XXXXXBlaise grinned from ear to ear as the challenger stepped into the arena before him. Someone finally managed to get past his gym challenges and make it here. He spent time on those challenges to weed out the weak from the strong; so that he could face the very best! "Fiiiiinaaaaaaaally! You know how long its been since I got to battle someone here? Too long! And since you made it, I know I'm in for a good one." The boy began stretching, doing a few warmups as if he was going to be doing the fighting himself.
"Oh right. I'm Blaise, by the way- leader of the Hashburn Gym and fire type expert. Because fire is more than the heat on your face, but the passion you feel for...well anything!" Blaise would then put a halt to his stretches and pull a pokeball from his pocket. Clicking the button on the surface would cause the orb to fill his hand as he stared down his challenger. They would respond in kind, a familiar look of nerves present on their face. "I hope you're passionate about winning. If not, you'll just get burned!"
