Was the snow proving to be something of a problem? Oh, absolutely. Amodine found herself missing the climate at Lemos as the temperatures crept ever lower, seemingly headed straight for the lowest possible mark. She'd bundled up as much as she could, doing her best to stave off the cold from seeping into her bones during the admittedly limited times she'd be spending outside today--her goal right now was to bring a few status reports to the records room, and to perhaps see what was going on in there, anyway. If she remembered right, Martirae was probably in there still; while there was no guarantee, Amodine was hoping the room wouldn't be empty. A little conversation might be nice right about now, anyway.
Would you like me to ask Anakumath? Alkaneth interjected, her tone far warmer than anything else outside. She'd stayed on her ledge for the time being, simply watching the snow fall rather than prance around in it how she desperately wanted to--today had been somewhat busy for Amodine, and she felt a touch guilty about frolicking when Hers was doing so many chores.
I believe she's up in the Fireheights somewhere. It wouldn't be any trouble!That--would probably be a good idea, yeah. And maybe ask if Hers needs any help, if she's still in there? She was still a few minutes out from the records room, but giving Martirae something of a heads-up would likely be a good idea, lest she interrupt her in the middle of her work.
It'd be better than being out here for too long.Oh! Of course. Good thinking.Alkaneth spread her wings, shaking some of the snow off of herself with a pleased huff. She had no intentions of taking to the air just yet, but it never hurt to be prepared! Besides, watching the snow slide off in waves was a particular kind of satisfying, and Alkaneth found it delightful every time.
Anakumaaath! she called, her words backed by a rather sunny burst of emotion.
Are you enjoying yourself up there? I do hope so. She well and truly did, too--even as cold as it was, the snow made it a rather lovely day, in her opinion, and it would be such a shame to be miserable in the midst of it.
Mine was curious about whether or not Yours would like some assistance! If she's--still working on the records, that is. Perhaps I've asked those out of order.
