Sewing: Tullia loves making everything from doll dresses to quilts, her parents are really busy and Tulli is pretty much always being watched by a nanny. So she's had to learn ways to entertain herself. Her grandmother on her mother's side taught her how to sew. She is skilled at mending clothes, even though her parents think it's a waste of time since they have the money to give her everything she could want.
Vollenteering: Even though her family has money and Tullia could stay at home and paint and play music, Tulli loves going out to help others. Painting over tag marks, cleaning up the local park. Helping other little kids with their homework at the girls and boys club. Tullia doesn't let her families money define her. All of Tulli's outside activities are watched by her nanny a strick older woman with a pinched-looking expression. Tulli spends a great deal of her time trying to ditch her nanny so she can make friends on her own.
Virtues:
Brave: Tullia isn't afraid of pretty much anything, except her parents trying to control her, she hates being controlled by others. Tullia is the kind of girl who would take on a bully at school twice her size in order to help someone who was in trouble. Even with her nanny following her everywhere she likes to face things on her own, she doesn't send others to the shelter or hospital to give away the quilts and blankets she makes. She also goes to give the hospital bereavement blankets she makes and it breaks her break everytime she goes.
Kind: Tullia had a kind open heart, she cares deeply for her friends and she tries to make friends where ever she goes. Tullia doesn't like seeing others in pain and does her best to help others when she can. Even when her parents look down on her helping and caring for those with less money than their family.
Flaws:
Head Strong: Tullia is extremely bull-headed and headstrong when she gets an idea in her head. Even if it means being grounded and having to sneak out of her bedroom window, Tullia will do what's right. She follows her own code of what she believes in no matter what her parents or her nanny say. Tullia will sacrifice her own safety to follow through with her beliefs of what is right.
Reckless: Tulli often times leaps before she thinks to look where she might land. She rushes to help others that she doesn't always think about what the consequences will be at the end of the day. She doesn't let that bother her though because every smile she gains is worth hours of detention to Tulli.

This tree sprouts leaves which fall still green and fall around her into a pile allowing her to jump in them sending them flying in a small wave of leaves at her enemy. This wave of leaves pushes her enemy back five feet. (3 uses) Super Sailor Scout Attack: Lullaby of the Kodama Atira sings the song of the Kodama which grows a magical tree. Little white spirits appear in the tree to sing with her. This tree sprouts leaves which fall still green and fall around her into a pile allowing her to jump in them sending them flying in a small wave of leaves at her enemy. This wave of leaves pushes her enemy back six feet. (2 uses) Eternal Sailor Attack: Breath of Life Atira calls upon the power of the forest and the Kodama within and uses their wisdom and protection to heal a target. She is able to provide minor to moderate healing effects to allies within 7 feet. Minor scrapes and cuts are healed, and moderate injuries heal somewhat and have the pain numbed. As a chibi, she cannot heal major injuries. Atira can use this attack once per battle.

Hey Middy! Atira (please make sure the spelling is correct in the form) sounds super cute, but there are some things that we need to iron out before she can be approved. Unfortunately "Green Man" is not a valid sphere because it is a proper noun. In order for a sphere to be valid, it cannot be a name of a figure (in this case, Green Man is a specific mythical figure). It seems like you are going for a kind of forest spirit theme, however, so we encourage you to look into the Kodama which would be a valid sphere because it refers to a type of spirit, rather than a single specific figure.

I'm glad we could find something that works for you! Next, we need to work on the attacks. Right now, they need some clarification and parameters. for instance, right now you have not identified how far back the wave sends her enemies. Atira sings the song of the Kodama which grows a magical tree. This tree sprouts leaves which die and fall around her into a pile allowing her to jump in them sending them flying in a small wave of leaves at her enemy. This wave of leaves pushes her enemy back five feet. (3 uses) I've also included a little bit of magical "flavor" to explain where the leaves may have come from.

I was also thinking about the flavor as well maybe including the Kodama as illusions doing the singing instead of her. Love Princess Mononoke.

I think if you wanted to add the Kodama as flavor, that'd be more than fine. We still need to work on your eternal attack. Maybe something like: "Atira calls upon the power of the forest and the Kodama within and uses their wisdom and protection to heal a target.
