Some people say that: Kaia, overall, is basically a wild card. She's a feral child at heart - doing things when she wants and how she wants it. Kaia is very much a chaotic good kind of person. That, in turn, somewhat has a "hate her or love her" kind of reaction from other people. Her quirky and unethical ways of teaching always gets her into some kind of trouble with either the school administration, or even just the students' parents. It's not like she actually cares, anyways. If she feels like the students are learning better in her ways, then so be it. Her teaching strategies aren't going to change unless the Headmaster - if he even exists - comes and corrects her himself. All in all, it's her way, or the ********' highway! She always likes to experiment and find new ways and avenues into the construction of golem. To go along with that, Kaia has this fascination with taming the wild golems of this world. Regardless of the consequences, if she has her mind on it, and the determination to complete it then she's gonna get the job done no matter what! I guess that makes this woman hard-headed, huh? Despite her rather odd and erratic behavior, there is a sweet side to this buffoon. There is a huge willingness of bending over backwards to the people she cares about. Whoever decides to stay in her life, even if she's a bit much to handle, she puts them on a pedestal and basically cherishes them with every fiber of her being. Giving 110% of herself to friends and loved ones is a common thing that they should expect from her.

Well my story is: A majority of Kaia's childhood was spent in an orphanage smack dap in the slums of the city. With no memory or acknowledgement of her birth parents, the girl's only family were the other orphaned children and the staff. While she wasn't mistreated by the other kids or the staff members of the facility, overall, they were financially in decline. Large and "extravagant" meals were only prepared during the holiday times, and even then those were scarce. With money becoming tight, the adults were beginning to worry about how they were going to properly care for the children until Kaia began to show signs of having full magical capabilities. They thought they were imagining it at first, but after Kaia had gotten tested around the age of 5, it seemed like a miracle was on their hands! In exchange for the proper magical teachings that she needed, the orphanage was awarded money in return. It was a win-win situation!

Teaching the young Kaia served to be a slight probably for her teachers. She was always getting into some kind of trouble and questioning authority. The only reason they really kept her until the end was simply because she showed great promise in her abilities. She was clever and a quick learner. Everything they taught Kaia picked it up in a swift manner and with ease. It wasn't until she turn 16 when her first real incident with Golem taming nearly turned fatal. At this point, Kaia already had Hamish by her side, however she wanted another one. The young teen was cocky and thus tried her hand at capturing a high ranking and wild Golem in the nearby forest. Luck was on her side, and she only lost her right eye. It was a terrifying experience... but honestly it didn't stop her there. Through the rest of her school years, Kaia obtained enough knowledge and graduated with high honors! Eventually, she applied for a teaching job at Enchanted U and got in! Now to cause chaos and torment her students.
