Prompt 1: In a village in the middle of an eerie forest, you need shelter. There are many empty houses speckled across a central village, each with its own customizable features. The houses are always made of wood and field stone. They lack all modern commodities, however there is crude indoor plumbing. There are thick glass windows, misty and difficult to see through, and thick wooden doors that are heavy and difficult to move--however all of them have barricades on the inside to keep intruders out. Most houses have several rooms and some even have multiple floors, but there is something aged and almost crumbling about each of them. They are safer than nothing, but they are cold and uninviting. You need to claim one of these homes for yourself, but with so many unknowns, it's probably best to find a group to stick with and have your back. Do you try to take on this oddity in a house, alone? Or do you manage to find people to get along with and share a house with?
It had been days? Hours? Glen wasn't sure, he just knew that he clearly should not have left the house, he knew how halloween was in Destiny City, but did he learn? No, no he did not, so on a run for some ingredients for his cooking show, he was dragged to some weird a** village, unable to transform, and surrounded by creepy a** houses he had refused to look at or step foot in until he couldn't avoid it anymore. And as he suppressed another cough, that time had come, he had just been sleeping outside for too long. He wandered, looking at the houses, trying to aim for the smallest home possible because he was seriously not planning on going to bigger ones that had several floors, but as he walked around and looked that seemed to be all their was. "Dammit." He huffed, coughing some, his throat burning. Okay, Okay, it seemed the village didn't cause this, he was just ignoring it before the whisking away, perfect. He sat near the closest building, which, in this terrible town, appeared conveniently abandoned. Well, s**t, he'd have to do it then, he needed somewhere to actually rest. He went in, noting the musty, moldy smell of the place, deciding when he rested properly he'd see about it maybe having some sort of food or actual working water. The more he explored, the more he noticed there were alot of rooms, more than he preferred to see in this old, creepy place that reminded him of that one game from years back, Silent Hill he thought. Eventually his tired body could no longer stand to move around, and he settled on what was maybe the nicest bed in the place. He closed the door, locking and barricading it for good measure, before laying out exhausted on the bed. He really needed to figure out what to do, see if there was anyone moon side around he could get with, not something he was a fan of really, but for the time being, in this wretched, strange place, he would do it. Glen shifted on the bed, turning to face the window, the decidedly creepy, dusty window, bad idea. He turned back towards the door side, to be greeted by....the fluffiest ******** red hair he had ever seen!? "Holy s**t!" He screamed, or well, tried. It was very raspy, and his new.....frienemy? Clearly heard it. The mysterious person approached him, frowning as he attempted to look Glen over. "Ah mate, you sound rough." The person told him in a heavy accent, something welsh maybe? Despite looking more like he belonged in a scottish fantasy. "Have a lie down again, was laying in the closet myself when you just come barging in, like you own the place." The weird person continued, pushing the still shocked blond back onto the bed, making the oddest humming noise he'd ever heard a person make. "How...the hell, did i not see you?" He rasped, finally, not very scared, considering the guy was just rattling on. Said guy looked at him. "I'd imagine it's the eye right? Your blind in the left one right?" Oh yeah, Glen kind of forgot. "Damn, your really bad off I bet. Nothing to do for it though. I know we just met, and no names, and i have alot of questions, but we can truce right? Maybe ask questions once your a little better?" He Barreled forward, giving Glen literally zero time to think. He scowled, nodding. "Good! Now, since your here, and you clearly need comfort!" Man this guy was forward! As he talked, he just laid and curled himself around Glen, making that odd humming noise. The guy seemed content and Glen...sorta was too. He really didnt have the energy to freak out, but oh, when he was better he would, trust him. For now, he closed his eyes, just drifting off to the dudes weird attempt at comfort.
