First met with wall of brush, tangle briar vines loaded with thorns; a plant that had been here for a very long time as the wall of danger ranged in height from four feet to seven in places and a number of trees growing out of it. By manipulating a part of the wall, it is at least two yards thick of thorns to get through.

User Image

Inside there are five trees growing in the clearing nestled near its center and still continue to grow as they are cared for by Team Harem's druid. The clearing has become a hangout and safe haven for the young hunters/huntresses throughout their time in Beacon. Though, one that does not know the location very well, will find themselves falling into one of the many security traps set by their mischievous leader.

As time passed, the team settled down more in their hideaway, enough that small tent for rest was made, a swing or two on the strong branches and even a small garden of medicinal herbs was started there. A little slice of tranquility.

Henryk would whistle quietly to himself as they stood before the briar wall; the secret entrance to their team hideout. It had been a while since they had been back here; school, mission, friends, and family all contributing to it. But he was glad to be back; even if he was only outside of it. While he usually only considered coming here with his full team, today was a special circumstance. Today he and Chloris would be training; both with their semblances and fighting. It had been a while, if ever, since it had just been the two of them. He had heard from Remus and Ella that their own private training had gone well. SO he figured if they got private training, then Chlo and himself should as well. He didn't want to fall behind now; especially when he was the leader. Plus he sort of wanted to talk to her more. She was the only one who knew, at least he thought so, about his semblance. So if he wanted to practice it more, he wanted to see about it with her first. 'And there is no way I am kissing Remus.' He thought to himself silently. But he also just wanted to get to know his teammate better. He planned to with all of them at some point, but Chlo knew the most of him already. He shook his head softly. 'Plenty of reasons to train with her. Why am i nervous?' He told himself, slightly confused at his wandering mind. He could worry about that later though.

"Care to do the honors Chloris?" He would ask, looking back to her with a friendly expression and smile. After the first time they came, he wasn't about to let her go alone and get lost again. Or risk himself getting lost for that matter. That was the last thing he wanted. The young demon faunus was clad in his usual attire; it seemed he had one for every day of the week and then some at times. He really really liked it, and didn't really care if others thought it weird for him to do so. The one thing that was for certain, as he focused his mind on the present, was that he was glad they had Chloris. She was the only one who could open the ground path into the base; while Henryk could climb and get in that way, the rest of his team were not quite as gifted as himself in that regards. Even back on the mission Chloris had been a big help and deadly in a fight. A bit too focused in a fight, but a great ally to have. Something else he also hoped to work on here too. They were all a team but...on the mission they all sort of did their own thing, save Remus. His archer specialty helped a lot to support everyone but...Henryk also wanted a bit more unity with everyone. To know they could rely on each other to help them out rather than have to fight alone. 'And maybe...better control for myself.' He thought silently. He had been overcome by such intense anger...he had ignored Chloris' words to retreat. It worked out but he knew it may not the next time. "Thanks for agreeing to come by the way Chlo. It'll be fun to do this with just you and me, and I appreciate it." He would say to his team mate. While he had...a surprisingly lot on his mind for a scatter brain, he had been truthful when he said this would be training for them. As it really would be in a lot of ways, along with just getting to know her better.

Chloris walked casually through the forest, careful not to get lost this time as she was meeting up with her teammate and leader, Henryk. It had been quite some time since they had actually ever spent time together; between school, missions, and volunteering at the infirmary, she did not really have enough personal time with anyone. Though she did feel it was a pleasant surprise when her team leader had asked her to train with him. Of course, she reasoned that it might be because she was the only one that knew of how his semblance worked. "I'm sure that he just wants to get better...and I don't blame him," The young woman thought kindly as she looked to the goat faunus now before her.

"I'd be delighted," She replied as she would hold up her hand to the thorned briar bush. She had chosen a casual country-style button-down dress with strawberries at the hem and a matching hairband over her braided hair. Pale green aura surrounded the young druid as her semblance activated; manipulating the branches and vines before her to make a crude pathway to the clearing beyond them. Today, she had a box/package from her friend. "I really wish I didn't receive this," The young huntress internally cursed, blushing softly as she thought of what her friend could've possibly sent her...and the promise she made if it had arrived safely. Shaking such thoughts from her mind, she focused on the task at hand...making the entrance big enough for both of them as they walked in.

Being that it was a day of training, she had chosen more practical shoes. She'd also hoped to check on her garden like she tried to at least once a week. The young woman smiled kindly back at her team leader.
"You're welcome. Thanks for invitin' me. I look forward to trainin' with ya as well," Chloris said sweetly before looking back ahead, her dress rested off her shoulders just enough that he would probably see the faint birthmark on her right shoulder; a bat. While she was turned away from her partner, she felt her cheeks warm a bit.

Of all the team, she felt a bit giddy that he had chosen her to train with. Of course, she reminded herself it was just because she knew his semblance, but it was still nice. She hoped that training together would also help them grow in their talents. It would only take a couple minutes to get to the clearing, and once inside, the petite human would step to the side and allow her friend inside.
"So...Where shall we start," Chloris inquired calmly with a sweet smile, almost forgetting about the package in her left grasp.

Henryk smiled at Chloris' comment on being delighted to do so. While it was mostly for her, he liked playing to his teams strengths if he could. Let everyone get a time to shine/ use their abilities. He knew teamwork was paramount, at least he thought that was the word, if they were ever to beat the girmm. And he knew he had plenty of faults as well; so he relied on them to help him when he needed it. He had a, thankfully, private blush at seeing her outfit. He wasn't sure why he always did with Chloris but compared to the robes he met her they were usually a stark contrast. Unlike him where he wore pretty much the same thing all the time, Chloris seemed to have a lot of outfits. That showed more skin than he ever expected to see really. So he was glad she had focused on opening the path so she couldn't see it. 'She looks pretty...Don't get distracted now. I can't let her use that against me for training.' He thought to himself silently. He would see her green aura come up, and the branches begin to clear. He always thought his teammates semblances were so cool, which helped to clear his mind. He did notice, as well, a small box in her hands. He was very curious what was in it since they were going to be training but he didn't want to break her concentration for now. Despite how tempting it was to ask. Once the entrance was big enough, Henryk would follow close after Chloris. Still having an uneasy feeling with the forest mostly because, as he had learned, Chloris could use the plans to mess with him. He had thought he was a prankster, but Chloris had quickly proved to be the most mischievous of the team despite how unlikely it seemed with her. 'I would say its always the quiet ones but that is Ella.' He thought to himself silently. As Chlo looked back at him with a kind smile, she would respond to say your welcome and she was glad he invited her. While also looking forward to train with him. He was about to respond when she turned and he saw something on her shoulder; it seemed like a bat on her shoulder. He tilted his head a bit as he followed after her still, curious. "Did you always have a bat there Chlo?" He would ask curiously, having not seen it before.

It would take a few minutes, but eventually they were safely inside their stronghold. Base Harem. While simple, only having a small tent and Chloris' garden to mark they were ever there, Henryk loved it. He had plans to maybe make a tree house there with everyone eventually too, and a flag for their team. Already having one of a pink sheep in mind; as it would be hard to dissuade him, if even possible, from that. His one thing as team leader he may never budge on. But he still had to get it made first. Henryk would be pulled from his internal thoughts by Chloris asking where they started. Henryk put a hand up to his chin and began to stroke an imaginary beard there. "Lets see...While I am curious of the box, we should probably start with training first. Though maybe we can make it more fun too? We can do rounds where one of us tries something and the other has to avoid or prevent it first. Whoever wins gets to ask any question to the other. Sound good?" He would say in his usual friendly voice, with a little tinge of competitiveness to it. And a very obvious curiosity about the box. Did he have a concrete idea of how to do this kind of round thing or what to test? Not really, he was winging it, but he felt it would be good to practice specific things first before any actual fighting match. Plus it let him delay in having to do something for his own semblance. At least he hoped Chloris didn't press for him to practice his semblance first. He was sort of hoping to lead that for last.

Chloris was focused on opening their path to their hideout when she heard her team leader's question. "Ah, right...he can see that," The young woman thought, slightly embarrassed before nodding slightly. "It's a birthmark. Misunderstood as creatures of evil, their actually a symbol for death and rebirth," She informed the goat faunus. Once they were in, Chloris would manipulate the branches and vines to close their path once more.

Safely in Base Harem, she would turn back to her team leader once the passage was closed again. Mossy-green eyes looked around the place she considered home away from Beacon before falling onto Henryk as he spoke. She had to giggle though as he pretended to stroke his nonexistent beard. She seemed surprised, almost forgetting about the box under her arm.
"Right...Annabell's gift," The young huntress thought with a bit of dread. Though, she would go over to one of the trees to put the box down in a safe place. "I like the sound of that," Chloris said, to his idea of playing/training along with questions to get to know one another. "Who should go first? And what is not allowed," Chloris inquired, walking back over and stopping to stand just a yard away from the taller young man. Her eyes glittering with genuine curiosity.

'People can have bat birthmarks? Why didn't I get something as cool as that!' Henryk thought to himself slight disappointment. He always heard of embarrassing birthmarks and that people never wanted it seen. He never expected to see one that actually looked pretty cool. Chlo would go on to say how they were misunderstood creatures, and were a symbol for death and rebirth. 'Why do they symbolize that?' He wondered silently to himself, but chose to save the questions for later on at least. "It's a really cool looking birthmark Chlo, wish I had one like that." He would say cheerfully, thinking it was something she liked though surprised she had never shown it off before. Something else he chose not to comment on for now cause of an idea he had for training; the more questions the better for his scatter brained mind. He probably wouldn't remember most of it, but as long as he remembered a few, that was enough. Passage closed behind them now, and his proposition out in the open, he would look to his teammates. Her giggle was nice to hear from his acting, and by her surprise...she seemed to have forgotten she even had a box in her arms in the first place. Which he couldn't really tease her on given his own forgetfulness. He wasn't quite sure what was part of her reaction as well, there seemed to be something else but he could not tell. She would, however, put the box by the tree for now. Which made sense as he doubted she was gonna fight while holding the box as well.

As she said she liked the idea, Henryk would have a beaming smile on his face. Glad he had proposed a good idea for the two of them to have while training; even holding out a dramatic thumbs up to her to signal that was what they were gonna do once they started. She would then ask who should go first, and what is not allowed. This seemed to stump the energetic goat for a bit as he was a bit lost in thought. Only peripherally noticing she had gotten to be within a yard of him before he finally responded. He would dig into his pocket and pull out a coin. "Winner of the coin toss gets to go first." He would say with a bright smile before continuing. "As for what is not allowed...We are allowed to say we don't want to answer something if it makes us very uncomfortable. In which case we can ask a different question of the person." He would say, half nodding to himself as if to affirm it in his own mind. Knowing there may be a few things he wouldn't want to reveal, and not wanting to make Chloris feel uncomfortable and forced to do something she didn't want to. Other than that though, he felt it was fair game and the best way to put a limit to things. "Heads or tails?" He would ask her, allowing her to get first pick. While he was always partial to tails himself, since he proposed the idea and she consented, he felt she should get the first pick. Ladies first and all, even if that didn't apply to certain convenient things for the goat. He looked like he was about to flip the coin after getting her answer, but paused for now. "Before we start though, if you don't mind the asking; why do bats symbolize death and rebirth? You can ask me one free thing as well if you'd like." He would ask of her, knowing she could choose not to answer and he have to win a round to find out. Also hoping by offering the same to her she would answer it.

Chloris felt warmth on her cheeks at the goat faunus' comment of her birthmark. She was not used to people complimenting it. "In truth, it'd started out as more a curse than a blessin'," The young woman thought to herself as they walked through. Safely inside the hideaway and waiting for her team leader's response, she would smile softly. Box now safely beside the tree that hung the swing as well as her backpack, mossy green eyes looked back at Henryk who had a thumbs-up sign. He looked good, with a smile on that is, she thought absently before pushing that thought away.

Being that he seemed stumped by her question a bit, the blue-haired druid couldn't help but giggle from his expression. Only within a yard from her teammate, she would wait patiently for his reply. He would then produce a coin and ask her to choose.
"Hmm, sounds fair," She responded calmly. Depending if it landed on heads or tails, would answer who went first in their training, so she asked no further on the topic. Instead, she would listen to his set of proposed rules. "That sounds fair," The young huntress replied with a kind smile; as she would not want to ever force information from Any of her teammates. Preferring that such information was given by choice, so it was a relief he suggested such a rule.

She would then tap a dainty fingernail on her lower lip, as she looked off to the side thoughtfully as she seemed to consider.
"Heads," Chloris finally said. Curious mossy-green and emerald eyes looked to him as he paused. It wouldn't be Henryk if he just went straight through. His proposition did intrigue her though as she would nod in agreement. "Alright," Chloris agreed before continuing to answer.

"As Nana always told me: bats are symbols of death and rebirth because they are a creature that lives in the belly of the Mother (Earth). And from the womb-like caves they emerge every evening at dusk; so from the womb they reborn every evening," The young woman speaking about someone other than her siblings or her parents. And even spoke the term Nana with a gentle affection. Having not realized her finger tips had gone to the birthmark, as a frown crossed her face for the briefest of seconds, she would smile to the goat faunus before curiosity took over her and she asked the first question at the top of her head. "Sure she torments you...but why do you truly dislike Binx?" She inquired, truly not understanding their rivalry from the very first moment those two met.

Hearing Chloris say his idea and the way to decide who goes first was nice for the leader of team Harem. At least in terms of his own confidence in his decision making and ideas. He was not one to...think inside the box, whether for better or worse, most of the time. Chlo's kind smile also helped him feel confident he answered right and made the correct decision; or at the very least a good one. Despite how much experience he had gained as leader, he was still unused to the role of everything and had been trying his best to do his best at it. Strangely, it felt more focused on his own ability now that it was just him and Chlo since he couldn't rely on Remus or Ella pitching in their own opinions as well. He would see Chlo tap a finger to her lip, breaking him from his thoughts as he thought the position fitting for the most mischievous member of the team and that she seemed a bit cut- He immediately distracted his mind by thinking of pizza and performing. Doing his best to stop a blush from coming onto his face at that kind of thought. 'Why does she always have that effect!' He thought, a bit flustered since she was his teammate and all. He never got like this will Ella or others, so he was confused why it was usually Chlo. 'Well...I never got like this when the girl isn't even trying.' He thought, correcting himself.

She would make her pick, heads, which thankfully broke him from his internal panic. "Awesome, I get tails then!" He would say excitedly, clearly being his favorite side of a coin flip. Mostly because so many people picked heads and tails was always the underdog. Though in his own experience tails won more often than not. Chlo would also agree to answer his question before he flipped the coin, making him smile happily that she did so. He always liked to learn more about his team. She would say someone called Nana, who seemed close from how she said the name, had explained bats to her. Henryk's...Face paled slightly at the the comparison. 'Ewww....' He thought slightly, still very immature in regards to sexual subjects even if he did like girls. Trying to imagine a cave as womb made him glad she hadn't told that before their mission; he never would've gone inside then. Maybe. Though he'd probably just forget knowing his memory. Still though, he would nod to her. "I don't think I can ever see caves the same way again now but, thank you for answering Chlo. I can sort of see it...even if I wished it was described differently." He would respond, only barely noticing her finger had gone to the birthmark as he was far more distracted by the explanation still.

He would see a frown on her face a second before it became a smile, making Henryk confused what crossed her mind, before she spoke and asked a question he never expected. Why he dislikes Binx as much as he did. Henryk was very visibly surprised by the question itself, opened his mouth to respond before closing it. Seeming to be lost in thought, as she clearly didn't want the simple answer of her trying to suffocate him . He figured, if that wasn't enough, she more so wanted to hear why he disliked her from the very first day they met. After a long moment he sighed. "Don't laugh but...the reason why I hate Binx isn't just because she tries to suffocate me in my sleep, which I know she does, but because...I was attacked by a cat when I was young. And the cat chased me halfway across a city like a devil! And a lot of cats pretend to be nice before scratching you! Ever since then...I haven't trusted cats. Me and them just do not get along." He would say, a bit more down than his usual self at admitting that. Not entirely sure how the cat owner in the team would take it. Taking the coin, he would flip it to distract himself. Tossing it into the air as it spun, quickly catching it mid air with the other hand and bringing it down onto the back of his palm. Slowly moving his hand away to reveal...heads. 'Dang it! I knew talking about cats would be unlucky.' He thought to himself slightly before looking to Chlo. "It seems you win the coin flip, so what shall we do first?" He would ask after she may have commented on why he dislikes cats, his smile back to his face as he was curious what she would want to do.

Chloris smiled softly as she would look to her team leader. When she had said heads, whether he realized it or not, she had chosen knowing his favorite was Tails. So, why should she take it from him? Truth be told, she would never do such a thing. The young woman thought. As she answered him, she could see his expression as it was one of disgust, reminding her of Henryk's immaturity and making her laugh warmly.

Moving on to ask her question of him, mossy green eyes rested on his face. His response was honestly surprising, and her expression did nothing to hide that either. She had honestly not expected that of their fearless leader.
"I see. While that makes sense...You two are still going to have to try and get along," She responded in a calm and serious manner before smiling softly. Reaching up, Chloris would ruffle the young man's hair between his horns before walking over to where the center roughly was located of the hideaway. Her win it seemed, making her giggle "That being said. Shall we begin with distance?" The young huntress inquired as she would stop and turn to face the goat boy.

A playful smirk on her lips before she would be surrounded by pale green aura. From Henryk's position, he would feel thick grasses at his ankles in an attempt to restrain him. Should he dodge, she will ask her question of him. It would be a simple enough question.
"What was your first thought when we met each other," Chloris inquired, easy enough, though vague enough to mean herself or the entire team...

Henryk sighed as Chlo said he would have to get along with the cat. The last thing he wanted was anything to do with it; especially when it tried smothering him in his sleep! 'The cat is out to kill me and she wants me to make friends with it??' He thought to himself, very confused by such a proposition. The cat would have to make amends before he would even remotely consider it, and he wasn't sure he could trust it at this stage. He didn't even understand why he HAD to try to get along with the cat. As long as it kept its distance, things would be fine. Issues only arose because it didn't know how to; be it on purpose as he suspected, or no. He was about to respond when Chlo would go up and ruffle his hair; eliciting a surprised look on him that quickly turned to annoyance and being...slightly flustered? As he felt like she was treating him as a kid to calm down. As she began to walk away, he would respond. "The way I see it, I just have to outlive Binx and things will be fine. As long as it stops trying to smother me in my sleep and keep its distance, there is no issue. Why do I need to get along with it anyway?" He would say quickly, not wanting to befriend the cat in the slightest. And curious as to why she felt he needed to get along with the feline. She would stop in the center, roughly, of their hideaway and seemed intent to start the training. Inquiring of him if starting with distance would be a good one. "Distance? What do you mean by dis-" He would begin to ask but never finish as a pale green aura surrounded her and a smirk crossed her lips. A sure sign she was about to be mischievous as usual. Knowing it was a sign of her semblance use, he would look around to see what she was doing...before feeling/ seeing the grass begin to try and restrain him. Quickly, Henryk would hop up a bit to buy some time from the grass before doing a backflip to get away from that patch. Hoping he would land far enough away from it. Though it seemed Chloris was also intent on asking him a question as he did so.

"Huh? Uhm, well..." He would begin, caught off guard by a question as he tried to remember. His memory was never the greatest thing and it had been a bit since that first time they met. Thinking on it, he knew he met Ella on the beach. Remus and Chlo though...he had met those two in their first survival class. 'So much had happened that day.' He thought to himself silently. It took him a moment, but he remembered how she had gotten lost from the group and tumbled from what Remus had told to them. He had felt bad for her then...but it had also been a funny thought to imagine from the serious girl. For her question, he had taken it as just her so he didn't think to add about the other two. "Oh! I remember now. It was survival class, well a bit before then. But my first impression of you came after Remus rescued you. Hmm...Serious, kind, observant, safe and intelligent. Was my initial impression of you. Oh! And to keep an eye out for you since I didn't trust you not to get distracted and get separated from us." He would say, answering truthfully as this was before he realized she had tried to scare him with the trees. Safe may've also seemed like a strange word to add there, but that is how he felt with all this teammates truthfully. Through his explanation he had been a bit distracted while reminiscing. Once he finished though he would blink...and remember the training of distance. 'Did that mean im'm supposed to stay away or see if I can get close to her while she is trying to keep me at a distance?' He pondered to himself. Having avoided that group of killer grass...he would smile to her and move his right leg like a bull would before a charge. "Since we are practicing distance...I can't make this too easy for you." He would say cheerfully and competitively as he would charge her with horned-head forward. Keeping an eye for any errant plants that may try and thwart him as he would purposefully avoid the patch of grass that had tried to get him before. He wasn't quite sure if he was supposed to ask a question for dodging it but...he didn't consider the training over yet. That would be too easy, so he assumed it would end with him restrained or him reaching her. Then he would see about asking a question of her.

Chloris frowned slightly at his comment of outliving her feline companion. "Ye're just goin' to have to live with her," She responded seriously before the tone change to be lighter. His question did make her heart sink a little though. Her eyes then sparkled with a bit of Fae-like mischief as she smirked. "As for why, it's 'cause while I live, Binx isn't goin' anywhere," The young huntress replied before the grass began attacking.

His seeming flustered was a good start in Chloris' mind. As he would jump away, the grass went back to normal before she heard his reply. And what a reply it was. Her mossy-green eyes blinked in surprise as she had not honestly expected a full answer, though it was a pleasant surprise. She then nodded slightly before waiting patiently, curious what he may ask in return.
"So...What is yer question," Chloris inquired before realizing he was preparing to charge at her.

Her eyes widened slightly as he actually did it!
"Well then. Let the games begin," She retorted as she would wait until he was about a yard from her. Then she jumped to the side into a roll. As she did this, the branch that was above her would swing at the charging young man. Whether he dodged in time or not, she wasn't sure. Though her intention was not to harm but to hinder. "That was too close for comfort," She thought to herself as she would be quick to stand back up out of the roll. Only landing a couple feet from her original location. "Are you alright," She inquired, sincere in her concern as she turned around to check.

Henryk he had already prepared for the charge by the time Chlo asked him what his question was, so there was no stopping him at this point. That at least solved his own confusion as to if he had been supposed to ask next or not. 'Oh well, I can ask after the attack.' He thought to himself with a smile. Enjoying being able to run and be physically while in company of one of his teammates. Still a bit happy that he remembered his first impression of Chlo instead of forgetting it entirely like he did a lot of things. 'I guess when it matters it sticks.' He thought to himself, remembering much of his teammates fondly. As she seemed to accept his charge, he was curious why she stood her ground. 'Is she treating me like a bull?' He wondered to himself, making a small connection he could be like a charging bull as he did this. He was curious what she would do though as he knew Chlo was not dumb; she must have something planned. Or she may be underestimating him. With his acrobatics and theatrics, he didn't often show how strong he really was. So for whatever she had planned, he would hope he could use his strength to his advantage for once. As he was going fast enough that he was too committed to really dodge.

Once he was within a yard from her she would move; jumping to the side in a roll to get away. 'Smart.' Henryk thought as she had done it late enough he couldn't adjust fast enough to catch her. His mind was about to think of how to use this to his advantage when he noticed movement; a branch coming down to smack him. She had led him into a trap...but this demon would prove his worth. He took lessons for this kind of thing. Head still down in charge, he would hit the branch with his horns forward and aura up; his momentum and strength letting him break past the branch even if it slowed him a little bit. The branch breaking off from where his horns hit as some wood splintered away. With his horns and aura taking the hit, he didn't feel pain from it for once! Though...if he hadn't had aura he may've felt a bit more...He wasn't sure his head was as hard as Ora's was unfortunately. Henryk would quickly skid to a stop with one leg forward before using it to spring himself in the other direction as he charged at Chlo again as she turned around to ask if he was alright. "I'm great!" He would say with a smile as he bore down on Chlo. He knew he should ask his question at some point but...He was living in the moment right now.

Chloris had dodged the ramming hard head for now...And though she felt bad for the tree's branch, she also felt concern for her teammate. It would be a lie to say she wasn't impressed though as he broke it off from the tree. "Good," She responded calmly.

Only when he confirmed that he was great had she allowed the emotion of indignation momentarily take over as her emerald-flecked, mossy green eyes glare at him. Whether it was determination or said indignation, it was hard to tell at the moment. Either way, she didn't have much time as he seemed to be at it again. Thinking fast, she would use her semblance once again to manipulate the branch now behind him, and like a snake it would slither fast and strike. At the same time, she would seem to move to the side, turn in her heel on a dime, crouch and pounce for a tackle...

    If it worked:

The young huntress and/or the serpentine branch would take down Team HARE's leader (the branch becoming inactive and acting as restraints)...unfortunately around them both as she had the bright idea to tackle And try to restrain him at the knees. Using her own strength against his plus momentum from his charging causing them to roll until she felt his weight on her. "Oww...okay, that wasn't the smartest thing in the world," Chloris grumbled.

    If she missed:
Well, it was a good plan, in theory...somehow, someway, her fast and acrobatic teammate dodged the bullet on both ends and managed (whether intentionally or unintentionally) kill two birds with one stone. "Oww, okay, not my brightest moment," She thought, slightly mortified as she would be restrained by her own attack. Instead of double-teaming Henryk, she would roll due to momentum from the attempted tackle, landing on her back and slightly stunned as the petite druid caught her breath and thoughts.

Henryk could only smile internally at Chloris' look that he received in return for his second charge. But to him, it was all still part of the test. It would've been over too soon and done little if they only had one or two tries. 'Third times the charm as they say.' He thought to himself with a smile; this being his last attack before they could move onto another round. In truth, the faunus was having fun with this despite it being a bit serious in terms of training. Though that may just be because he had successfully evaded Chlo thus far; his luck may run out soon enough. Having focused on her, and the sound of his own feet trampling the ground in a charge, he did not hear the branch this time; especially since it was no longer connected to a tree. So as she dodged and he prepared to act in accordance to still get her, having expected a dodge...he would find himself ensnared from behind. "Huh?" He uttered out in surprise as the vine began to wrap around him...at the same time Chloris would tackle him as well. The resulting collision had both of them on the ground with the branch wrapped snugly around the duo; after a bit of rolling with him landing on top of his petite teammate. Slightly dazed from the confusion of a double assault that happened all too fast, Henryk spent a moment just staring up at the ground to gain his bearings before he would look down to Chlo. Seeing her head on his chest and her body bound tightly to him. Taking a second or two for him to realize what that meant as a blush painted his features as he realized what that meant was touching him; even if they had clothes between. Never being one that was...the best with women...he was unsure what to do. 'She's so close...so it means if...but I didn't...but...agh!' He tried to think, but mind to frazzled. Instead relying on his subconscious mind to sort out the words before his conscious one could. "I think you got me Chlo." He would joke lightly, and roll so that she was on top and that he was no longer crushing her at least. It also was a bit of an answer to her comment of it not being the smartest thing in the world either, though he would speak a bit more as the gears in his mind were finally turning again. "I wouldn't say it was the dumbest thing ever though. Not the best choice, but you caught me at least. And you thankfully didn't headbutt me like Ella would." He would say and joke again; her plan worked in capturing him. Even if...she may have been too determined in capturing him that she captured herself in the process as well. And a tackle didn't feel as bad as a headbutt at least; the roll, while uncomfortable and bound to leave some bumps and bruises, was hardly as bad as an Ella level headbutt. Though Chlo did also get the short end of that since it had ended with him atop her; even if he changed that now as thankfully Chlo wasn't really heavy.

"So...for my question to you as we wait to be untied. What do you think of me; both as a team leader and a person?" Henryk would ask genuinely; and not in past tense like she had of him before. He didn't like to ask the same questions again since it'd feel a bit like not putting effort and being creative in his own answers. Not that he faulted anyone else if they did it though; it was more just a personal thing for him. And while he was always very confident most times...it did not mean he didn't think about what others thought of him. Especially as a team leader and all since he knew he had his own faults. Chlo had been the most honest person he knew; well, as far as he knew, all his team was very honest. But Chlo never really held back with words as far as he could tell; so he trusted her to respond to him truthfully on both accounts. He hadn't really been criticized on anything before, that he could remember, so he wasn't sure if it was just because he was doing well or no one wanted to say anything. Which Henryk didn't take as not being truthful; he had just never asked them directly on it before. It was also a good way for him to distract himself from their closeness; as he felt a bit uncomfortable with it as a young man still coming to terms of how attractive women were and did not know how to handle it well. He'd had small crushes when young and kissed a girl in past...but that had been by complete accident, and nothing more happened than just a crush. Before she could speak though, a lightbulb seemed to go off in his head as he quickly spoke again. "Oh! Since we tried out your semblance already...I guess its time to try mine out, if that is alright with you?" He would ask, blushing slightly as he knew what using his would entail. And he had avoided ever using it since he had been here but...He knew he had to at some point, and he rather it be with people he trusted than complete strangers.

When Chloris tackled it had been with only small planning while also instinct. So as they were entrapped and rolling, she felt the slight dizziness from impact. After all, she wasn't crashing into something fluffy, but rather muscle and bone of flesh. His small jesting comment making her giggle before resting her forehead against him. "I did," She responded. Rubbing her head, she felt pressure on her before being rolled one more time to be on top; her head still on his chest as they were stuck to one another. Blushing a deep red from the contact, she took a deep breath to calm her stupid thoughts. She would then sigh and giggle softly. "Well...that's true, thank you. I think hers was an accident though," Chloris retorted from his comment of it not being the dumbest thing before trying to recall Ella's action in the past.

Moving on to the topic of his question, her mossy-green eyes with emerald flecks would turn and meet the young man's liquid gold eyes. His question surprising her slightly before her expression became thoughtful. Distracting her enough, she would casually cross her arms under her chin and rest her head on it as she looked to her teammate and leader. She would never lie to him, and she was known by now to speak her thoughts and her mind without chance of making someone question. Though she didn't find it an odd question at all.
"He doesn't seem worried, just curious," She mentally noted before.

Smiling softly, she closed her eyes to clear her thoughts before speaking.
"I think there' re times when you can be a little immature and ye're very chil'like, but not a bad thin'. Not like bein' childish...Despite somethin' that seems ta be dark in ya," she would begin thoughtfully, "Ye're energetic and goofy, sweet an' imaginative young man. Respectful o' those around ya, ye're open to new ideas an' ya not only protective of us, bu' genuinely caring an' encouragin' us (both as a leader an' a person)...I admire that in ya, Henryk," Chloris spoke seriously, her southern belle accent shown through as she continued to speak, opening her eyes and looking to him then with a small warm smile.

Then, as if coming to her senses, she would blush and mentally shake herself as she would look away to pay attention to the branch that held them prisoner while he spoke. Reaching down, she would wrap strong yet petite fingers, breaking the branch with ease from her strength alone.
"His semblance...Oh right," She thought, blushing red once more as she looking back to him. Though, now that she was free, she would roll off and lay for a second or two before a thought came to her. So, rolling to lay on her side, propping her head in her hand as she faced him. "I don't mind...but, just so I understand, with the activation...can it be anywhere or..can it only be lips? As well...would you want it easy or difficult," She inquired, genuinely curious, watching him as she waited for the answers.
