Four Primary Factors:
(These are the primary four factors that affect a character’s “Rate of Chakra.”)
-Efficiency(How well?)
-Range(How far?)
-Duration(How long?)
-Quantity(How many?)
Rate of Chakra
(Your rate of chakra is how much chakra is flowing out of your body in order to perform a Jutsu. Think about your body as an outlet and your chakra as electricity, while the four factors are different cords being plugged into that outlet. You can only pump out so much electricity at a time to compensate for these cords. You cannot alter the rate in which your outlet dishes out electricity. The same applies to your rate of chakra. You cannot adjust or modify how much chakra you are pulling out of yourself. Even if you have the required amount of chakra for, per say, a Bijuu Bomb. That doesn’t mean you’ll be able to instantly pull out a Bijuu Bomb’s worth of chakra instantly no matter what repercussions you add to your character. You must remember to be generous with how much chakra your ability will require. Just remember that you have a fixed limit on how much chakra you are able to pull out of yourself. The four factors below are great for measuring your rate of chakra in order to contemplate on whether the Jutsu may work or not:
•Efficiency
(Efficiency can be seen as speed, strength, durability, etc etc. It is essentially how effective you are in these generalized categories. The more efficient you want to be at something, the more efficiency you’ll need, and the more efficiency you have, the more your Rate of Chakra will increase.)
•Range
(This can include area of effect(AOE), touch, sight, etc etc. Anything that has to do with a conditional radius is considered to be your range. You are using chakra to amplify your range of influence. The more range you have, the more your Rate of Chakra increases.)
•Duration
(This can include how long an ability or effect lasts, how long a Jutsu needs to be charged, and just pretty much how much time is needed for anything. The longer something lasts, the more it indicates its chakra usage, and the more chakra you are using, the more you are increasing your Rate of Chakra.)
•Quantity
(This can include how much of something is created, how many projectiles are produced, and anything that has to do with an increase in general mass(whether it be physical or not). The more of something there is, the more chakra is being used to make that, thus the more your Rate of Chakra increases.)
•Nature
(complex nature transformations such as fused elements or the nara clan's shadow nature will take more chakra.)
