and had the smallest number of Knights out of all the other planets. It was common for others to joke that Knights who went to Pluto were never quite the same.
Pluto was unlike any of the other planets surrounding it. Whereas the others had societies and civilians in addition to the magical population, Pluto was only ever home to the Keeper of Time and the Knights who supported her efforts to protect those crucial gates. Knights who were exposed to the cyclical nature of time would sometimes lose themselves in it. Their understandings of the galaxy went from being linear to something else all together, and this significant change in worldview often alienated them from other Knights, just as Princess Pluto was often viewed as being significantly different from the other Inner and Outer Senshi. Much of their time was spent alone engaging in solitary tasks like reading, meditating, or contemplating the great mysteries of existence.
There are very few lights or structures on the planet. A castle sits beside the Gates of Time, nestled on either side by smaller buildings that provide additional housing, libraries, and storage facilities for food and water. Outside of this area, the planet is cast in absolute darkness. The only foliage on the entire planet are tall silvery trees that mark areas where Time can be watched, though not affected in any way. These manifest as bright pools of blue, churning water that dot the surface, and wink in and out of existence at random intervals.

The Knight AcademyIn the Silver Millennium and years prior, the Knight Academy served as an educational center for new Knights to study and train. Knights from all across the universe would gather here; it was a bustling source of great comradery, connecting and networking, and peace. Knights of any rank, or in training and before being assigned a Wonder, may play freely here; Senshi may visit, but this must always be with a Knight escort and serve some sort of purpose.
The Knight Academy was located on Earth, and was a monumental structure that reflected a well-fortified castle. It had many rooms for lessons and training, and there were dormitories for all students there to comfortably live on campus.
Royal Knights were often tasked with traveling the universe looking for eligible candidates to help protect and serve the code. Eligible children, as young as eight, and young adults that passed aptitude tests were invited to study at the Knight Academy to learn, connect, and hone their skills. Most trainees who attended the Academy did so between the ages of ten and eighteen, and were often only there for four years. This is extremely variable and dependent not only on the character, but their capabilities. Attending the Academy for longer or shorter does not determine a better or worse student; they may have wanted more training or there may not have been a Wonder that was a good fit for them at the time. Individuals in training were not assigned a Wonder until graduation, at which point in time they were assigned a Wonder and sent to protect them.
Though the Academy is on Earth, they accepted students from any world, and there is no guarantee that where someone is born might determine where they serve; while they may request a Wonder on their home planet, when assigning Wonders to eligible trainees, their morals and merit were most considered.
Not all Knights trained at the Academy; Knights that were set to inherit a Wonder often would be trained by the present Knight of that Wonder. These Knights may not have spent any time at the Academy beyond the ceremonial promotion and transition of Knighthood from the previous Knight to them. Some Knights only returned to the Academy to pass certain milestone tests given before they could be titled Knight of that Wonder.
Established Knights may have traveled back to the Academy to learn new information, to refresh themselves, to teach, or even to look for potential proteges to take on and mentor.
The Knight Academy, like Olympus, had a Cornerstone piece of the Code--a highly responsive, powerful piece of the Code that allowed it to manifest and communicate clearer than the smaller Code Pieces protected at individual Wonders. The Code Piece was not available to everyone, but would help assess and assign Wonders to eligible trainees.
During the war, the Knight Academy was attacked by Beryl and sunk into the ground. Nearly all teachers and trainees at the time were youmafied; because of this, no one in present day was at the Knight Academy at the time of the attack. The Knight Academy cannot be visited in present day; it has sunken into the Rift. While there is no way to physically visit in present day, Knights can recall some of their time at the Knight Academy (if they attended, either for classes, tests, ceremonies, or any other purpose) through standard Past Life memories.

OlympusOlympus is a very special wonder on Mars and the home of one of the largest pieces of 'The Code'--the source of energy that connects all Knights and grants them their individual powers. Olympus has no single protector and is instead protected by any and all knights when necessary.
Around Olympus, dry, warm, red sands stretch far into distant deserts and canyons. Olympus itself is a grand Coliseum, eaten and degraded by war, sand, and time, and stands proud and marvelous against the desolate skyline. Though battered by the hammering of wind for a millennia, it remains mostly intact, and rises hundreds of feet overhead. It can make even the largest and strongest of Knights feel dwarfed in its presence. The Coliseum has large arched doorways, and was designed to accommodate a large number of Knights.
Within the walls, the interior of the Coliseum is far less touched by time and wear. The Coliseum floor is tiny, far too small for actual battle or tournaments, and instead hosts what appears to be an ancient podium. Around the floor is ring after ring of bench-like seating that inclines a bit at each level. There are enough seats to accommodate hundreds, if not thousands.
Olympus has acoustics that aid in carrying voices easily, meaning that anyone can be heard from anywhere; anyone choosing to speak should be careful of what they say--even whispers can carry.
In the past it was used as a place for meeting and discussion. Knights from all around would gather regularly to update themselves on what was going on in the universe, and in times of need it was one of the place for discussions on strategy and how to proceed.
A large piece of the Code, known as a Cornerstone Piece, is housed here. This Code piece is sentient and can communicate with Knights with both words and images. When it chooses to manifest, it does so at the podium, and appears as a fine, glowing mist that seems to pulse and ebb as if it has some sort of heartbeat.
This mist can manifest in many forms, but it is most commonly seen as either a soft, glowing orb, or an oversized scroll. It can take any form or color that it wills, though it always appears more as a silhouette than a detailed shape. Rules: Olympus cannot typically be visited on its own; as a unique Wonder and resource available for the Knights, Olympus itself will summon Knights. A Knight who may need to utilize Olympus, or need a place to host a gathering or training, may be invited to do so with plot permission. OOCly permission must be granted before Olympus can summon a Knight (or group of Knights).
Because of the unique circumstances regarding Olympus, there is technically no cooldown; Knights can come as often as they are invited to. A Knight may also reject the invitation. When Olympus is open, it will feel like a little tug on the Knight's mind; by focusing, the Knight can travel there. Similarly, a message may be sent in advance.
Only Knights can access Olympus. They must be invited, and cannot bring guests from any other faction.
All Knight Wonders have a piece of the Code hidden within it, however a Cornerstone piece of the Code remains on Olympus. This Cornerstone piece contains a huge amount of power, and while all pieces are sentient, this one has power enough to speak and communicate. The Code has no form; instead, it appears as a glowing light that can take on vague, misty shapes. While it does not always manifest in Olympus, it is always there. It can be communicated with, with staff permission, but otherwise it can remain absent.
Severe misbehavior in Olympus may be met with consequences by the Code and disruptive Knights may be evicted.

Sanctuary on the Moon: The Moon PalaceAbout the Moon PalaceThe Moon Palace is a safe haven for Order Characters, outside of Destiny City or the threat of any sort of attack. It is located in the center of the Moon City, however the City itself is unable to be reached. Much of the Moon Palace is unavailable for exploration, either locked or magically sealed, or impossible to explore due to extensive damage. There are still many spaces which can be explored or utilized, especially with player plots! Travelling to the moon is unlike traveling to a Homeworld and does not count against a Cooldown, however you can only travel to the Moon Palace on the day before, day of, and day after a Full Moon by utilizing a special Moon Pearl charm. These pearls can be acquired from a Mauvian; there is a jar full of them in the Mauvian Headquarters. Once a Senshi Cellphone has been updated, the Moon Pearl simply merges into an app that can be accessed like their 'Home' button and can teleport them to the Moon City. If the character did not receive a Moon Pearl before upgrading, they can simply download the app and have immediate access without locating a Mauvian.
Teleporting to the Moon Palace will always bring you to the same location: the most ruined part of the Moon Palace, an old spire which once held the stone from which the sword of Silver Crystal was drawn. From here you can see vast gardens that, while once meticulously maintained, have now grown freely. Vines now grow freely over walkways and up pillars, and hang from the ceilings. There are walkways that are nearly impassable due to the thick growth.
The palace, though ruined, is still in a usable state. There is rubble on the floor, some windows are shattered, and parts of the castle that have completely collapsed, but there is a full wing of the palace that seems to have sustained only minor or cosmetic damage. Some of the available rooms appear to be large reception rooms, and there is a massive library--though it is full of unreadable books. The language does not resemble any language on Earth and it does not seem like there is any way to translate it.
Perhaps the most well-preserved portion of the palace is a hallway wing filled with odd doors of every shape, size, and color; some have no visible markings, however some have unrecognizable symbols on them. These doors do not open for anyone no matter how much force they use--however as more Senshi Courts have begun to appear it has become clear that the rooms in this Hallway, through some magical means, seem to be designated as Headquarters. Once a Court is formed, they can claim a room in this hallway. The Headquarters can be reached and unlocked for the first time through a Sailor Teleport, and though members of the Court can come and go as they please, no one else may enter without permission. Though Senshi Courts can reach their Headquarters through Sailor Teleport or through visiting the Moon Palace during the full moon, they cannot exit their Headquarters on days other than the day before, day of, and day after the full moon; the doors are mysteriously locked except when the Moon Palace would be otherwise accessible.
The Throne room and the living quarters of the palace are still sealed by ancient magic. Large curtains of falling silver light prevent entrance to any of these places by anyone. This same light falls around the Palace, preventing anyone from leaving and exploring the city.
While some outside ruins of the city are visible, great walls surround the palace and block out vision of the rest of the Moon City.
Further destruction of the Moon Palace is not permitted, however restoration efforts can be pursued if players would like to plot for this!
The Moon City is not visible to Earth due to magical cloaking devices designed to protect it. While science has observed a different gravity during our explorations of the Moon, Order characters are unaffected by this. In ancient times, the Moon City was capable of creating technology to maintain the gravitational pull in specific areas to ensure that all guests were comfortable, however powered characters are typically unaffected by gravitational changes. Similarly, the atmosphere within the Moon City mimics Earth; while powered characters are typically not affected by a change in atmosphere or lack of oxygen due to their powered nature, it is still worth noting that the Moon City has a synthetic atmosphere that could foster life from Earth.
While inside the Moon Palace, all powered characters will notice that the gravity seems to be identical to what they are used to on Earth. If they were ever to leave the Moon City, the gravity would be the same as what has been scientifically observed. Reaching the Moon PalaceOnly Order Characters have the ability to travel to the Moon Palace, however they can bring up to two powered up, Order-aligned guests with them. To travel to the Moon Palace, an Order Character must have gone through a Mauvian to obtain a small, magical charm that permits them to do so. This charm looks like a luminous little pearl, dangling on a looped string and is meant to be attached to Senshi cell phones or fastened to Knight Rings. A Mauvain may modify the Pearl into an accessory to be worn in such a way that does not require them to be attached to the phones or rings to be used. There is a large jar of these pearls at the Mauvian Headquarters, and any Guardian Cat can give them out. You may choose to RP this or just handwave that your character got their pearl somewhere. These pearls should never fall into the hands of a Chaos Agent but if they do, they become completely useless and cannot be taken apart or examined.
If a Senshi cellphone has been upgraded, their Moon Pearl will naturally merge with the phone and download the Moon Palace App; if a Senshi has an upgraded cell phone but was never given a pearl, they can simply download the App onto their phone from a list of available apps. If their Moon Pearl was fastened into an accessory that they would like to keep, as long as it wasn’t attached to the phone at the time of upgrade, it won’t merge into it.
When these pearls are activated, or when the App is pressed, the Order Character(s) are teleported to the Moon Palace. The pearl will glow brightly when there is a full moon in the sky, and the App will gently glow in the phone, indicating that it has the energy to carry them to the Moon Palace. To teleport there with a Pearl, a character only needs to look up at the moon and focus on it, channeling their energy into their thoughts; to teleport with the App, a Senshi simply needs to press and hold the app and do the same.
This does not drain energy, and a pearl or App can be used as often as desired for the three day duration that it has the strength to do so. An Order Character may travel back and forth an almost infinite number of times during those three days, or stay at the Moon Palace for all three days. Once the Full Moon has ended, the pearl (or app) will lose its glow until it has recharged and is ready to be used again during the next full moon. Rules for Moon City Because the shop operates in real time, we use real world dates for the full moon. If your character is travelling to the Moon Palace, ICly it must abide by these dates but you do not have to start or finish your roleplay on the exact date. However, these roleplays should not be backdated more than three months. The exception to this is if a Senshi is travelling to their Headquarters, but you cannot explore the Moon Palace if your Court is going to your Headquarters outside the dates of the full moon. If you have a need to utilize the Moon or a safe space for a group of Order characters outside of the full moon dates, please contact The Space Cauldron and we will try to work with you to set something up! A character of any rank can comfortably take up to two Order guests who do not have pearls; because this does not use their own energy, this would not leave them drained. Chaos characters cannot travel to the Moon Palace under any circumstances; only Order characters can venture here. Even if they had the purest intentions, Chaos in any incarnation will be immediately repelled and returned to their previous location without even managing a glimpse of it. Civilians cannot be taken to the Moon City. If an Order character attempts to travel with any non-Order character, the Pearl/App will teleport them, but not their non-Order guests. There are restricted places in the Moon City for a reason; you cannot venture anywhere that is off limits and you cannot leave the Palace. These roleplays should be done in the Deep Space Subforum. You can do more than one roleplay per visit, but you should include the date of each visit in each roleplay. If your character is trying to stay on the Moon, they can only stay until the day after the Full Moon; because the natural defenses of the Moon City, and because the power of the pearl/app would be waning at that point in time, it would automatically send you back to Earth. Characters cannot have past life memories of this location unless they have staff permission. It should not be expected that any memory that includes interaction with the Royal Family or any other canon character will ever be recovered. While it may be possible to find unique things on the Moon, you must send these in for plot approval! If there is something your character is interested in researching, please let us know and we will work with you!

MauMau is the homeworld of all Mauvians, colloquially known as Guardian Cats. During the Silver Millennium, Mau was a neutral party throughout the universe. Mauvians were the most technologically advanced race in the universe, and discovered the bond between a Senshi and their homeworld. The Mauvians were able to develop pens that allowed Senshi to unlock the full potential of their starseed.
These shapeshifting felines are generally heralded as the forefront in technology and discovery of new places in the galaxy. Mauvian innovation helped create some of the best defenses in the galaxy including assisting in developing the technology on the Moon as well as the Surrounding itself.
While Mau itself is a neutral faction that takes no side in any disagreement, possible war, or any sort of conflict politically, they have always been at the forefront of ensuring the forces of Order have the strongest influence across the Universe.
Many Mauvians spent their formative years developing and learning while on the planet Mau and then, to sate their vast curiosity, left to explore the universe and discover new worlds. Upon leaving, many Mau would often find a Senshi to bond with, and spend much of their life on their bonded Senshi homeworld. However, the Mauvians were not limited to a single place and may choose to travel endlessly.
It was rare for a Mauvian to remain on the planet of Mau for long periods of time, and almost unheard of that one would never leave. While Mauvians were always free to return to their homeworld, it was uncommon to do after leaving; many simply sent information back to their Homeworld to share their knowledge and continued learning and exploring.
It is not possible to RP at Mau in the past or present; it can be referenced in roleplay but even Mauvians cannot RP at this location at this time.
