This is your first test run Arte_Misha_ADMIN.ANANKE_01 you have been entrusted to start making diplomatic ties with other civilizations… remember everything you do represents Ananke and Ananke is under the protection of Jupiter. You must make a good impression as a member of the Jovian moons as we don’t want to be outcasts even more than we already are… These words felt like they were on loop in her head. She could feel her caretaker brushing and styling her hair into braids and the decorative translators adorning the top of her head. Slowly picking up her parcel she sighed wondering if it was alright she made her own gift for the other diplomate she was going to meet… although she has yet to be able to transform into a soldier she still had a crystal and she hoped to make friends with the others who shared her fate. This is the first time she’s been allowed off Ananke… Misha’s glowing eyes moved over to the small device that she was given that had some information on where she was going. It sounded like a place that seemed the opposite of what she was used to… Ananke didn’t really have many festivals… at least she hadn’t seen many in the three years since her activation. “Well, we’re almost there your respectable Admin. There is no need to be so uptight you were created for this after all.” Misha decided it was best to ignore that man far in the corner… she’d rather not talk to him after all. The ship then touched the ground and she could hear the ramp lowering she decided now was the time to compose herself and get ready to fulfill her duty. It might have been strange for a fourteen-year-old appearing girl decked out in fancy sparkling and glowing formal attire to be clutching onto a parcel the way she was but she wanted to make sure the person she was going to meet got it. As she clunked her way down the ramp she was taken aback by the world before her. She had never seen a place so natural looking it's completely unlike the sterile world she comes from. Ah, the people she had almost forgotten she wasn’t here to take in the sights. She could only take a deep breath as she waited for it to be her turn to speak.

The landing point was open ended, to make room for a large variety of space crafts. Within sight, and just beyond the landing platform, ornate buildings were decorated with streamers of beautiful golds and purples and reds. There was music playing and the air smelled of food; the people were in ornate costumes, and while it seemed like there were many visitors, no one seemed crowded.
The sky was a beautiful twilight color, and despite the golden colors illuminating the world, candles had also been lit in the lamps that lined the streets.
Just before her stood a young man; he looked youthful but it was impossible to tell if he was in his late teens or early twenties. He was powered up--visibly a Senshi, but even in his uniform he was wearing extra accessories. His hair was done in elaborate braids, with purple and gold ribbons strung in. He wore strung beads and elaborately fashioned sashes, mostly purple and gold with only a splash of red.
"Welcome," he greeted, shifting a bit nervously and smiling. He looked as though this might not have been his first time meeting someone, but he hadn't quite seemed to develop a real knack for it.
In his hands, he too, had a box.
"Remarque is happy to have you, it's an honor! I'm Sailor Remarque, I'll be your host during your stay." He bowed quickly, politely; he moved so quickly and had so much jewelry on him that there were several audible 'clacking' noises between his bow and when he righted himself.
His brows were knit just slightly, as if from worry, but the smile lingered unwaveringly on his face.
"Have you come hungry?"

Misha stared blankly for a few moments while the bobbles on her head lit up different colors. "A..." She tensed a moment as she could feel eyes upon her even though the elders were supposedly off unpacking their shipment. Quickly uprighting herself with she gave a one-handed curtsy as she clutched the parcel. "It is quite the honor that you have come to greet us yourself! I am Arte_Misha_ADMIN.ANANKE_01 my role is to be the representative of our small moon." Glowing eyes looked worried for a second "Um my name is quite the mouthful so you may call me Misha or Ananke if you prefer." With a furrow of her brows, she opened her mouth. "I am..." Did... did she eat often? "...I will partake in whatever you desire to do. I am here to exchange cultures and goodwill after all." With that, she could feel the stares shift away from her and she felt a little bit of relief.

Remarque blinked at her for a moment, and his little smile persisted. "...That is quite a name. Misha sounds cute, I'd prefer that. Or Ananke. I don't know what's professional. I--I can call you by your full name if you want. You'd just. Uh. I'll have to write it down."
He eyed the others with her, and there was almost a distant knowing expression. He smiled with a bit more warmth.
"Oh. I see. It's not customary for me to travel with an entourage. The streets get a little crowded. It's rude to travel in too many numbers."
He held out his hand for her.
"Will you allow me to show you around in the customary fashion? I can show your attendants to mine and they can get them settled in, and I'll bring you back to them?"

Ananke blinked for a few seconds. "Oh um... Misha is fine... I haven't been able to transform yet so..." The slight pink hue was obvious on her unnaturally pale skin. She then slowly reached out her hand and grabbed his. "Oh um I wouldn't want to offend anyone." Staring blankly. "I am here to partake in your customs so I shall be in your capable hands." She said her package still nervously tucked to her side.

Remarque blinked almost blankly for a few seconds as he memorized the name and then nodded quickly. "Misha, I can remember that. Yes, come on. It would be rude if you didn't come with me."
He hooked his arm around hers and began leading her away. "My people will sort it out. Don't worry."
He took a few steps away from the group, giving her time to adjust to his gait, and tilted his head at the package. "What did you bring?" he asked, walking with all the confidence a leader should have--even if it only seemed to come to him when he was scheming, carrying out some plan. It wasn't clear what he was thinking, but it was clear that he was delighted in it; he ignored the eyes of his people on his back as he lead his guest into the busy streets, all the while keeping a good grip on her.

Misha just let herself be dragged along as her bobbles blinked her glowing eyes looking back for a second before turning back to look at the person dragging her along. "Um yes... Understood." With a quick step, she managed to keep up with him... When asked about the package the bobble flashed pink for a second and then yellow and eventually turning back to their regular red. "Ah... I had decided to make a scarf out of the silk from my personal silk glow... making clothing is one of the only things to do in my home when I am not fulfilling my role as admin. Though I'm not sure if you'll like it..." She said holding out the package in front of her. Looking up she was amazed this place had a sky and seemed so large.

Remarque's eyes flashed excitedly as he took the package; he opened it and lifted the scarf with obvious admiration. "You made it?" he asked, trying to take in every detail. He ran his fingers over it gently and seemed as though he were appraising it--and falling in love with it.
"Why would you think I wouldn't love a handmade gift? I wish I could make something as creatively as you do. I was just going to feed you, I didn't get you a gift. But--Oh. Here," he reached around his neck and drew off a necklace. It was gold, fitted with a carefully cut red gem. He held it out to her.
"The festival going on right now, it's customary to wear the season's colors. You can have this. If you wear it while you're here, it'll help you fit in," he said, smile on his face as he began to drape the scarf around his neck, nuzzling his face into it.

"Oh um... I'm glad... but there are really many more people more adept at this than my back home. But that is to be expected everyone back home is much older than me." When the necklace was put into her hands Misha only stared blankly at it for a few moments while her bobbles blinked a multitude of colors. "This is quite extravagant... the color is very vibrant... I mean if it is alright for me to have this." Misha brought up the stone and seemed to be comparing it to the sky. "Ummm... this might sound a little strange to you but um..." "I've heard seasons are periods of time in which the temperature changes for planetoids... so how exactly does a season have a color?"

Remarque just smiled, like he was happy to have a question he could answer. "'Season' is a loose term," he confessed. "Mostly, it's based on the flowers. Depending on the temperature, different flowers bloom here. I'll get you some. But also, the season might just mean whatever we're celebrating. We have a festival for everything. At the end of the week we're going to have a big parade, and fireworks. We're celebrating blood right now. I mean," he frantically clarified, "Familial blood. Like. Relatives. Heritage. Where you came from, your parents. We're not like, doing blood sacrifices or anything--this--no, it's like a big party," he said hastily. "Just to celebrate everyone that came before you and put a little bit of themselves together to make you."
He pursed his lips and seemed to be trying to hard reboot his thought process. "It's not actually customary for me to show you around. I just thought, you looked a little stifled with your group. I thought, maybe, you might like some time to be yourself? And not have to worry about them judging you?"

Misha nodded at the flower part but then got a faraway look when Remarque while he explained what the festival was about her bobbles blinking rapidly. "Um... Parents...? Um, the definition of that is... one who is a father or a mother... one who has a child... ah... oh..." She said holding her head mumbling. "Ah... um so your planet is allowed, children! Amazing!" Holding her hand up to her mouth she blushed. "Ah so it's like my Pro_Genitor... they say that my creation used both his and the previous Ananke's genome. Though I'm not really supposed to know my... parents?" She said saying that last part question. "Um I don't really understand but maybe in the future, I'll be able to approve some applications for children at home. So I can understand better." She nervously laughed then when she heard how he was trying to get her away from the elders. "Oh, Um, I mean... it's normal to judge me? Usually, someone is always making sure I'm reacting to things properly... I have a bit of a delay sometimes because there are many words that I have trouble translating. If we lost a potential business partner because of me everyone could die after all." Misha said it so matter of factly it would probably unnerve some people. "It's my first time out... and all... I was excited to see a sky and many other things but I got scolded because this was a diplomatic mission... so I was afraid I'd lose focus..."

Remarque seemed a little amused as she processed things and moved from one topic to the next; it was a little bit of a relief to meet someone who wasn't so put together. It made him feel more comfortable, like it was okay to still be learning--to not be perfect.
"It's your first time out?" he asked. "Ever? I don't know if that means you picked a good place to come or not! My world is the best in the universe," he said, and seemed to genuinely love it. "Nowhere else will compare! Ah," he smiled, seeming like he genuinely believed such things. "But it means you get to experience the best of it. Come on," he insisted, guiding her through the streets. "This is diplomatic, you can't make any mistakes when you're with me. We can go look at the sky, do you want to lay in the tall grass with me and watch the clouds?"
The sky glowed golden under the setting sun, and pinks and purples blended above them.
"If you tell me what you were excited to do, maybe we can do some of them while we're alone? I promise I won't judge you. I know how scary it can be to go on a diplomatic mission--especially your first. I want you to have fun. And nobody has to know but me, so they can't scold us."

Misha blushed a little and fumbled with her hands. "Um well, I only have my own home to compare so... I'm inclined to believe you..." She said carefully following him. Her eyes blinking for a second before shaking her head. "If... if your sure it's alright..." She said mumbling embarrassed that she was going to be able to get to just watch the sky. "Eh... fun?" Misha just stared blankly at Remarque for a good minute. "I'm not really sure I'd be good at it exactly... I mean I hadn't really thought about it other than observing an atmosphere..." Misha fiddles with a hair strand for a second. "Um... I guess I'm not that interesting I've just realized I don't know what people do for fun."

Remarque just smiled. “Who can blame you for not knowing how to have fun if you’ve only had time to grow up on your world, surrounded by people constantly watching everything you do? That doesn’t seem very fair.”
He gestured for her to follow as he kept walking.
“Nobody’s good at things they haven’t had a chance to practice with. And I think you’re very interesting! I hope you’ll make many trips here, there’s not enough to cram everything into one trip. For fun, I like to read, personally. But you can do that anywhere. I can teach you how to skip stones, or climb trees. Both things I enjoy,” he assured. “Dressing up is a lot of fun here, too. We could get your hair done for the festival, they put beads and flowers in, and braid your hair.”
There were a million things they could do, but he didn’t seem the least bit deterred when she said she was inexperienced with this brand of fun. If anything, he seemed a little more excited because there was so much fun to be had. If expectations were low, she might have even enjoyed the common little fun things everyone took for granted.
He was walking down the road but moved to a gate in the fence and opened it; it seemed to lead away from the town, and there was a beautiful hill in plain sight. It was incredibly close but was a wide enough opening that he supposed they’d be undisturbed. He held the gate open for her and said, “We can lay over here. Do you have animals on your world?”

Misha blushed a little at the thought of being able to come back here... to be able to visit other worlds as well. Putting her hand up to her hair she pondered. "I guess I should have the appropriate hairstyle for the festival." She never had really gotten her hair done by anyone other than her attendant before. When asked if they had animals she smiled. "Oh yes. In fact, the scarf I gave you is made from my personal silk glow! She is quite cute but she's one who just likes to slime up the place if left alone. And um... well now that I think of it I guess the mechanical bugs aren't really..." She fumbled with her fingers in embarrassment.
