█BACKGROUND ▬ Father to Cecil, Argent is the son of the now deceased Grandfather Sessilian the 3rd and wielder of the 2nd Weapon of the Roydon Family: The Arcblade. Argent was always a believer of following family tradition and practiced his life growing up to become a huntsman like his father before him in order to earn the Reiterpallasch. But he never could take a physical hit without his aura and as such, while he became a successful Huntsman, his father was never willing to part with the Reiterpallasch to Argent. Time grew and passed, by the time he was 23, he had fallen in love with Ashleigh del Vonterblen, an Atlesian who moved to Vale for travelling studies on plant life. By the time he was 24, he was set to wed, and before he turned 25, she took his last name. That same year, Cecil would be conceived.
Having a son of his own, Argent would begin to drop the traditions of keeping a huntsman son and chose to let his son explore things himself, only to end up following in the same path due to the story books Ashleigh would always read to him before bed. Argent was supportive and helped Cecil learn his semblance to make it into Sigil and into Beacon with Academic help as well. During Cecil's growing days, Argent's hair slowly grew silver in tone, shifting from the original Dark Blue he had, and when Cecil got into Beacon and attending to it, he had been having nightmares and started to work on leaving something for Cecil when he dies.
He does not have much time left... but he will be damned if he were to die humbled. At the very least he will leave the world to his two children Cecil and their new Daughter of 4, Aria.
█FUTURE PLANS ▬ I plan to have him die during the Villain raid, but he won't be easy to take down. His Arcblade is a powerful weapon to anyone who wishes to keep it... and a valuable item to sell for the wicked.

█PRIMARY WEAPON █ ▬ The Arcblade is the 2nd Roydon Family weapon, known to have three forms and utilizing Fire and lightning dusts as the primary dust usages. The Three forms that consists of it are Sword, Whip, and Dust/Semblance Shotgun. While the Sword itself is only 3ft long in terms of Blade Length, the whip Extends the reach to nearly 10 feet due to the hidden long chain inside of it. When coated by the User's Aura, the blade segments can form a floating circle powered by the aura and can channel a user's Semblance, Dust, or Raw Aura to generate a shotgun spread-like blast in the element of the Semblance or Dust. Raw Aura is considered Fire-type. The Circle it forms is of 3ft diameter and it can only be made infront of the user. The reach of the Shotgun blast is effective only up to 15 ft. █Melee Form ▬ Melee █Ranged Form ▬ Ranged █Other Form(s) ▬ (Additional Forms) █Ammo Type ▬ Aura █ ▬ The Whip can easily be caught and/or the transformation can be jammed from returning to sword form if the chain is disrupted. ▬ Shotgun Spread is more effective up close rather than afar and only reaches 15 ft away.

█*NAME ▬ Frigid Knight's Dragon █*AURA COLOR ▬ Dark Blue with Lightning █*DESCRIPTION █ ▬ Like Cecil, Argent's primary semblance activation starts with chilling the air around him, but unlike Cecil, he can generate vast structures of Ice, predominately a coat of Ice around him for defense with a moving Hydra-like head coming from his back. As the Semblance gets stronger he can summon more heads at once. Like Cecil, he is able to force his semblance and make it activate faster for a limited time. The Hydra heads obey predominately reactive command from his hands. His body is mostly immune to his own semblance's cold and the natural decline in temperature. █*LEVEL 0 ▬ When activated, he maintains the chilling state up to 7 posts. After 2 posts from the chilling process, he can manifest a cloak of ice to bolster his defenses. He can also only summon one Hydra head the up to his body height in size to attack. The head can be damaged and destroyed but it lasts throughout the entire chilling state. Once his chilling state ends, he has to wait 5 posts before he could reactivate his semblance again. If the head is destroyed in this level, it takes another 2 posts to respawn again. While the length of the hydra matches his height, the head is around 3 feet in diameter. When forced, he can activate the cloak and hydra head instantly but the state lasts for 4 posts instead. █*LEVEL 1▬ The Chilling State becomes stronger, creating a literal air of cold around Argent as he can maintain it for up to 10 posts; but whenever it ends he must wait 6 posts to activate it once more.. The Ice Cloak becomes more armor like, slowing Argent down, but improving his defenses increadibly well. Whenever the First Hydra head is destroyed, it will be replaced in the next post by two larger Hydra heads, the size increasing to 10 feet tall for each head. If the newer larger heads are destroyed in this level, it takes 2 posts to respawn each head once. The new Hydra head's are 6 feet in diameter. When Forced, the state only lasts for about 5 posts but he can summon the two hydra heads after 3 posts instead of waiting for the first head to break. █*LEVEL 2▬ His Chilling state becomes the Freezing State at this level, generating a field of ice slowly as he activates this semblance. Once activated, the semblance can now last up to 15 posts, and after 5 posts, he generates a field of broken and slippery ice around him in a 30ft radius. His Hydra heads can now breath what is essentially an aura form of dragon's breath. If exposed without aura, the enemy becomes covered in a thin layer of ice, flash freezing as it were without being frozen solid. They are stuck like that for one post. Whenever an Ice Breath is used, all Hydras have to wait 4 posts inbetween usage. Whenever any of the second Hydra heads are destroyed, another pair grow in their place in the next post, growing bigger still. the 3rd set of Hydra heads are now 15 feet tall. If the newer larger heads are destroyed in this level, it takes 3 posts to respawn each head once. The new Hydra head's are 9 feet in diameter. When he forces his semblance at this Level, it causes the semblance to only last for 7 posts, but the field of ice is instead created on the 3rd post along with the two Hydra heads. █*LEVEL 3▬ (300-399 posts) █*DRAWBACKS ▬ 1st Weakness: Whenever Argent Activates his semblance, he is unable to move from his spot, his legs are effectively trapped upon the ground. ▬ 2nd Weakness: His semblance in general is vulnerable to Fire Dust or Fire-based Semblances. 1 Raw Large Fire Dust can destroy any of the Hydra Heads. ▬ 3rd Weakness: After the first time activation of his Forced State, Argent's body begins to develop slight spots of ice around his body parts, reducing his speed and reaction time by 1/4. Upon the 2nd use of Forcing his Semblance in the same day, his semblance lashes out against him, overriding his cold resistance by slowly freezing his body, both inside and out, and slowing him down enough to only move at half his speed. The ice that grows on his body parts begin to grow more apparent. If he uses it a 3rd time in the same day he incapacitates himself halfway through the forced state. The ice that developed around his body grows around more than 25% of his body, not lethally freezing a limb, but dropping his internal temperature close to fatal levels and causing his body to shut down to survive. In order to recover from this weakness, Argent needs a day to recuperate. ▬ 4th Weakness: Any Heads at their corresponding level that are destroyed only get resummoned once, but afterwards they cannot be respawned until the Semblance is restarted. ▬ 5th Weakness: When wielding a weapon, he can only direct half of his hydras at once(Rounded down).

1) Primary talent: I would change the wording around for this, as semblances usually beat out talents or if someone has a steal talent equal to this. So something like this- Spacial Awareness: He usually knows what is within his 30 feet at any given moment, his training as a huntsman helping to tune his senses to where he can detect most beings that would be behind him and keep aware of what else is around him.
2) I would get rid of the very long bits of flavor text and leave it more simply as aura sight, as with current wording it sounds like he has access to more than just that via advanced aura. As for perceiving the invisibility the wording is weird...what does this mean exactly? "Being able to perceive another's Aura and semblance that would normally be invisible."
Weapon:
1) Your images do not work.
2) I'm not quite understanding how the weapon is able to shoot aura/semblance/ dust powered blasts like this when its just a floating circle. For an npc, this part seems a bit too complex since it is fueled by semblance, aura, and dust to do it like this.
Semblance:
1) Level 0: How big is the hydra head? After it is destroyed, does he need to wait till he does the semblance again to make another?
2) Level 1: After one of the two heads (after the first is destroyed) get destroyed, do more get created or does he get no more till next semblance use?
3) Level 3: The breath need a cooldown. I would say 4 posts.

█PRIMARY WEAPON █ ▬ The Arcblade is the 2nd Roydon Family weapon, known to have three forms and utilizing Fire and lightning dusts as the primary dust usages. The Three forms that consists of it are Sword, Whip, and Dust/Semblance Shotgun. While the Sword itself is only 3ft long in terms of Blade Length, the whip Extends the reach to nearly 10 feet due to the hidden long chain inside of it. When coated by the User's Aura, the blade segments can form a floating circle powered by the aura and can channel a user's Semblance, Dust, or Raw Aura to generate a shotgun spread-like blast in the element of the Semblance or Dust. Raw Aura is considered Fire-type. The Circle it forms is of 3ft diameter and it can only be made infront of the user. The reach of the Shotgun blast is effective only up to 15 ft. █Melee Form ▬ Melee █Ranged Form ▬ Ranged █Other Form(s) ▬ (Additional Forms) █Ammo Type ▬ Aura █ ▬ The Whip can easily be caught and/or the transformation can be jammed from returning to sword form if the chain is disrupted. ▬ Shotgun Spread is more effective up close rather than afar and only reaches 15 ft away.

█*NAME ▬ Frigid Knight's Dragon █*AURA COLOR ▬ Dark Blue with Lightning █*DESCRIPTION █ ▬ Like Cecil, Argent's primary semblance activation starts with chilling the air around him, but unlike Cecil, he can generate vast structures of Ice, predominately a coat of Ice around him for defense with a moving Hydra-like head coming from his back. As the Semblance gets stronger he can summon more heads at once. Like Cecil, he is able to force his semblance and make it activate faster for a limited time. The Hydra heads obey predominately reactive command from his hands. His body is mostly immune to his own semblance's cold and the natural decline in temperature. █*LEVEL 0 ▬ When activated, he maintains the chilling state up to 7 posts. After 2 posts from the chilling process, he can manifest a cloak of ice to bolster his defenses. He can also only summon one Hydra head the up to his body height in size to attack. The head can be damaged and destroyed but it lasts throughout the entire chilling state. Once his chilling state ends, he has to wait 5 posts before he could reactivate his semblance again. If the head is destroyed in this level, it takes another 2 posts to respawn again. While the length of the hydra matches his height, the head is around 3 feet in diameter. When forced, he can activate the cloak and hydra head instantly but the state lasts for 4 posts instead. █*LEVEL 1▬ The Chilling State becomes stronger, creating a literal air of cold around Argent as he can maintain it for up to 10 posts; but whenever it ends he must wait 6 posts to activate it once more.. The Ice Cloak becomes more armor like, slowing Argent down, but improving his defenses increadibly well. Whenever the First Hydra head is destroyed, it will be replaced in the next post by two larger Hydra heads, the size increasing to 10 feet tall for each head. If the newer larger heads are destroyed in this level, it takes 2 posts to respawn each head once. The new Hydra head's are 6 feet in diameter. When Forced, the state only lasts for about 5 posts but he can summon the two hydra heads after 3 posts instead of waiting for the first head to break. █*LEVEL 2▬ His Chilling state becomes the Freezing State at this level, generating a field of ice slowly as he activates this semblance. Once activated, the semblance can now last up to 15 posts, and after 5 posts, he generates a field of broken and slippery ice around him in a 30ft radius. His Hydra heads can now breath what is essentially an aura form of dragon's breath. If exposed without aura, the enemy becomes covered in a thin layer of ice, flash freezing as it were without being frozen solid. They are stuck like that for one post. Whenever an Ice Breath is used, all Hydras have to wait 4 posts inbetween usage. Whenever any of the second Hydra heads are destroyed, another pair grow in their place in the next post, growing bigger still. the 3rd set of Hydra heads are now 15 feet tall. If the newer larger heads are destroyed in this level, it takes 3 posts to respawn each head once. The new Hydra head's are 9 feet in diameter. When he forces his semblance at this Level, it causes the semblance to only last for 7 posts, but the field of ice is instead created on the 3rd post along with the two Hydra heads. █*LEVEL 3▬ (300-399 posts) █*DRAWBACKS ▬ 1st Weakness: Whenever Argent Activates his semblance, he is unable to move from his spot, his legs are effectively trapped upon the ground. ▬ 2nd Weakness: His semblance in general is vulnerable to Fire Dust or Fire-based Semblances. 1 Raw Large Fire Dust can destroy any of the Hydra Heads. ▬ 3rd Weakness: After the first time activation of his Forced State, Argent's body begins to develop slight spots of ice around his body parts, reducing his speed and reaction time by 1/4. Upon the 2nd use of Forcing his Semblance in the same day, his semblance lashes out against him, overriding his cold resistance by slowly freezing his body, both inside and out, and slowing him down enough to only move at half his speed. The ice that grows on his body parts begin to grow more apparent. If he uses it a 3rd time in the same day he incapacitates himself halfway through the forced state. The ice that developed around his body grows around more than 25% of his body, not lethally freezing a limb, but dropping his internal temperature close to fatal levels and causing his body to shut down to survive. In order to recover from this weakness, Argent needs a day to recuperate. ▬ 4th Weakness: Any Heads at their corresponding level that are destroyed only get resummoned once, but afterwards they cannot be respawned until the Semblance is restarted. ▬ 5th Weakness: When wielding a weapon, he can only direct half of his hydras at once(Rounded down).
