To enhance his physical prowess and further his pursuit of the Jashinist artifacts, Satoshi seeks two genetic transplants. He has heard rumors of a Mahofu in the northern Fire Country in the foothills near the Land of Iron's border. He is also interested in visiting a branch of the Uzumakis that still staunchly remain in the ruined Uzushio Isles. Satoshi is investigating these areas after flying the Prophet out of the Land of Iron and over the southern border. He feels satisfied in his revenge against the Seiryu but ultimately empty. Perhaps the ache would be relieved in his pursuit of more power...

▱▰▱The pirate disembarked from his airship for a more personal adventure. Soyeon knew where he was going but the rest were pretty much left in the dark. He would leave them to tend to their own affairs as he stepped foot on the Fire Country's soil. Apparently, the Mahofu he was looking for was an elderly exile and quite the hermit. The elder was distrustful of shinobi and seemed to be spending the last few decades waiting out his exile. Perhaps he hoped that he could outlast his rivals in the clan and return home. Satoshi went to a town in the area to continue chasing the rumor. When he entered the tavern he sought out the barkeep and purchased some rum he immediately spoke up. "Yee be in the knowledge of any old samurai 'round here?" Satoshi asked and it took the tavern owner a few seconds to understand what he was saying. "Samurai don't live here." He said flatly but earnestly as he took some time to think about the question. He was rather unsure but Satoshi's smiling eye continued to fixate on him silently until the man felt pressured enough to add in more information as it came to him. "My sister works at the grocery store and says the owner makes deliveries to an old man's home a few miles north of here in the hills. He always has a rusty old katana on his hip. Might be that he's a samurai? That's all I got." Satoshi was satisfied with the answer and gulped down the rum in no time. He slammed the glass on the bar and turned around quietly to take his leave. At least now he had a lead beyond whispers from the Iron Country. The Prophet captain entered the grocery store. "Yee the owner?" He asked the man behind the counter who quietly nodded. "Yes, who's asking?" Satoshi smirked before elaborating. "I hear yee deliver groceries to an old samurai five miles yonder. Where be this residence?" He asked straightforwardly and surprised the owner. "Yeah, he pays me good money to bring him food and supplies from the store every week. Doesn't talk much and I don't know if he's a samurai. Just a rumor but I think he might be." The grocer confirmed the story and Satoshi asked his question again. "Where?" The pirate allowed the air to become still as he thrust this question. "Uh...north on the main road. The house is brown and old, traditional, black roof. It's only a tall hill. It's the only one up there. You'll see it." The grocer was a little intimidated by Satoshi's unnerving presence. He considered questioning Satoshi's motives for looking for him but simply wanted the man out of his store as soon as possible and to avoid any trouble. Satoshi smirked again and turned on his heel before stepping out of the grocery store and heading up the road.
Satoshi continued up the road and stopped when he saw the house. It was as unassuming as one would expect and tucked away by some trees. He knew that he found the right place when he saw the man sitting in front of the house and meditating in a modest zen garden. "How sweet, are you going to help him cross the street?" Yogen asked sarcastically from Satoshi's shoulder. He knew all too well what Satoshi intended and was simply enjoying the show. "Nay, I have something else in mind." Satoshi smirked again before stepping off the road and walking up the path. He halted behind the seated elder with a sword on his hip as expected. "Are you the Mahofu exile? I'm here for yee DNA." The pirate captain spoke directly to his intentions as the man turned around after hearing Satoshi's footfalls and slithering voice. "And do what with it? Inject it into yourself for the miasma? You shinobi have no respect for your clans anymore. You desecrate your own heritage by stealing the blood of another. Where I come from, we honor our ancestors. The genetics we were born with remain pure, undiluted. Yes, I am a Mahofu, my blood is sacred. I'll not give it up to you." The samurai's voice was venomous as he slowly stood up, using his katana as a cane. He unsheathed the blade and stood his stance. It was clear that he was a seasoned warrior but weakened by age. He stared at Satoshi fiercely, he knew that he was far too old and sick to fight but he would rather die with his honor than live in dishonor. Satoshi brandished his cutlass and watched as miasma began encircling them. He was all too familiar with it from when he invaded the Land of Iron. At least it confirmed that he found the right man. He cut the frail old warrior down with ease. The man collapsed but not before Satoshi waled on him repeatedly with his fists. He wanted to give the proud old samurai a humiliating and painful death. Satoshi took great pleasure in this murder before collecting the DNA sample and storing it in a container.
He would return to the Prophet and store the container in the clinic room for later before driving the ship towards the whirlpool islands...

▱▰▱The crow sage sailed to the Uzushio islands. He allowed his airship to switch gears into water mode so that he could enjoy raising sail on the sea. His ship looked more like a galleon than a flying ship either way. He set sail off the shores of the Fire Country before arriving in the whirlpool islands. He glanced around and appreciated his true father's handiwork. Most of the islands he sailed past were covered in thick layers of volcanic ash. He went to one of the smaller outlying islands that were less impacted by the event that led to the annihilation of Uzushiogakure. The stolen ship was anchored on the shore of a historic island with a massive manor of Uzumakis. He was sure that there were plenty more Uzumaki clan homes littered all over the isles even still. Although he imagined that there were far more that were wiped away in Kogarashi's wake. When he disembarked he walked immediately toward the massive home and noticed the spiral sigil. Satoshi entered the manor and noticed that the rooms were filled with children practicing the sealing formulas of the clan through calligraphy. There were also older children outside practicing other shinobi skills. Based on his reading there were no finer fuuinjutsu shinobi than the Uzumaki and the Yozen. He was unwilling to get a Yozen transplant for fear of obtaining their forbidden seal which would isolate him from the crows. No, the Uzumaki genetics would do just fine. An Uzumaki clan attendant approached Satoshi when he entered and bowed politely. "Welcome to the Uzumaki clan manor. How may I help you?" Satoshi looked around the room shiftily before responding. "I'm here for an Uzumaki genetic sample for a transplant." He expected some resistance as he awaited a response. "Very well, right this way." Completely caught off guard given the resistance he received from the Mahofu the day before it took him a moment to process the response before following behind her. She took him to an empty clinic before retrieving a sample in preservation fluids. "Our manor sells Uzumaki genetic samples for ten thousand ryo each." She extended her hand and withheld the sample knowingly for receiving payment. Satoshi grabbed her skull and slammed her head into the wall before ripping the sample out of her hands. He walked out of the freezer and nonchalantly closed the freezer door behind him. "That was easy." Yogen squawked out a laugh at Satoshi's flagrant thievery. Satoshi walked out of the manor and returned to his ship with the sample. He stored the sample with the Mahofu DNA before switching the Prophet to flight mode en route to the new Konohagakure.
When he arrived in Konohagakure he parked his ship in the Takijinsei forest. Once he disembarked he entered the village and went to the hospital. Upon arrival, he requested two transplant surgeries and provided the samples. The surgeries were successful but it took him some time to recover from the transplants. It took a while for them to stabilize. Once he was discharged he left the village and returned to his ship.

▱▰▱Satoshi retrieved a tome of forging methods to learn the craft of weaponsmithing. His cutlass had served him well but he intended to replace it with a more potent blade to aid in the endeavors of his long reave. He flew the Prophet from Konoha back up to the northern mountains. The chilly mountains on the border between Konoha and the Iron Country held many legendary treasures. One of which belonged to an ancient Mahofu samurai that could only be accessed by the miasma. From what he learned of the samurai lore, the blade was cursed and led to the insanity of its wielder. Satoshi expected this is why the Mahofu never sent search parties looking for one of their ancestral blades. It was known as Kagekiken no Genso, the genjutsu sword of miasma that could bring fiction into reality. Satoshi was now reading extensively from a book in his hand on reforging antique weapons for present-day use. He continued reading the crafting methods as he left the ship and set foot on one of the chilly mountains. Satoshi brought the book and a kit of metallurgy to hone his craft while searching for the blade. He had a feeling that the blade was made frail over centuries of abandonment in a cave. Sato only hoped that his partial Mahofu DNA would allow him access to the lost weapon assuming that it even existed.
Satoshi began exploring an intricate cave system in the darkest and coldest mountain on the Iron border with Fire. This mountain was said to have a special connection to the Mahofu as the warm fire mountain had a connection to the Seinaru Enjo. He noticed some Mahofu clansmen embarking on a pilgrimage along the mountains although they avoided the spelunking activities that Satoshi was engaged in to find an ancient cursed Mahofu artifact. Once he entered the cave he lit a torch and explored further. He used the flame as a reading light as he comprehended more details on weaponsmithing. Satoshi had a decent aptitude for it but he needed to be extremely skilled to temper a weapon such as Kagekiken. Even if the weapon did manage to curse him in exchange for power he knew where his fate would lead him so the risk ultimately did not matter to him. Bats flew over his head as he walked deeper into the cavern. The book of legends said that the ancient Mahofu samurai who wielded this katana was driven mad by it but that her mixture of illusions and swordsmanship was deadly and spectacular. Satoshi was likely mad enough that the sword would be unable to affect him, further buttressing his confidence. He took a break from walking to practice his metallurgy craft according to the weaponsmithing book's instructions. "You better know the way out of here." Yogen admonished Satoshi. The crow enjoyed darkness as much as the next ebony feathered avian of the midnight dreary realm but he did not enjoy the prospect of getting lost and starving to death. As usual, Satoshi ignored him and focused on honing his craft along his adventure. Once he was done, he pressed onward and explored the cavern's darkest depths. Madness had led Kagekiken's previous owner to seek solitude in the mountain's cavern system.
Satoshi came to a halt when he discovered a massive crystalline room that glowed so brightly that he no longer needed his torch. The cavern opening was mainly filled by a purple light mixed in with some pinks, greens, blues, and more for a truly awe-inspiring sight. In the center of this crystalline part of the cavern revealed what he was searching for. A rusted katana stood upright with the tip of the blade piercing the rocky floor. The skeletal remains of the one who he could only assume were from the original owner of Kagekiken were laid next to it. Satoshi took his first step towards it which caused the blade to come alive. Miasma filled the room before Satoshi sprinted toward the sword. He ripped it out of the ground and felt his crow's eye begin to glow. The miasma cloud was thick and hazy as it presented numerous images. The blade felt frail in his hands as he waved it through the miasma. It presented images to him that he found intriguing. It presented a story to him of a great hero with a fatal flaw in his fragile sanity. Satoshi assumed that this was its attempt to presenting its abilities to him through enchantment and incantation. Satoshi formed a single-handed sign before releasing himself from the genjutsu. The miasma and images disappeared immediately and cleared the cavern. "How's it able to cast genjutsu on its own? Without a wielder?" Yogen inquired as he examined the blade from Satoshi's shoulder. "Careful it doesn't break on ya." Yogen noticed its fragility as Satoshi examined it as well by slowly drawing the ancient weapon from its scabbard. "It is...otherworldly. Its presence in my palm places me in bewilderment. As dull as it be, I feel it slicing through reality and into oblivion. Reforged I can bring forth the frightening days of yore. Kagekiken's prime." Satoshi put the delicate ancient weapon on his hip before walking out of the cave. He used his memory to backtrack and walked through the labyrinthian caverns. Once he saw the light of day he followed it and allowed his eye to readjust as it eased into the sunlight. When he stepped out of the cavern he returned to his ship and flew out of the area. Once he found a suitable resting point he halted the ship and walked to the forge. Satoshi readied the blade and began heating the forge. As he awaited the forge to come to life he finished reading the weaponsmithing book. It would be a delicate process but he would carefully be able to reforge the same weapon and make it strong again while maintaining its properties. "Aye, they don't make 'em like they used to, eh?" It was difficult to comprehend how this blade was able to last over the ages. The craftsmanship was excellent and it seemed the weapon's abilities gave it an identity of its own. The weapon was expertly crafted as well but he needed to take the metal and reforge the blade of legend into something new while maintaining what it was before. Satoshi had the idea of giving it a cutlass blade with the same katana handle and scabbard somehow. He melted the metal compounds down carefully. "Yeah but when you found it the thing couldn't cut my a** feather." Yogen cackled at his own joke deriding Kagekiken. Perhaps the "cursed" weapon would plague him as well but the crow was more than willing to tempt that fate through mockery. When forge roared and came to life before Satoshi began tempering and reshaping the metal. He added fresh steel to strengthen the old. Once it was freshly forged he waited for the metal to cool. When he dipped it in the water steam filled the room before Satoshi unveiled it to Yogen. "Behold! Kagekiken no Genso, the new cutlass." Satoshi channeled miasma through it which allowed him access to its abilities. It seemed that his transplanted Mahofu genetics allowed him to use the sword with ease.

This alternative method for Fuuin must still adhere to the alternative jutsu casting clause as chakra must still be gathered to accomplish a technique as a seal isn't instantly created. In addition, with one-touch and one action, the Uzumaki is able to summon up to three creatures from a contract for only the chakra cost of the highest-ranked creature summoned.

▱▰▱Satoshi was embroiled in the energy deficit of a mid-afternoon slump as he began nodding off in his reading chair. He forced himself to awaken and continue reading through his fatigue. He had a keen enough interest in what he was reading to keep flipping pages despite the heaviness of his eyelids. He was fascinated by the prophecies of various cultures and he managed to sleuth up some information about a toxic elixir created by a reclusive oni tribe in the fire country that could aid in divining fate. Such matters were Satoshi's constant obsession. His energy returned to him as he learned more apocryphal details about the shadowfoot tribe's rituals and their location. He shut the book and grabbed another on toxicology before collecting Yogen from his coop. He left the ship in the Land of Fire in pursuit of the black forest.
Satoshi was reading his toxicology book which began with details on how to handle toxic ingredients. Then it elaborated on various brewing methods. He walked into the black forest that was clearly avoided by local townspeople. He noticed that several trees in the forest had strange blue leaves. They were uniquely textured and inky as Satoshi examined them. They were clearly toxic but from what he read of the mixture he knew they were a key ingredient. He continued walking through the forest and the deeper he stepped toward the center the more night began to fall. He also noticed more signs of life including large oni footprints. "You really think drinking some ogre brew will help you understand King Yatagarasu's prophecies? Oni getting stoned out of their gourd and banging rocks together hardly holds a candle to the crow lore." Yogen was highly dismissive of this mission but Satoshi was undeterred. He felt his eye roll in response to Yogen's heckling on the subject. "The Shadowfoot be smart enough to know that fate is all there is. It be a matter of importance to collect knowledge from many sources. Besides, even if this drink doesn't work it'll be a good poison in a swashbuckle." This tribe sounded more intelligent than most humans in Satoshi's book given their priority placed on prophecies. Most cultures were too obsessed with pretending that they have free will. It was not long before Satoshi eventually found the village gathered around a massive fire in a clearing of the forest. Giant casks of the night brew were rolled out and filled goblet after goblet. Satoshi was illuminated by the roaring flame that was fed by the Shadowfoot oni throwing some of their brew in just to flame the flame roar. When he approached the tribe they all looked over at him. "A visitor?" One of them asked as the chief oni stood from his seat position in front of the fire and walked over to look at Satoshi. "Aye, I'm Satoshi Hojo the crow sage and the captain of the prophet. I'm here to taste the Yorujozo." The pirate spoke confidently despite being surrounded by behemoth purple oni. The chief that stood before him, however, was by far the most massive of the shadowfoot tribe. He looked up at the towering horned creature and smirked. "Hello sage of crows, Sa-to-shi. It's been many moons since we've had a visitor. My visions with the Yo-ru-jo-zo have shown me your face. The visions told me that you can read crow prophecy. Tell me my prophecy and I will teach you to brew our sacred Yo-ru-jo-zo." Satoshi was surprised by how expected and well-received he was by the chieftain. He supposed that he could come to expect a higher level of intelligence for oni who specialized in prophecy. He knew that the locals widely considered them to be dangerous practitioners of the more dark arts but they did not seem threatening in reality. "Aye, I shall tell yee what I can behold in the black flame and read in the crow lore." Satoshi had no problem agreeing to such an arrangement. Knowledge in exchange for knowledge was a suitable arrangement for him. He stepped away to prepare for the reading ceremony. The sage cut his hand and applied nature chakra before throwing it into the fire. Immediately the flame crackled and turned from red to ebony as the oni watched in fascination. Satoshi sat in front of the flame and retrieved the crow contract from his back before unraveling it. He read the language of the scroll and prepared his mind for the visions he saw in the flames. As each symbol in the flame presented itself to him he described them in great detail. The oni chieftain would respond with fascination of what the symbols may represent of his fate given what he had seen in the Yorujozo visions before. When the black fire flickered away into the orange flame again the chief seemed satisfied with his prophecy and began teaching Satoshi how to brew the Yorujozo. He was first given one of the blue leaves to ingest in order to build his resistance to the poisonous effects. Satoshi stayed up all night with the shadowfoot crushing the leaves into powder with a mortar and pestle. This key ingredient was mixed with a variety of other powerful hallucinogens before being introduced to the alcohol. As the alcohol brewed he saw illusory images within the fumes of the drink that flowed like ichor. Satoshi poured the honey-thick liquor into his bottle before imbibing it. It tasted like a foul ink at first almost causing him to spit it out instantly. When he worked up the will to swallow it the sweetness of the alcohol began to insnare his senses. He spent the remainder of his night, not drunkenly dancing with the oni but seated quietly enjoying the potency of the images while reading the crow scroll. He felt his understanding deepen over the hours and when he became sober again he took a massive amount of supplies and ingredients to continue brewing on his ship and departed at dawn.

Using combat actions causes the hider to be revealed. Invisibility does not consume an action so players can weave in and out of invisibility with ease. When a player makes physical contact with another it makes the other player "found" and raises their tier of mental stress by one. Because of the illusionary nature of the fog, it can be blasted away but will cover the area immediately and seems to constantly replace itself. In the fog's denseness, there are passing phantoms of monstrous yokai. While in the fog, players can create [1] X-Ranked monster per post of their own imagination using their own chakra. The created monster can use basic combat attacks against another player's monster. When a player's monster dies a tiered amount of insanity based on the chakra rank of the monster inflicts the creator. If a monster harms a player's body they believe the injuries are real.
Personal Attributes ▱▰▱ Demonic Shroud | When an E-Rank amount of chakra is applied to Satoshi's natural chakra materialization it becomes even more realistic and haunting. Viewing the fog acts as the trigger for genjutsu and counts as eye contact for sharingan genjutsu/hypnosis if his sharingan is active. Alternatively, if no genjutsu is cast then viewing the shroud merely causes first-tier mental stress or insanity. This is not a technique and does not cost an activation. ▱▰▱ Illusory Prowess | This attribute allows any and all genjutsu to be cast through eye contact with the Uchiha. This alternative method for Fuuin must still adhere to the alternative jutsu casting clause as chakra must still be gathered to accomplish a technique as a seal isn't instantly created. In addition, with one-touch and one action, the Uzumaki is able to summon up to three creatures from a contract for only the chakra cost of the highest-ranked creature summoned.
