Professor of: White Magic

Bio: Izumi Nagamasa started her career as a body guard for dignitaries

Relationships: Her parents own a magic shop in the next town over. She was raised in the shop. When she got old enough, she designed her own weaponry and gadgets, most of which she used as a body guard.

All Other Tid-bits: Her magic is unleashing bursts of magical energy. She focusing it through a rifle she designed. Also, the rifle shifts into a great sword where he magical energy forms the cutting edge.

SO this is approved as long as the whole family are also magic users cos we don't accept humans or half and haves. Which I'm sure you know I was just hammering it in for everyone that might read this comment

They all are and well are all NPC. I saw something said that half Humans are always human not magical and that there no half and haves of other things.(I thought it said they are all killed)
