Long curls caught in the wind as the senshi of vampires skirts ruffled and heels clacked as she walked down the sidewalk. It was late, late enough she wasn't worried about people seeing her, there was no one out and she was safe to hunt down any youma she might find...or anyone else for that matter.
She really was feeling into doing more, even if it was on her own, after that sparing event and seeing just how badly that went. They'd been jumped and people kidnapped and all manner of things had happened - she was not happy. She was taking out her displeasure over that event on any youma she came across in the city, because there had been nothing else to take it out on since then. She hadn't gotten the chance to do anything then and now she wanted to do something, now she wished she was like Kallichore and Scylla - an eternal. She wished she had more power.
Looking around, as if hoping her want for a youma to turn up would make one appear, the senshi of vampires was hoping to settle her upset over that night so she could move on from that and grow as a senshi. Holding onto the anger wasn't going to help in growing, it was no good, and she couldn't help but be angry. They'd been trying to train and work together...to meet others, she had been going to talk to another senshi after the event, but thigs had gone so badly. She hadn't seen anyone from that night since.

Elsa sighed, and stretched. It had been a good night, so far--uninterrupted draining, wrapped up early, and now he was just wandering. It was his preference to be out, rather than going back to his place, as long as he didn't have anywhere to be--and he didn't, not the next morning.
So it was a late-night patrol to look out for other members of his Court, or Order or Negaverse folks causing problems. So far, though, he hadn't run into anyone, and he was ready to keep that streak alive--until he felt an Order aura.
About on his level, not too far away. Hm. Elsa considered for a moment, before deciding that he'd go find out what was up with that--his interactions with Order were usually positive, even if there was always the chance of things going sideways.
He made a thoughtful noise. Things hadn't gone sideways for him in a while. This could be fun.

Suddenly, while walking, she felt someone. It wasn't an order signature either, though they also didn't feel like the Negaverse. Hmm....so then a dark mirror senshi. Interesting. She hadn't dealt with them really. But they were still chaos and they still did drain people of energy.
Heading in what she hoped was the right direction, because it was not an exact science, the senshi of vampires was hoping to find this person. She was also hoping they were doing something bad..just so she could do something - anything. It wasn't like they'd been involved in that ambush but she didn't cary right now, she still had issues with chaos. They were chaos and chaos had ambushed herself and others during a training event where they were trying to work on skills and meet new people. It didn't matter, to her, that the dark mirror senshi hadn't been involved personally. Chaos had been and chaos, from either side, still draining energy and hurt people....or at least left people open to being hurt. She knew she was trying to justify her own anger in her head but right now she wasn't sure it mattered. Though later it would.

Elsa stopped. He could feel the aura getting closer, and he decided to take a moment to prepare, just in case this became an actual fight. First, his cloak was swept off his shoulders, and he folded it up, and with a thought, he tucked it into his subspace pocket. Get it out of the way and safe, because he didn't want it damaged.
Then, he took a moment to stretch, but once he felt sufficiently limbered up, he started moving towards the other signature, until he laid eyes on what was definitely an Order Senshi.
"Hey there," he said, idly. No need to come out swinging. Not yet.

She might want to lash out, and she sort of honestly did, but she didn't - not yet. They were chaos, that she couldn't deny, but so far nothing had happened. "Evening." She might as well try for normal for the moment, try for not attacking out of anger and dislike for chaos. Though it honestly wouldn't take too much tonight to get her to attack first, though that was once never something she'd do, she had changed rather drastically and in a short amount of time. Though really it was perhaps bound to happen...it just took something to set it off.
There was no way to tell for sure, at least not for the senshi herself, but at least she knew this about herself and recognized it? She just wasn't changing it though or fighting it...she wasn't sure she wanted to honestly. She wasn't bothered by what she was feeling and doing now. And should she be? Order needed senshi like this - like what she was turning into.

Elsa definitely kept his distance; there was no reason to go rushing in, either aggressively or with open arms. This was a strange Senshi ostensibly on the opposite side of the war; Elsa had no reason to trust or distrust her.
"So, what are you up to? Fighting the good fight, stopping evil at every turn?" He asked, lightly. Make a joke, keep it light, see if she was the type to get offended. But all the while, Elsa was wary--and, in a way that was doing its best to seem idle, he began to tug off one of his gloves. Better to have his bare hand ready, just in case he needed to use his magic. It would be much harder to get it off mid-fight, if things came to that, and Elsa was a big believer in always being prepared for things to come to a fight.

"Similar to what I'm sure you're doing, though of course I don't drain energy." But she was doing her duty, and so was he in all likelihood. Beyond that she didn't rise to the bait, or what she thought of as bait.
"I don't see anyone around though." Glancing about the two of them she turned her blue eyes back onto the other. "Already finished for the night?" It was late and he likely was finished in gathering energy, it would be a good time to be in bed in fact, she had chosen to come out late to hunt youma. She didn't expect to run into people really.

Elsa sighed, softly. "I hope you're not gonna get righteous at me about it. We need that energy." He said, and he slid his glove the rest of the way off. Just one, though--his other bracer hid his mirror shards, and Elsa didn't want to risk losing those, or worse, cutting himself on one during a fight.
"But yeah, I'm done for the night, and you're not getting that energy back, so why don't we both just walk away before things get nasty." He considered his options. If she didn't back down, he would definitely have to fight, and he intended to make the first move. Scare her into running off, and end this before it got too messy.

"Need? For what? What exactly do you do with that energy? Because I don't see any good coming from it, nothing to help this city or the people in it." They weren't out there putting the energy to use to help the people in this city, at least what she did helped people in this city.
"No, I doubt I'll get the energy back from you." If that was even possible. "But at the same time you shouldn't be out grabbing energy and you should know that." And she was going to make sure he knew not to go out and grab energy, - she was ready to attack as well, her hands settled in her lap looking innocent enough. But from there it wouldn't take more than two words.
(They should attack at the same time, lol)

Elsa began to stride forward, glad for the increased speed of a Super Senshi. His heart was racing a little in his chest, as he considered distances--he'd have to be close, his magic worked in a pretty confined radius.
"Aren't we Dark Mirrors people of this city? I've lived here my whole life, so I'm pretty sure I'm just as much a citizen of Destiny City as any civilian." He spread his hands, casually, and paused--much closer to her, and well within the eight-foot radius of his magic.
"Anyway, like I said, we need it to keep the Court functioning. So, y'know..." He shrugged, and then he dropped to one knee, pressing his bare palm to the ground. "Sorry, but I'm gonna have to ask you to get out of my way. Wendigo Stalk!"Super Sailor Scout Attack: Wendigo Stalk! Elsa speaks the name of his attack and presses his hand to the ground, and frostlike patterns travel out from his hand to an eight-foot radius. In order for the full radius to be reached, he must maintain contact with the ground for four full seconds - interruptions before that will result in a lessened attack radius. The temperature in the affected area drops to cold-enough-to-see-your-breath levels (colder if it is already there) and everyone within the radius except for Elsa hallucinates that they are being stalked by a Wendigo, with the feeling of being hunted and the smell of rotting flesh still present. These effects last for thirty-five seconds total. Elsa can use this attack twice per battle.

Her own magic needed to be close up, it was best that way, the bats would be closer to their target and be right in the persons face. He might be a civilian of this city, as he said, but so was she and she didn't see ay energy from his court helping civilians.
"Find some other way. You don't see us going around grabbing up energy for our own needs." What on earth they could need it for, the dark mirror court, she had no idea. But she was pretty damn sure they didn't need it and it helped no one.
As she saw him doing something strange, she was sure he was using his magic, she did the same. Moving her hands up in a motion one might when splashing another with water. Only she was using magic and producing bats instead. "Bats in the belfry." As the ground under her feet started to ice over, and cold settled in, she shivered and stepped back while rubbing at her arms. They were, thankfully, mostly covered and yet were still cold. She could see her breath. It was just magic though - she knew it.
But that didn't last long as the smell of rotting flesh hit her nose and left her stomach churning - disgusting. She didn't know how she knew what the smell was but she did, she was sure of it, and it was disgusting to think about. But worse was what was after her - just out of sight. Something was after her and she knew it. Blue eyes took the time to move this way and that, trying to9 find what was hunting her, but nothing was there...but she knew it was there. She could smell it.

Elsa grit his teeth as the bats descended on him, and took their bites and snaps as his magic finished settling in. Only when he was sure she was caught in it did he stand and begin to smack the bats away, but the more they bit at him, the more he felt tired, like he was dragging ********," he exhaled, stumbling backwards, as tiredness crept up on him. It was a familiar sort of tired, too--he pulled his share of all-nighters for grad school, and this was, generally, how he felt afterwards.
"Whatever you think you're doing," he said, "I hope you like being monster food."
Before this could go any further, he spun on his heel and booked it. There was usually a mirror accessible just about everywhere--and he found one, and ducked inside, and left the other Senshi to wallow in her fear.
